Abstract

The problems faced in this study include (1) How do individual characteristics affect employee performance in the Education Personnel of Galuh Ciamis University? (2) How does workload affect employee performance in the Education Personnel of Galuh Ciamis University? (3) How do individual characteristics and workload affect employee performance in the Education Personnel of Galuh Ciamis University? This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The effect of individual characteristics on employee performance in the Education Personnel of Galuh Ciamis University. (2) The effect of workload on employee performance in the Education Personnel of Galuh Ciamis University. (3) The effect of individual characteristics and workload on employee performance in the Education Personnel of Galuh Ciamis University. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Individual characteristics have a positive effect on employee performance in the Galuh Ciamis University Education Staff. This means that if individual characteristics are improved, then employee performance in the Galuh Ciamis University Education Staff will also increase. (2) Workload has a positive effect on employee performance in the Galuh Ciamis University Education Staff. This means that if the workload is increased, then employee performance in the Galuh Ciamis University Education Staff will also increase. (3) Individual characteristics and workload have a positive effect on employee performance in the Galuh Ciamis University Education Staff. This means that if individual characteristics and workload are improved, then employee performance in the Galuh Ciamis University Education Staff will also increase.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems, including the lack of professionalism of state apparatus which is suspected to be due to the less than optimal implementation of job analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of job analysis implementation on improving the professionalism of state apparatus at the Ciamis Regency Education Office. This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The respondents in this study were 122 employees of the Ciamis Regency Education Office, so the author took samples using the simple random sampling technique so that the number of samples in this study was 55 people. Analysis was carried out on the data collected from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis stage began with validity tests, reliability, ordinal value transformation to intervals, and data analysis using verification/quantitative methods. The results of the study showed that: 1) The implementation of job analysis at the Ciamis Regency Education Office was included in the good category, although there were still indicators that needed to be improved, such as the need to compile job specifications so that it could facilitate determining employees to occupy a position, in addition to the need to continuously improve the results of job analysis so that organizational goals could be achieved as expected. 2) The professionalism of the State Apparatus at the Ciamis Regency Education Office is included in the good category, although there are still several indicators that need to be improved, such as the less than optimal improvement of the ability of government apparatus in anticipating various problems, the ability of apparatus to respond quickly to each problem is still lacking so that the problems faced by employees cannot be resolved quickly. 3) The implementation of job analysis has an effect on increasing the professionalism of the State Apparatus at the Ciamis Regency Education Office. This means that the higher the job analysis carried out on state civil servants, the more the professionalism of state civil servants will increase.

Abstract

The problems faced in this study include (1) How is advertising at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch? (2) What is the customer's decision to save at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch? (3) How does advertising affect the customer's decision to save at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch? This research aims to study, know, and analyze (1) Advertising at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. (2) The customer's decision to save at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. (3) The influence of advertising on the customer's decision to save at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inferential Statistical Analysis with Simple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Advertising at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch is high. With the highest score on the sales response indicator and the lowest score on the persuasive influence indicator (pre/post preference testing). This means that advertising is heavily influenced by sales response indicators. (2) The customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch is very high. With the highest score on the customer compatibility indicator and the lowest score on the dramaturgy indicator. This means that the customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch is greatly influenced by customer compatibility indicators. (3) Advertising has a positive effect on the customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. This means that if advertising is improved, then the customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch will also increase.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on the work discipline of UPTD employees in brackish water and marine fisheries in the northern region of West Java province. The method used in this research is descriptive design analysis using survey techniques. The results showed that work motivation in the UPTD of brackish water and sea fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province was in the very high category, so that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Job satisfaction in the UPTD of brackish water and sea fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province is in the very high category, so that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Work discipline in the UPTD of brackish water and marine fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province is in the very high category, so that motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Competence and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance at the Indonesian University of Education, Tasikmalaya Campus. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Administrative Section Employees of the UPI Tasikmalaya Campus. This means that if the competence of employees increases, the performance of the Administrative Section Employees will also increase. Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Administrative Section Employees of the UPI Tasikmalaya Campus. This means that if knowledge management increases, the performance of Administrative Officers will also increase. Competence and knowledge management have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Administrative Section Employees of the UPI Tasikmalaya Campus. This means that if competence and knowledge management increases, the performance of the Administrative Section Employees also increases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the strategy model for increasing the Village Development Index (IDM) in Ciamis Regency, with a focus on environmental resilience, economic resilience, and social resilience. The method used is qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that the strategy model for increasing IDM in Ciamis Regency still needs improvement in several aspects. In terms of environmental resilience, although there is no pollution, both underdeveloped and developing villages have the potential to be prone to landslides, with developing villages having disaster response efforts, while underdeveloped villages do not. In terms of economic resilience, developing villages show better livelihood diversity compared to underdeveloped villages, although both have sufficient access to trade facilities, but access to financial institutions is limited. In terms of social resilience, although access to education and health is relatively good in both types of villages, the BPJS membership rate is still low, and access to clean water, sanitation, and electricity has reached 100% in developing villages. Access to information and communication already exists, but is not optimal in both villages. This study concludes that increasing IDM requires strengthening environmental, economic, and social resilience that is more integrated and targeted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance at the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Banjar City General Hospital. The problems raised include four main things: (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) the influence of competence on employee performance, and (4) the influence of the combination of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance. The method used is descriptive with data analysis through validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) competence has a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) increasing leadership style, motivation, and competence together can improve employee performance at BLUD RSU Banjar City.

Abstract

Jabarlink as an ISP (Internet Service Provider) company is known to be active in marketing JIMS (Jabarlink Internet Managed Service) products in the Pangandaran area, but still requires an ideal strategy to be able to market JIMS products which currently have positive potential for hotels that want to increase their competitive advantage and guest preferences. This research aims to design a marketing strategy for JIMS services in Pangandaran hotels to increase competitive advantage and guest preferences. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach has been used where data collection was carried out through interviews with 15 informants / hotel managers, and involving 100 hotel customers in the interview process using an online user questionnaire. This research found that ISP companies such as Jabarlink need to carry out three activities in their marketing process, namely: Product innovation to avoid the threat of substitute products, effective and creative communication, and market segmentation and offering the right price

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada Pengaruh Pembiayaan Murabahah terhadap Return on Asset (ROA)(Suatu Studi pada PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk Periode 2014-2018).Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam penelitian ini yaitu : Bagaimana pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah terhadap Return on Asset (ROA)pada tahun 2014-2018?.Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah terhadap Return on Asset (ROA)pada tahun 2014-2018.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan teknik studi kepustakaan, pengumpulan data, dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh digunakan teknik analisis regresi korelasi, regresi linier sederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t.Hasil dari penelitian dan pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pembiayaan murabahah terhadap Return on Asset (ROA). Besarnya pengaruh Pembiayaan Murabahah terhadap Return on Asset (ROA) pada PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk periode 2014-2018 adalah 63,77%. Pengaruh tersebut menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dikarenakan pada perhitungan menggunakan analisis uji t terkait pengaruh Pembiayaan Murabahah terhadap Return on Asset (ROA) terbukti bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel.Diharapkan PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk dapat lebih merealisasikan inovasi dan peningkatan pelayanan pembiayaan sehingga lebih banyak masyarakat yang dapat menerima bantuan pembiayaan dari PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. Kata Kunci : Pembiayaan Murabahah; Return on Asset (ROA)
