Abstract

The emotional intelligence (Emotional Intelligence Quotient/EQ) development workshop aimed to enhance students' soft skills. This initiative emphasized the importance of EQ in supporting academic and professional success through interactive approaches such as simulations, group discussions, and self-reflection. Needs analysis was conducted to identify improvement areas, including emotion regulation, interpersonal communication, teamwork, and conflict management. Results showed significant improvements in participants' understanding and practical skills, such as self-awareness, empathetic communication, and collaboration. Participant feedback highlighted the effectiveness of experiential learning methods. However, the workshop's one-day duration limited in-depth exploration of advanced EQ concepts. This study recommends continued training for more optimal outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance and assess the fairness of the stock price of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) as a basis for investment decision-making. The approach used is fundamental analysis, measuring five key financial ratios: Return on Equity (ROE), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Earnings per Share (EPS), Dividend per Share (DPS), and Price to Earnings Ratio (PER). In addition, the intrinsic value of the stock is estimated using the PER method and compared to the market price (closing price) to determine its valuation status—whether undervalued, fairly valued, or overvalued. The findings show that during the 2020–2024 period, ANTM recorded stable growth in EPS and DPS, along with a significantly increasing DPR policy. However, the intrinsic value of the stock in Q2 2025 is estimated at Rp1,526.24, which is considerably lower than the market price of Rp3,040, categorizing the stock as overvalued. Based on this analysis, the recommended investment decision is to re-evaluate the feasibility of purchasing ANTM shares. This study emphasizes the importance of using fundamental analysis to understand the balance between a company's financial performance and market expectations in investment decision-making.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of religious moderation from the perspective of Maqashid al-Syariah and how Islamic education can play a role in promoting tolerance and social justice. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach, examining various sources on religious moderation, Maqashid al-Syariah, and strategies in Islamic education. The findings indicate that religious moderation within the framework of Maqashid al-Syariah, which includes the protection of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property, can serve as a foundation for designing Islamic education that prioritizes values of tolerance and justice. Islamic education based on Maqashid al-Syariah not only creates a generation that practices religion in a moderate way but also respects differences and applies principles of social justice in daily life. In conclusion, Islamic education that integrates Maqashid al-Syariah can be an effective strategy in building a harmonious, tolerant, and just society. Through education based on Maqashid al-Syariah, religious moderation can be realized, and the potential for social conflict caused by intolerance can be minimized, leading to peace and well-being for humanity.
