Nowadays use gadget not only by adults but also used by toddler. The role of parents is needed to monitor and supervise their children when using gadget. This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of parents and the intensity of use gadget in early childhood. This research uses an approach cross sectional. The independent variable in this research is the role of parents, while the dependent variable is intensity of use gadget. The population of this study is parents who have young children with a total of 80 respondents. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling Method, accompanied by inclusion and exclusion criteria. Research instrument on parental role and intensity of use gadget using a checklist sheet that has been tested for validity and reliability. Analysis of this research data used Chi-square test. The research results obtained p=0,043 < Â Î± (0,05) which means that Ho is unaccepted or there is relationship between the role of parents and the intensity of use gadgets in early childhood PAUD/TK in South Tapanuli Regency. It is assumed by researchers that this is because there are rules regarding the duration of play gadget when provided with facilities gadget which is accompanied by sanctions if they violate the rules, create a special account for the child in which it has been filtered, or parents have limited the use of internet data on gadget.

Economic growth in the first quarter of 2021 based on YoY (Year on Year) is around -0.74%. This figure caused the Indonesian economy to recession after contracting four times since the second quarter of 2020. With positive and negative growth in the value of GDP for each category based on the business sector each quarter, can do future economic growth modelling. The prediction results can be used as an early warning for the government on factors that can maximize and factors that must improve. This study aims to predict the state of economic growth in the next quarter using Random Forest classification. Random Forest combines tree classification and bagging by resampling the data, which reduces the variance of the final model, which is for low variance overfitting. The data used in this study was scrapped from January 2021 to March 2021 on 5 Indonesian online news portals, namely Kompas, Antara, Okezone, Detik, and Bisnis. The independent variable is online news based on GDP category. The dependent variable results from data labelling on each news, up or down, carried out by the Directorate of Balance Sheet of BPS. Based on the calculations with cross-validation of 10, the modelling results obtained 96.51% accuracy, 97% precision, and 97% recall. The random forest method is good for predicting economic growth in the next quarter, namely the second quarter of 2021. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Era New Normal, kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelaksanaan pembibitan sayuran hijau di Desa Buluh Kasap Kecamatan Dumai Timur Kota Dumai. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini berupa penanaman bibit sayuran hijau, yaitu: bayam hijau (Amaranthus hybridus L.), kangkung (Ipomoea aquatica), kembang kol (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis), serta mahasiswa KKN juga menanam benih jagung (Zea mays). Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengisi kembali lahan pertanian milik Kelompok Tani Sedap Malam. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang berseri dengan tanaman hijau dan meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat sekitar dengan mengkonsumsi sayuran hijau. Metode yang digunakan dalam karya ini adalah metode deskriptif. Dari kegiatan tersebut diperoleh manfaat yaitu: dapat menjalin hubungan dan kerjasama dengan masyarakat secara langsung di lapangan dan mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang jenis pupuk apa yang baik untuk tanaman juga mengetahui bagaimana cara pengaplikasian pupuk yang baik pada tanaman.

Penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dalam konseling kelompok memiliki peran krusial dalam membangun komunikasi yang efektif antara konselor dan konseli. Sebagai alat komunikasi utama, bahasa membantu individu dalam mengekspresikan pikiran, perasaan, serta mencari solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi. Dalam konteks konseling kelompok yang melibatkan individu dari berbagai latar belakang budaya, bahasa Indonesia berperan sebagai jembatan komunikasi yang mempermudah pemahaman di antara anggota kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pentingnya penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dalam konseling kelompok untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi dan interaksi. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dalam konseling kelompok dapat meningkatkan keterbukaan, memperjelas penyampaian pesan, serta mengurangi potensi kesalahpahaman akibat perbedaan bahasa. Oleh karena itu, penerapan bahasa Indonesia dalam konseling kelompok menjadi aspek fundamental dalam mencapai efektivitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling.

Background: Early marriage remains a significant public health and social issue in Indonesia, particularly among adolescents. In Batangtoru District alone, 32 cases of early marriage were reported in 2024. Early marriage is closely linked to negative consequences such as school dropout, maternal health complications, and increased risk of psychological issues. The role of parents is crucial in equipping adolescents with reproductive health knowledge and in supervising their relationships to prevent early marriage. Objective: This study aims to explore how parents fulfill their roles in preventing early marriage among adolescents in Batangtoru District, focusing on reproductive health education and monitoring of relationships with the opposite sex. Method: A qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth, semi-structured interviews with five adolescent informants aged 15–18 and five parent informants. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns in parental involvement and its perceived impact. Results: The findings revealed that parents provided only limited reproductive health information, mostly restricted to menstruation and hygiene, and offered inconsistent supervision of adolescents’ interactions with the opposite sex. This lack of comprehensive education and structured oversight contributed to adolescents’ limited understanding of reproductive risks and allowed space for early sexual relationships, increasing the likelihood of early marriage. Conclusion: Parental roles in preventing early marriage remain underutilized due to limited knowledge, cultural taboos around sex education, and economic constraints. Strengthening family-based interventions, especially those that enhance parent-adolescent communication and reproductive health literacy, is essential for reducing the incidence of early marriage.

Anemia is a nutritional problem in young women that needs to be prevented and addressed because it will impact the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) period. Creating functional food products in the form of contemporary drinks that are nutritious and liked by teenagers is very important as an alternative to preventing anemia. Delays in early treatment of anemia have an impact on women experiencing pregnancy, which can cause bleeding complications during childbirth, giving birth to babies with low body weight and stunting. This condition must be treated as early as possible, because anemia in young women can indirectly affect the quality of human resources in the future. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Formulation and Analysis of the Nutritional Content of Millenia (Anti-Anemia Jelly Drink) to Increase Hemoglobin Levels in Young Girls. This type of research is experimental research, using a completely randomized study design consisting of three factors, in this case the researchers used three treatments, namely red guava juice with the addition of moringa leaf jelly and beet jelly using the symbols A1, A2 and A3. In treatment A1, red guava fruit juice, honey, moringa leaf jelly, and beetroot jelly were added at the respective doses of 200 ml, 20 gr, 10 gr, 20 gr. This drink is expected to be a drink that is rich in iron and other nutrients that can increase hemoglobin levels in the blood and is liked by teenagers because it is made like a contemporary drink that is currently a trend

Lack of access to proper sanitation is a major risk factor for infectious diseases such as cholera, diarrhea, dysentery, hepatitis A, typhoid and polio. The Community-Based Total Sanitation Program in the first pillar of Stop Open Defecation aims to change people's lifestyles by using proper sanitation. However, the program has not run evenly. One of the areas that has not yet received the results of the policy is Dusun 13, Percut Village, Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra which is a coastal area. This community service was able to provide proper sanitation facilities and socialization of healthy lifestryle to the community especially housewife in this area. The construction of sanitation facilities are two bathrooms with a size of 2 x 1.5 m with closets in each room, a septic tank with a capacity of 15 people basen on Indonesia Standard with number 2398 : 2017, tested the water quality, and installed a water pump. Socialization to implemented healthy lifestyle properly done with 20 participants as housewife in this area. This community service is expected to improve the quality of life, prevent the transmission of waterborne diseases and prevent groundwater contamination

The Pulo Brayan City urban area is an urban area that has a strategic location because it is in the middle of the city of Medan. However, the village still has flood-prone areas due to the lack of proper drainage and settlements that have poor sanitation and stunting problems. The purpose of this assisted village activity is to increase the capacity of the community and health workers towards SMART (Healthy, Independent, Safe, Religious and Resilient) villages in Pulo Brayan urban village. The methods used are community development, FGD, advocacy, community empowerment, and community organizing. The results of this activity were the drafting of the strategic plan of the Public Health Center, the formation of â€œGemilangâ€ environmental cadres, the KSM organization group for latrines, the improvement of the skills of Posyandu cadres in measuring the height of children under five, and cultivating catfish and growing vegetables vertically. Activities in traditional markets increase the movement for the development of the â€œSERASIâ€ culture at the Pulo Brayan Traditional Market and increase the community's ability to implement 3R waste processing in watersheds. The outputs generated from all activities are published in online mass media and youtube in the official FKM and draft journals.

Abstrak. Bimbingan dan konseling merupakan bagian integral dalam sistem pendidikan. Tetapi pada kenyataannya tidak semua sekolah dasar memiliki program bimbingan dan konseling. SDIT Al Hafidzi adalah salah satu sekolah dasar yang memiliki program tersebut. Permasalahan belajar siswa sangatlah kompleks dan bermacam-macam seperti berbohong, pergi tanpa izin, mencuri, menyontek, kedisiplinan belajar rendah, motivasi belajar rendah, prestasi belajar rendah, tidak serta merta diakibatkan oleh siswa yang bodoh melainkan disebabkan oleh sikap dan cara belajar yang salah. Bimbingan belajar di SD merupakan layanan bimbingan yang bertujuan untuk membantu siswa SD dapat belajar dengan efektif dan efisien, mencapai perkembangan optimal dan mengembangkan kebiasaan belajar yang baik dalam menguasai pengetahuan, keterampilan serta menyiapkan untuk melanjutkan pendidikan pada tingkat yang lebih tinggi. But in reality not all elementary schools have guidance and counseling programs. Al Hafidzi Integrated Islamic Elementary School is one of the primary schools that has such a program. Student learning problems are simple and varied, such as lying, going without permission, stealing, cheating, low learning discipline, learning motivation, low learning achievement, and not caused by students caused by wrong attitudes and ways of learning. Tutoring in elementary schools is a guidance service that aims to help elementary school students learn effectively and efficiently, achieve optimal development and develop good study habits in mastering knowledge, skills and preparing to continue their education at a higher level.
