<![CDATA[In several areas, schools have begun to implement limited face-to-face learning. This is because conditions in each region have started to improve, and the level of emergency has lessened. This situation depends on the ability of schools to organize face-to-face meetings. The limited face-to-face implementation should include the appropriate method to avoid a widespread outbreak of COVID-19 in elementary schools. The goal of this study was to ascertain the benefits and drawbacks of restricted face-to-face learning in elementary schools. This study used a qualitative approach and involved a case study approach. SDIT Al-Bina, Purwakarta Regency is the location of this research. (1) Observation; (2) in-depth interviews; and (3) documentation are used to acquire data. The following procedures were utilized in the data analysis: (1) data collection; (2) data reduction; (3) data presentation; and (4) conclusions (Miles et al., 2014). The findings of this study indicate that the difficulty in implementing limited face-to-face learning is the discipline required to ensure the health of every element of the school for it to avoid becoming a hub for the growth of COVID-19 or a school cluster. The possibility is to enhance learning competencies that were lost in the process of learning.]]>

<![CDATA[3D visual media is media whose appearance can be observed from any point of view and has dimensions of length, width, and height/thickness. There are still many teachers who teach using conventional methods even though there are many contextual media that can be used to deliver learning materials so that students better understand the material being taught. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of a 3D visual media based on the Realistic Mathematics Education approach in grade 5. The method used in this research is experimental research. Data collection is done by determining the population and samples are carried out before the research is carried out. This research was conducted in Class 5C of SD Negeri Cipocok Jaya 1. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of 3D visual media can improve student learning outcomes in Class 5C of SD Negeri Cipocok Jaya 1.]]>

<![CDATA[Problem solving skills are indispensable asa part of 21st century skills. The lpw problem solving ability of students who have not been able to develop now knowledge actively in the classroom is caused because learning is still teacher-centered. The use of a learning approach can be a solution to train students’ problem solving abilities. This study aims to conduct a literatur review related to the implementation of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach in problem solving abilities in elementary schools. Data collection is done by documenting and reviewing all articles related to the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach publish ed in the last 5 years. The results showed that the Realoistic Mathematic Education (RME) approach; 1) give real and practical math problems, 2) facilitate students’ understanding of problem solving skills, 3) Improving students’ cognitive and character aspects, and 4) increase students’ interest and learning outcomes. Form the date obtained, it can concluded that the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach can improve mathematical problem solving abilities in elementary schools.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how much influence Job Stress and Job Satisfaction have on Turn Over Intention of Nurses at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital, namely by Testing and Analyzing the Significant Effect of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turn Over Intention Simultaneously, then Testing and Analyzing the Significant Effect Between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention Partially. The population in this study were 206 primary hospital nurses. however, as the sample in this study, there were 67 nurses using the slovin formula. The method used is by using purposive sampling method. The research data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis and processed using the SPSS for windows version 20 application. The results of the study showed that job stress and job satisfaction had an effect on the turn over intention of nurses at the Pekanbaru Prima Hospital.]]>

<![CDATA[Tanaman palawija adalah jenis tanaman pertanian yang sangat dibutuhkan, karena kandungan gizinya yang sangat bermanfaat bagi manusia maupun hewan ternak. Oleh sebab itu, tanaman palawija menjadi salah satu target utama bagi para pebisnis atau investor pada sektor pertanian terutama mengetahui seberapa besar potensi dari berbagai macam tanaman palawija yang akan dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan terhadap pengelolaannya, selain daripada itu juga berpengaruh terhadap strategi pemerintah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian daerahnya. Banyaknya data dari masing-masing tanaman palawija yang harus ditinjau pertahunnya menjadi sulit ketika hanya diperoleh dan diperhitungkan secara manual. Maka dari itu, pada penelitian ini menerapkan sistem klasifikasi untuk mengetahui dengan mudah potensi dari masing-masing tanaman palawija. Metode yang digunakan pada sistem klasifikasi ini adalah K-Means dimana akan melakukan pengelompokan data kedalam tiga clustering yang telah ditentukan. Diantaranya yaitu clustering 1 (Tinggi), clustering 2 (Sedang), clustering 3 (Rendah).]]>

<![CDATA[Coffee exports are high, but productivity is low due to poor coordination, limited resources, and weak skills and infrastructure. The objectives of this research are to (1) explain the role of agribusiness institutions in enhancing the competitiveness of Arabica Coffee, (2) identify the obstacles that hinder the effectiveness of agribusiness institutions in enhancing Arabica Coffee production, (3) design strategic programs to improve Arabica coffee production. This research uses survey methods, interviews, and focus group discussions to obtain data by involving respondents or experts directly involved. The analysis used is Interpretative Structural Modeling to analyze institutional relationships and identify strategic points for policy intervention to increase Arabica coffee production. The results of the ISM analysis show that the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture, and Plantations of Enrekang Regency has a strategic role in increasing Arabica coffee production through coordinated strategic programs. The main obstacle is the lack of initial support for institutional involvement, which hinders inter-agency coordination. Strategic programs such as extension services focus on enhancing farmers knowledge and skills to adopt sustainable technologies and practices.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengabdian ini bertujuan agar warga madrasah dipersiapkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penyediaan madu. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode tanya jawab/pengenalan serta pemberdayaan. Salah satu cara untuk memperoleh informasi dan dapat mendekatkan diri dengan peserta pengabdian, tim pengabdian melakukan tanya jawab dengan peserta pengabdian pada waktu pemaparan materi. Pengabdian ini dilakukan oleh tim dari Universitas Islam Riau dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2022 yang bertempat di Madrasah Aliyah Kuala Kampar Kabupaten Pelalawan Riau. Ada 2 jenis kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu pendidikan bentuk penyuluhan dan Pemberdayaan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan merasakan manfaat dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat mereka mendapatkan informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan berguna untuk diri mereka. Informasi tentang pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat, penggunaan teknologi untuk penyediaan madu, prosfek dan tantangan kedepan. Penanaman jiwa entepreneurship ini akan membantu mereka ikut berpartisipasi sebagai sebagai anggota masyarakat. Oleh karena harapan akan bimbingan dan pelatihan sangat mereka harapkan kembali.]]>

<![CDATA[Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam sebuah organisasi atau instansi, selain itu Budaya organisasi juga tak kalah pentingnya. Budaya organisasi bisa menjadi instrument keunggulan kompetitif yang utama, yaitu bila budaya organisasi mendukung strategi organisasi, memiliki strategi dalam menjalankan usaha/bisnis sangatlah penting agar dapat eksis dalam menghadapi iklim persaingan dan ekonomi yang cukup lesu saat ini. Oleh sebab itu peran budaya dan sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai tujuan. Dengan adanya dua komponen diatas diharapkan bagi para pemilik/karyawan UMKM bisa memaksimalkan kinerja mereka dan bisa mempertahankan usaha tersebut. Adapun Permasalahan yang ada pada usaha UMKM ini adalah perlunya meningkatkan kompetensi SDM kemudian membangun dan menguatkan budaya organisasi, meningkatkan manajemen strategi, keterampilan sehingga bisa meningkatkan kinerja UMKM dan bisa bertahan ditengah persaingan yang sengit pada saat ini. Pada intinya yang dimiliki SDM masih perlu ditingkatkan untuk menciptakan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya memiliki kompetensi dan membangun budaya kerja yang lebih baik baik sehingga bisa tetap bertahan dan sustainable. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia. <![CDATA[Traditional dress rental in Indonesia is an important cultural element, often used for events such as weddings and cultural ceremonies. However, offline rental systems have limitations in terms of time and accessibility. This study aims to design an online traditional dress rental system application that addresses these limitations, focusing on user comfort and preferences. A quantitative approach was used in this research, involving a survey of 30 respondents who have experience or interest in traditional dress rental. The questionnaire was designed to identify user preferences, comfort in using the application, and desired features in the online rental system. The results indicate that the majority of respondents prefer online rental systems due to the ease of access and flexibility of time. Desired features include diverse payment methods, dress search filters based on type, size, and price, as well as real-time rental return notifications. This study contributes to the development of an effective online rental application that not only provides convenience for users but also supports the preservation of Indonesian culture. With this application, it is expected to enhance public accessibility to a variety of traditional dresses while introducing and preserving Indonesian cultural heritage through a digital platform.]]>
