Abstract

Kehilangan bagasi merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi di bandara dan dapat menurunkan tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi berbasis web yang digunakan dalam pelaporan kehilangan bagagi di Bandara NOP Goliat Dekai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden yang telah menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Instrumen penelitian dari 15 butir pertanyaan berbasis skala Likert 1-5 yang mencakup berbagai aspek layanan, seperti kemudahan akses, tampilan antarmuka, fitur pelacakan, kejelasan informasi, dan kecepatan notifikasi laporan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden merasa sangat puas terhadap kemudahan akses aplikasi, tampilan antarmuka yang intuitif, serta kecepatan notifikasi perkembangan laporan. Namun, beberapa aspek seperti fungsi unggah dokumen dan akses riwayat laporan masih memerlukan perbaikan. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi ini dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan pengalaman pengguna dalam pelaporan kehilangan bagasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi berbasis web yang dirancang dengan prinsip user-centered design dapat mendukung penguatan layanan publik di sektor transportasi udara, khususnya di wilayah dengan keterbatasan infrastruktur digital. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan layanan berbasis teknologi informasi di bandara lainnya.

Abstract

The car wash service industry faces various operational challenges such as long queues, difficulty in finding a reliable location, and unclear information about prices and services. This study aims to optimize car wash services through a web-based booking system. This system allows customers to book services online, choose a convenient time, and make electronic payments, which can reduce waiting times and increase convenience. The research method used is a mixed approach, with data collection through surveys, interviews, and observations at several car wash locations. The results show that the implementation of a web-based booking system improves operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, especially in terms of ease of booking, speed of service, and quality of information provided. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of the timeliness of the wash and the quality of service results. This study also identifies factors that influence customer adoption of web-based systems, such as ease of use, perceived benefits, and social influence. In conclusion, the implementation of a web-based booking system has a positive impact on the performance of the car wash service business by improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service quality.

Abstract

Energy management in smart buildings still faces challenges in optimizing energy use, particularly for high-load devices, such as HVAC systems and lighting. Conventional control systems are often inadequate for optimizing energy usage based on the operational needs of the building. This study aims to develop and analyze a web server-based electrical energy control system that can be accessed in real time to improve the energy efficiency of smart buildings. This study employed a quasi-experimental method by implementing a web server-based control system in a smart building and comparing the energy consumption before and after the application of the system. The results show that the system reduces the energy consumption by up to 25%, particularly for HVAC systems and lighting. The most significant energy savings occurred during off-peak hours, when the system automatically reduced power for unnecessary devices. The implications of this research suggest that a web server-based control system not only enhances energy efficiency and reduces operational costs, but also provides greater flexibility in energy management through more adaptive and responsive remote control. This research contributes to the development of more sustainable energy management technologies for smart buildings, with wide potential applications in commercial and institutional building scenarios
