Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Performance of the Regional Civil Service, Education and Training Agency of Kotabaru Regency in the provision of services in the field of staffing, education and training to all civil servants in the Regency Government based on indicators of Productivity, service quality and accountability are in the category of Good Enough . The Performance of the Regional Civil Service, Education and Training Agency in the District of Kotabaru in the provision of services in the field of staffing, education and training to all civil servants within the Regency Government is influenced by factors in the availability of reliable Human Resources (HR), facilities and infrastructure, proportional budget and adequate.

Abstract

Rancang Bangun Alat Filtrasi Dan Sterilisasi Ultraviolet Dengan Sistem Kontrol Otomatis Berbasis Arduino. Usaha budidaya ikan sangat berpotensi untuk berkembang. Beberapa Masyarakat telah melakukan usaha budidaya sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Proses filtrasi air pada kolam budidaya merupakan hal terpenting karena kualitas air kolam budidaya merupakan penentu keberhasilan dalam pembudidayaan ikan. Data menunjukkan bahwa banyaknya ikan dalam satu kolam mati akibat kualitas air yang buruk sehingga menyebabkan kurang optimalnya laba pendapatan bagi pembudidaya. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Solusi tepat guna yang ditawarkan yaitu alat filtrasi dan sterilisasi ultraviolet yang dilengkapi sistem kontrol otomatis berbasis arduino. Alat filtrasi air kolam modern yang didesain khusus untuk mengoptimalkan proses filtrasi air, keunggulan sistem filtrasi ini mampu menjaga derajat keasaman (pH), dan kecerahan air serta dapat menurunkan kadar amoniak (NH3) dan total bakteri dalam air Tujuan dibuatnya karya ilmiah ini yaitu untuk mengetahui cara merancang, membuat, mengoperasikan dan merawat serta mensosialisasikan alat filtasi dan sterilisasi ultraviolet untuk pengoptimalan proses filtrasi air kolam budidaya pada kelompok pembudidaya. Penerapan teknologi ini meliputi proses studi literatur, perancangan dan pembuatan alat berdasarkan kajian pustaka. Dengan menggunakan alat filtasi dan sterilisai ultraviolet dengan sistem kontrol otomatis berbasis arduino diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas, hasil panen, dan kesejahteraan para pembudidaya ikan.

Abstract

Contact plate freezer (CPF) is a refrigeration machine unit to freeze products that will certainly maintain product freshness. The cooling system is running smoothly, one thing that should be noted is the cooling load on the contact plate freezer. Cooling load is the amount of heat absorbed per unit of time. Refrigeration cycle at PT. Trimitra Makmur, using a combined refrigeration cycle (multi-stage cycle), using two vapor compression cycles using two single-stage compressors. The two compressors used have the same power of 55.92 kW. As for the main components of the refrigeration system at PT. Trimitra is prosperous, among others: Compressors, condensers, expansion valves, and evaporators. The cooling load on the contact plate freezer consists of product heat load, water heat load, internal heat load, and transmission heat load. In the contact plate freezer, the load of infiltration or heat from the outside air is not calculated because at the time of production the door of the contact plate freezer is closed tightly so the value of air exchange is very small and can be ignored. In this research, it was found that the average total load on contact plate freezer 1 was 23.07079 kW, so that the average total load on all three contact plate freezers at PT. Trimitra Makmur is 69.21237 kW. From the results of data collection and calculation, the COP value in the high-stage cycle is 4.33, so the power of the high-stage compressor used is 1/4.33 of the cooling capacity of the contact plate freezer. While in the booster cycle, a COP value of 6.49 is obtained, so the booster compressor power used is equal to 1/6.49 of the cooling capacity of the contact plate freezer.

Abstract

A web-based application can help business managers manage inventory, track customer orders, and optimize business processes including sales and marketing. Currently, the process of buying and selling catfish fry at RAY Catfish Palembang is still simple, namely recorded in the sales transaction book. This can lead to a number of difficulties such as difficulty in recording the number of stocks, time-consuming ordering process, both recording orders, checking the available fry stocks, and irregular reporting. The software development method used in this study is the Waterfall method as the system design method. Then the Atomic Design concept will be applied in the design of the system design. A good website system design can provide optimal user experience. Atomic Design is a design methodology consisting of five stages that work together to create a hierarchical user interface design system, starting from atoms, molecules, organisms, templates, to pages. The use of repetitive components can produce efficient and consistent designs. With the presence of a web-based freshwater fish fry sales application, it can facilitate RAY Catfish Palembang managers in tracking inventory and sales, as well as increasing efficiency in ordering and selling catfish fry.

Abstract

Abstrak Peran pemerintah desa termasuk di dalamnya pemerintah desa Kurau Kecamatan Kurau sebagai instansi penyelenggara layanan sangat penting. Masyarakat desa sebagai pihak pengguna layanan juga akan terpenuhi hak-haknya untuk pelayanan berkualitas dengan adanya petugas yang berkompeten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Kualitas pelayanan pemerintah desa Kurau Kecamatan Kurau Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari kelima indikator yang dijadikan ukuran untuk menilai kualitas pelayanan Pemerintah Desa Kurau Kecamatan Kurau yaitu Kenyamanan sarana pelayanan, Akurasi pelayanan, Keramahan petugas, Ketepatan waktu, dan Kemudahan prosedur pelayanan semuanya mempunyai kecenderungan yang baik, kecuali kenyamanan sarana pelayanan yang berada pada kategori cukup baik. Artinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan pelayanan yang diselenggarakan oleh Pemerintah Desa Kurau Kecamatan Kurau adalah kualitasnya baik. Kata Kunci : Kualitas, Pelayanan, Pemerintah Desa Abstract The role of the village government including the Kurau village government, Kurau District as an agency providing services is very important. The village community as users of services will also have their rights fulfilled for quality services with the presence of competent officers. This study aims to analyze the quality of services of the Kurau village government, Kurau District, Tanah Laut Regency. The results of the study show that of the five indicators used as a measure to assess the quality of services of the Kurau Village Government, Kurau District, namely Comfort of service facilities, Accuracy of service, Friendliness of officers, Punctuality, and Ease of service procedures, all have a good tendency, except for the comfort of service facilities which are in the fairly good category. This means that it can be concluded that overall the services provided by the Kurau Village Government, Kurau District are of good quality. Keywords: Quality, Service, Village Government

Abstract

This study examines the assembly process of cold storage for frozen food business with a capacity of 9 tons. The aim of this research is to design and assemble a cold storage with dimensions of 5 m in length, 2.7 m in width, and 2.7 m in height, capable of storing frozen food products at a temperature of -18°C. The components used for the cold storage machine include a semi-hermetic Bitzer compressor, a fin and tube HD type condenser, and a wongso evaporator. The total cost for purchasing materials and assembly services for the cold storage amounts to Rp 164,776,980, including an 11% value-added tax (VAT).

Abstract

The development of a web-based cold storage temperature and humidity monitoring device using Arduino Uno aims to monitor room conditions, particularly in cold storage spaces, through a website. This device utilizes DHT11 and DS18B20 sensors, along with the Wemos D1 Mini module, integrated with the Arduino Uno microcontroller. Arduino configuration is performed through an application to send commands to other components. The research was conducted at PT. Indu Manis Gresik, East Java. Data collection and testing were carried out at the specified location. The test results demonstrate the device's efficient operation, transmitting testing data to the associated website. The accuracy of the DS18B20 temperature sensor testing reached 98.8%, while the DS18B20 humidity sensor achieved 99.35%.

Abstract

Dunia kini memasuki era baru Revolusi Industri 4.0 dengan salah satu pilarnya adalah big data. Banyaknya penduduk dan peserta jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia membuat penerapan big data tak terhindarkan. Namun, tata kelola layanan tersebut masih menghadapi kendala dan potensi kerawanan keamanan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengusulkan framework tata kelola big data di layanan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan Indonesia sehingga dapat menjadi masukan bagi lembaga terkait. Rumusan masalah dari penulisan ini adalah: bagaimana implementasi big data di layanan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan dalam menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0? Bagaimana mengatasi tantangan keamanan data dalam implementasi big data di layanan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan dalam menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan induktif kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan data sekunder. Hasil studi menunjukkan penerapan big data di layanan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan membutuhkan tata kelola, perlindungan data, standar kualitas, dan evaluasi data yang tepat. Tantangan keamanan data meliputi pengumpulan, keamanan, dan manajemen data. Keamanan data diperlukan melalui arsitektur sistem, kolaborasi, konsolidasi basis data, dan strategi berpusat pada orang banyak dengan perlindungan data sensitif dan peningkatan teknologi serta kerangka hukum.

Abstract

Lubricating oil is a critical component in the operation of diesel engines, functioning to reduce wear and dissipate heat generated by friction in moving engine components. Compared to gasoline engines, diesel engines produce higher levels of carbon during combustion, necessitating the use of lubricating oil filters to remove combustion residues. Additionally, fine filters are employed to minimize contaminants present in the lubricating oil. This study aims to analyze the contaminant levels in different states of lubricating oil: new, unused oil; oil used for 500 hours without a fine filter; oil used for 500 hours with a CJC fine filter; and oil used for 1,336.5 hours with a CJC fine filter. The testing methods employed were ASTM D5185-18 and ASTM E2412-10, with all analyses conducted at the PT Petrolab Services Laboratory. The results demonstrate that the use of a CJC fine filter significantly reduces contaminants, with sodium levels at 1 ppm, silicon levels at 7 ppm, and Fuel Dilution, Water Content, and Glycol levels consistently at 0%.

Abstract

The implementation of the administrative work of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Banjarmasin in the field of personnel administration, financial administration, infrastructure administration, public relations administration, archive administration, and student administration is in good category. Overall there are 67% of respondents who answered that the administrative service was good, 31% answered quite well, and 2% answered less well. This means that it can be concluded that the implementation of the administrative work of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Banjarmasin is good.
