Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penyebab terjadinya backward bending supply dan perilaku berusahataninya pada petani padi-palawija sebagai pelaku backward bending supply di Desa Sepanyul, Kecamatan Gudo, Kabupaten Jombang, Jawa Timur. Backward bending supply memiliki makna adanya hubungan negatif antara upah dengan besarnya curahan waktu kerja, yaitu peningkatan upah direspon dengan menurunmya curahan waktu kerja yang ditawarkan. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposive di Desa Sepanyul karena desa tersebut merupakan desa yang petaninya merupakan pelaku backward bending supply.Metode analisis yang digunakan menggunakan tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, menampilkan data dan membuat kesimpulan. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview) dari tiga responden yang terdiri dari seorang petani padi-palawija berlahan sempit, seorang petani berlahan sedang dan seorang petani berlahan luas.Hasil analisis yang diperoleh adalah bahwa terjadinya backward bending supply disebabkan karena petani padi-palawija di Desa Sepanyul bersifat subsisten dalam berusahatani padi atau berperilaku sebagai produsen yang sekaligus konsumen. Perilaku subsisten petani didasarkan pada prinsip safety first (mendahulukan selamat) dan enggan beresiko. Perilaku petani berlahan sempit, sedang dan luas dalam berusahatani didasarkan pada ilmu yang diperoleh dari orang tua mereka, pengalaman pribadi dan penyuluh pertanian dengan teknik budidaya padi dan jagung yang sama. Perilaku permintaan tenaga kerja yang dicerminkan dalam curahan waktu kerja pada kegiatan usahatani baik pada petani berlahan sempit, sedang dan luas hanya diperankan oleh kepala keluarga. Tidak terdapat hubungan patron-klien antara petani berlahan luas dengan buruh tani. Terdapat self-exploitation atau memaksimalkan energi yang dimiliki untuk berkegiatan di luar usahatani baik pada keluarga petani berlahan sempit maupun keluarga petani berlahan sedang, namun tidak terjadi pada keluarga petani berlahan luas.

Abstract

Aloe vera is a plant that has long been known to the public, but it is still a wild plant that is not cultivated properly. The development of science and technology changes the image of aloe vera into a plant that has many benefits, and becomes a business opportunity. This motivated the community service team from the Faculty of Agriculture, Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya to provide assistance to economically non-productive mothers to take advantage of this business opportunity. The team's optimism is supported by the local potential of the aloe vera plant, as well as encouragement from village government agencies and the community. It was carried out in Wonoanti Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency by using the PRRA (Participatory Rapid Rural Appraissal) and RRA (Rapid and Rural Appraissal) methods. Through this activity, the target is equipped with practical business management and marketing knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, as well as practical activities and assistance for cultivation, processing of aloe vera products, so that the target is to master cultivation techniques and appropriate technology (TTG) processing aloe vera products into processed products that are developed. as a profitable and sustainable entrepreneurial activity

Abstract

Economically non-productive groups in Pakis Village, Sawahan Sub-district, Surabaya City who are the target of this Community Service activity are members of PKK RT 05 and RT 06 RW IX Dukuh Kupang Timur Surabaya. Transfer of Knowledge and technology to the target includes Extension and training activities: Entrepreneurship Training, Marketing technique training, Post-harvest management training, and Vertical Garden cultivation techniques training. The implementation of Community Service in Pakis Village, Sawahan District, Surabaya City uses the PRRA (Participatory Rapid Rural) and RRA (Rapid and Rural Appraisal) methods. This activity allows targets to collaborate with universities as implementers on activities, including planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating them. Increased motivation for independent entrepreneurship through vegetable cultivation activities, mastery of Vertical Garden technology effectively and efficiently, knowledge of post-harvest, packaging, and labeling technology can add value to vegetable products, and development of this activity as a sustainable entrepreneurial accomplishment this activity

Abstract

This Community service aims to motivate people who have lost their jobs due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this activity the community will have productive skills that can support household income. In detail, the objectives of this  Penmas are: a) Helping solve problems in overcoming the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic. b) Transferring knowledge and technology through counseling and mentoring activities on business opportunities to utilize narrow land through vegetable cultivation. c) Growing new entrepreneurs who are as a driver of the community's economy in the Jambangan Village, Surabaya City. this Penmas applies the full participation method, which is to provide opportunities for the target together with the implementing team to synergize in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating this Community Service activity. The knowledge and technology transferred in this activity includes the growth of an entrepreneurial spirit, practical marketing strategies, institutional management as well as training and mentoring for cultivation on narrow land. The high enthusiasm not only makes the community able to apply profitable cultivation techniques, but this community service activity also motivates the community to create a clean and productive environment and even participate in the environmental village program competition championship (PROKLIM)

Abstract

This community service is carried out in Dukuh Kupang Village, Dukuh Pakis District, Surabaya City. The purpose of this activity is to motivate people to change their behavior in order to respond to the conditions of the Covid 19 pandemic with activities that have economic value. In detail, the objectives of this Community Service are: a) Help solve economic problems b) Provide knowledge through counseling and assistance activities about business opportunities for organic vegetables using microgreen techniques. c) Develop a spirit of independence through entrepreneurial activities, so that they can improve their economic capacity. The implementation of this community service applies the community participation method, namely the Participatory Rapid Rural Appraissal( PRRA) and Rapid and Rural Apraissal (RRA) methods, which provide opportunities for the target together with the implementing team to synergize in planning, organizing, implementing and controlling the implementation of this activity. Materials transferred through counseling and training include: Entrepreneurship, marketing techniques, institutional management as well as training and assistance in the implementation of Microgreen cultivation techniques. The targets of this Community Service activity are: 1) The application of vegetable cultivation technology with Microgreen technology 2) This cultivation activity can be developed as a sustainable entrepreneurial activity

Abstract

The existence of local potential  of Aloe Vera plants that grow wildly, and another side is need to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in housewives who do not earn economically, is  impetus to carry out Community Service through the Cultivation and Processing of Aloe Vera Products to be developed into prospective entrepreneurial objects. Community Service is carried out in RW IX, Dukuh Kupang Timur, RT 03 and RT 05. This activity includes targets starting from the preparation of activity, organizing, implementing as well as monitoring and evaluation. This method has a positive impact, namely the growth of a larger sense of belonging from the target and support from related agencies. So that community service activities can be easily carried out. This community service is carried out by transfers science and technology of  cultivation, product processing, business aspects and entrepreneurial motivation. Added value of aloe vera cultivation are carried out by processing aloe vera Becomes Sticks, Kremes Noodles, Coktails, drink with coconut milk and brown sugar , Pudding, Crackers, and Aloe Vera tea. From this activity emerged entrepreneurs of aloe vera and its processed products,  which through periodic and intensive assistance are expected to become sustainable entrepreneurial activities

Abstract

Penelitian ini Analisis Laporan Kajian Tipikasi Masyarakat Dalam Pemberdayaan di Kawasan Pedesaan di Kabupaten Bekasi, bertujuan untuk mengetahui teranalisisnya potensi dan permasalahan pada setiap tipikasi masyarakat pedesaan dan teranalisisnya model/pola, bentuk dan pengembangan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk setiap tipikasi masyarakat pedesaan di Kabupaten Bekasi, dan mengetahui perumusan konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk setiap tipikasi masyarakat pedesaan Kabupaten Bekasi.Metode kajian yang menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu menggunakan dua jenis data, pertama adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan para nara sumber terpilih (purposive sampling) yang berasal dari pemerintah dan tokoh masyarakat terkait informasi tentang kegiatan dan perilaku masyarakat di wilayahnya. Kedua adalah data sekunder berupa data kualitatif maupun kuantitatif terkait materi kajian yang diperoleh melalui studi pustaka terhadap dokumen-dokumen resmi yang telah maupun belum di publikasikan.Hasil Penelitian ini yaitu agar Kabupaten Bekasi melakukan inovasi program pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan arah kebijakan dan strategi program. Mengembangkan peran CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) yang selama ini lebih banyak memiliki program-program charity, dengan lebih mengedepankan pengembangan maupun dukungan terhadap program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Melakukan kajian lanjutan mengenai tipologi masyarakat dengan faktor atau unsur- unsur lain yang belum tercantum dalam kajian ini, misalnya terhadap wilayah perkotaan dan industri.Kata kunci : Tipikasi, Pedesaan, Inovasi, Pemberdayaan.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to analyze the potential of the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors as base/potential sectors, analyze whether the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors are sustainable sectors or not. Knowing the pattern and structure of the agricultural, forestry, and fishery sectors in an area. The data source used in writing this thesis was sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Palu City and Central Sulawesi Province from 2012 to 2019. The methods used in writing the thesis are Location Quotient analysis, Dynamic Location Quotient and Klassen Typology. The results of the study are based on the results of the LQ analysis of the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sector in Palu City from 2012-2019 is a base / potential sector with an LQ value of 0.14. The results of the LQ and DLQ analysis show that the LQ value is 0.14 while the DLQ with a value of 5.34 shows that the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sector in Palu City from 2012-2019 is the Mainstay sector, meaning that the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors are currently non-base but in the future the sector will become a base sector. This shows that the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors in Palu City are sustainable sectors. The results of the typology analysis of klassen, namely, rik > ri and yik < yi, the pattern and structure of the agricultural, forestry, and fisheries sectors in Palu City can be declared to be a fast-developing sector.Keywords: GRDP, Agribusiness Sector, LQ, DLQ, Klassen Typology.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian berjudul Analisis Preferensi Konsumen Terhadap Kopi Lokal Jawa (Bromo Tengger) di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1. Mengetahui karakteristik konsumen. 2. Menganalisis antara tingkat konsumsi dengan atribut kopi lokal jawa. 3. Mengetahui atribut yang dipertimbangkan.Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive di kedai kopi yang berada di lima daerah di wilayah Surabaya. Atribut yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rasa, aroma dan harga. 50 responden ditentukan dengan metode accidental sampling. Data primer dan data sekunder dianalisa dengan metode analisis chi-square dan analisis multi atribut fishbein. 70% konsumen kopi lokal jawa adalah  laki laki dengan rentang usia  remaja yaitu diantara umur 19-23 tahun serta tingkat pendidikan konsumen kopi lokal jawa di didominasi  oleh konsumen tingkat SMA dengan jumlah pembelian 2-3 cangkir per satu kali datang.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara atribut rasa dan aroma . berdasarkan angka skor rata rata menunjukan bahwa atribut rasa kopi menjadi atribut yang dipertimbangkan dalam keputusan pembelian kopi lokal jawa di kota surabaya.Kata Kunci : Preferensi Konsumen, Kopi, Rasa, Aroma.  ABSTRACTResearch on the analysis of consumer preference to local coffee Java (Bromo Tengger) in the city of Surabaya. The research aims to: 1. Know the characteristics of consumers. 2. Analyzing the level of consumption with local Javanese coffee attributes. 3. Know the attributes being considered.The research location is purposive in coffee shops located in five areas in Surabaya area. The attributes used in this research are flavor, aroma and price. 50 respondents were determined by the accidental sampling method. Primary data and secondary data are analysed with the chi-square analysis method and the Fishbein multi-attribute analysis. 70% of local Javanese coffee consumers are males with a teenage age range of 19-23 years as well as the level of consumer education of local Javanese coffee in dominated by high school level consumers with the purchase amount of 2-3 cups per one time come.Analysis results show that there is a significant link between the flavor and aroma attributes. Based on the average score indicating that the attribute of coffee flavor becomes the attribute considered in the decision to purchase local Javanese coffee in the city of Surabaya.Keywords: Consumer Preference, Coffee, Flavor, Aroma.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research entitled Pineapple Agribusiness Development Strategy Queen Asam Gulas Variety (Ananas comosus l. merr) in Ngancar Village, Ngancar District, Kediri Regency aims to analyze internal and external factors and formulate a strategy for developing pineapple agribusiness varieties queen asam gulas in Ngancar Village, Ngancar District, Kediri Regency, East Java. The results showed that the internal factors of the pineapple agribusiness strategy of the queen asam gulas variety had 4 strengths and 4 weaknesses. External factors of pineapple agribusiness strategy queen asam gulas variety there are 3 opportunities and 3 threats. The IFAS value is 0.20 and the EFAS value is 0.65. The SWOT analysis diagram shows that the agribusiness development strategy of pineapple variety queen asam gulas lies in quadrant I which means a strategy made by using strength to attract existing opportunities. Aggressive strategy is a strategy that shows in a favorable position, pineapple development in Ngancar Village, Ngancar District, by using strength to seize existing opportunities.Keywords: Agribusiness, Development strategy, SWOT analysis..ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul Strategi Pengembangan Agribisnis Nanas Varietas queen asam gulas (Ananas comosus l. merr) di Desa Ngancar, Kecamatan Ngancar, Kabupaten Kediri bertujuan menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan agribisnis nanas varietas queen asam gulas di Desa Ngancar, Kecamatan Ngancar, Kabupaten Kediri Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal strategi agribisnis nanas varietas queen asam gulas terdapat 4 kekuatan (Strength) dan mempunyai 4 kelemahan (Weakness). Faktor eksternal strategi agribisnis nanas varietas queen asam gulas terdapat 3 peluang (Opportunity) dan 3 ancaman (Threats). Nilai IFAS sebesar 0,20 dan nilai EFAS sebesar 0,65. Diagram analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan agribisnis nanas varietas queen asam gulas terletak pada kuadran I yang artinya strategi yang dibuat dengan menggunakan kekuatan untuk menarik peluang yang ada. Strategi agresif adalah strategi yang menunjukkan pada posisi yang menguntungkan, pengembangan nanas di Desa Ngancar Kecamatan Ngancar dengan menggunakan kekuatan untuk meraih peluang yang ada.Kata kunci : Agribisnis, Strategi Pengembangan, Analisis SWOT.
