Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the characteristics of farmers who change the function of agricultural land and analyze the factors that influence farmers' decisions in converting agricultural land in Kuwu Village, Balerejo District, Madiun Regency. The sample of this research is farmers who have converted their agricultural land in Kuwu Village, Balerejo District, Madiun Regency. This study uses primary and secondary data, and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the characteristics of farmers who converted agricultural land in Kuwu Village were generally elderly farmers, male, had low education, and had worked as farmers for 26-35 years with 0-2 family members. Several factors significantly influence farmers' decisions in converting agricultural land in Kuwu Village, including the age of the farmer, the number of family dependents, the education level of the farmer, the income derived from farming, and the area of land owned by the farmer. However, length of farming experience, type of irrigation, and land fertility did not have a significant effect on the area of land converted.Keywords: land use change, land conversion, income farmers.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik petani yang melakukan alih fungsi lahan pertanian serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan petani dalam mengalihfungsikan lahan pertanian di Desa Kuwu, Kecamatan Balerejo, Kabupaten Madiun. Sampel penelitian ini adalah para petani yang telah mengalihfungsikan lahan pertanian mereka di Desa Kuwu, Kecamatan Balerejo, Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik petani yang melakukan alih fungsi lahan pertanian di Desa Kuwu umumnya adalah petani lanjut usia, berjenis kelamin laki-laki, berpendidikan rendah, dan telah bekerja sebagai petani selama 26-35 tahun dengan tanggungan keluarga sebanyak 0-2 orang. Beberapa faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan petani dalam melakukan alih fungsi lahan pertanian di Desa Kuwu antara lain usia petani, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, tingkat pendidikan petani, pendapatan yang diperoleh dari usaha pertanian, dan luas lahan yang dimiliki oleh petani tersebut. Namun, lama pengalaman bertani, jenis irigasi, dan kesuburan lahan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap luas lahan yang dialih fungsikan.Kata Kunci: Keputusan Petani, Karakteristik Petani, Alih Fungsi Lahan Pertanian.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is entitled Marketing Efficiency of Pineapple Queen Asam Gulas (Annanas comosus (L). Merr) in Ngancar Village, Ngancar District, Kediri Regency aims to analyze marketing channels and measure the efficiency level of Pineapple Queen Asam Gulas marketing channels in Ngancar Village, Ngancar District, Kediri Regency. The results of this study show that marketing analysis using margin analysis obtained a total marketing margin of Rp. 1,200 for marketing channel I, for marketing channel II collectors obtained Rp. 500 and retailers got Rp. 1,000 for marketing channel III collectors obtained a marketing margin of Rp. 500. and for wholesalers obtained Rp. 800 As for marketing efficiency Pineapple Queen Asam Gulas has an efficient value of 4% on channel I,  6% for channel II and 10% for channel III. It is said that the channel that has the most efficient value is channel I, because there are fewer marketing channels compared to marketing channels II and III.Keywords: Cooperative, Cooperative Role, Pineapple Farmer's Income.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul Efisiensi Pemasaran Nanas Queen Asam Gulas (Annanas comosus (L). Merr) di Desa Ngancar Kecamatan Ngancar Kabupaten Kediri bertujuan untuk menganalisis saluran pemasaran dan mengukur tingkat efisiensi saluran pemasaran Nanas Queen Asam Gulas di Desa Ngancar Kecamatan Ngancar Kabupaten Kediri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis pemasaran dengan menggunakan analisis marjin memperoleh total marjin pemasaran sebesar Rp. 1.200 untuk saluran pemasaran I, untuk saluran pemasaran II pengepul memperoleh Rp. 500 dan pengecer mendapatkan Rp.1.000 untuk saluran pemasaran III pengepul memperoleh marjin pemasaran sebesar Rp.500. dan untuk pedagang besar memperoleh sebesar Rp. 800 Sedangkan untuk efisiensi pemasaran Nanas Queen Asam Gulas memiliki nilai efisien 4% pada saluran I, 6% untuk saluran II dan 10% untuk saluran III. Hal ini dikatakan bahwa saluran yang memiliki nilai paling efisien adalah saluran I, dikarenakan saluran pemasarannya lebih sedikit dibanding dengan saluran pemasaran II dan III.Kata Kunci : Koperasi, Peran Koperasi, Pendapatan Petani Nanas.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PKm) are carried out in the area of ​​RT 05 RW 9 Dukuh Kupang Timur, Pakis Village, Sawahan District, Surabaya City with the theme: GROWING A HEALTHY LIVING CULTURE WHILE EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES THROUGH THE PRODUCTION OF HERBAL DRINKS WITH ECONOMIC VALUE. PKm activities aim to motivate the community to live healthy by consuming herbal drinks, as well as being used as a business field, especially for people affected by the Covid 19 pandemic changing their status to beneficiary families. Through this activity the community gains knowledge and skills in producing various kinds of healthy herbal drinks and implementing them as economically productive activities. The objectives of this activity are: a) Motivate the community to have a culture of healthy living. b) Transferring science and technology through counseling activities and entrepreneurship assistance by producing healthy herbal drinks that have economic value. c) Growing innovative and sustainable new entrepreneurs. Abstract

The community service, which was carried out at the Bakti Bapak Emak Islamic Boarding School Jombang, completed the Indonesian World Records Museum (MURI) activity for the highest number of durian (bido) seeds early grafting. Also Encourages sense of entreprenership for students at the Bakti Bapak Emak Islamic Boarding School, Jombang.so that early grafting of durian seeds can be developed into a business that not only aims to preserve local durian germplasm, but also becomes a business venture that is competitive, profitable and sustainable. To foster entrepreneurial motivation for the community and students at the Bakti Bapak Emak Islamic boarding school, it is carried out through extention activities about the importance of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship techniques, competitive strategies and modern marketing techniques with digital marketing. Assistance and direct demonstrations were also provided regarding Bido durian grafting techniques. The target of this activity is to increase the students' knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship and mastery of durian grafting techniques, as well as the adoption of sustainable cultivation practices. The implementation of this community service applies community participation methods, namely the Participatory Rapid Rural Appraissal (PRRA) and Rapid and Rural Appraissal (RRA) methods, which provide an opportunity for the implementing team to work together to plan, organize, implement and control the implementation of this community service activity. The output targets of this community service activity are: 1) Early grafting technology for durian seeds can be implemented 2) the growth of entrepreneurial spirit in students and the community.
