Abstract

Industrial revolution 4.0, the introduction of the internet, and smartphones have proven to be stimulants in changing online consumer behavior in the digital era. Demand for products through buying and selling online is increasing. This study aims to see (1) the effect of e-trust on the repurchase intention of Shopee consumers. (2) the effect of e-satisfaction on the repurchase intention of Shopee consumers. The questionnaire was developed for 123 Shopee consumers who had shopped at least once and registered on Shopee user accounts. Quantitative research methods used survey methods and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) E-trust had a significant effect on the repurchase intention of Shopee consumers. (2) e-satisfaction had a significant effect on the repurchase intention of Shopee consumers. Consumer e-trust and e-satisfaction are very important factors as determinants in retaining customers.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) is one of the forms of the Tridharma of Higher Education that must be carried out by a lecturer. This PKM is proposed to conduct activities that focus on socialization and education in Nagari Talu. The Digital Literacy Program for the Youth of Nagari Talu aims to improve digital literacy skills among teenagers to face the challenges and opportunities offered by the era of technology and information. In recent years, the rapid development of information technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including education, economy, and socio-culture. Therefore, it is important for teenagers to master adequate digital skills so they can use technology positively and responsibly1. This program is implemented through a series of training and workshops that cover safe internet usage, utilizing social media for educational purposes, and basic information technology skills such as data management and information retrieval. Through this digital literacy program, it is hoped that the youth in Nagari Talu will gain sufficient knowledge and skills to quickly adapt to technological developments, as well as use information technology to improve their quality of life and contribute to the development of their region2.

Abstract

The low ability to understand mathematical concepts affects the learning outcomes of information systems study program students in basic mathematics courses. This is because basic mathematics courses tend to be disliked by the YPTK information systems study program students at Putra Indonesia University in Padang. After all, they consider basic mathematics courses do not significantly contribute to their field of expertise. Students prefer courses that suit their area of ​​expertise. Basic mathematics is an abstract subject and is a difficult subject. Students have difficulty applying mathematical concepts to solve problems. The learning module is a basic mathematics module based on professional competence. This basic mathematics module connects basic mathematics subject matter with subject matter in the field of expertise, namely information systems. This research aims to produce a basic mathematics module based on professional competence in the information systems study program at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. This type of research is development research(R&D). The stages in developing this basic mathematics module are the development stages proposed by Plomp. This research carried out a preliminary research stage. Experts carry out product validation. Our instrument is a validation sheet with a Likert scale. The results of the expert validation analysis from aspects of presentation/dictates, suitability of content, language, and graphics obtained an average of 3.39 with a very valid category, which means that the basic mathematics module based on professional competence is suitable for use in basic subjects. Abstract

Penyakit infeksi saluran kemih merupakan penyakit yang sering diderita oleh masyarakat indonesia. Kesibukan menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa masyarakat khususnya perempuan mengabaikan kesehatan1. Faktor gaya hidup dan lingkungan menjadi faktor utama munculnya penyakit-penyakit mematikan terhadap perempuan. Komplikasi potensial dari penyakit ISK mencakup gagal ginjal (infeksi yang meradang dan menyebar melalui aliran darah). Salah satu cara untuk mendeteksi penyakit ISK secara dini dapat juga dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi canggih dan modern seperti yang diketahui dewasa ini, yaitu telah berkembangnya sistem mampu meniru kecerdasan manusia, Salah satu bagian dari kecerdasan buatan adalah sistem pakar (Expert system)2. Sistem pakar adalah sistem yang berusaha mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer agar komputer dapat menyelesaikan masalah dan memberikan solusi yang tepat seperti yang biasa dilakukan oleh para ahli3. Pada penelitian ini, akan dirancang sebuah sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosis penyakit infeksi saluran kemih menggunakan metode forward chaining. Sistem pakar ini digunakan sebagai diagnosa awal untuk mengetahui jenis penyakit infeksi saluran kemih yang sedang diderita pasien dan juga sebagai alat bantu bagi dokter untuk dapat mengidentifikasi serta dapat mengambil keputusan secara cepat dan lebih akurat4.

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sangat menguntukan bagi organisasi atau perusahaan, salah satunya pemanfaatan website dalam penjualan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan pada Toko Sinar Jepara belum terkomputerisasi.     Laporan penjualan masih menggunakan pencatatan manual di buku. Serta konsumen harus datang secara lansuang ke toko untuk mendapatkan informasi. Disaat banyaknya pembeli, pegawai akan kesulitan di dalam melayani konsumen dan terkadang lupa dalam mencatat transaksi pemesanan dan penjualan
