Abstract

Problematika pembelajaran PAI di SMK Islam Raden Fatah Tugu Mulyo Sumatera Selatan dominan terhadap tiga aspek masalah yaitu : Minat belajar yaitu; Peserta didik bolos belajar, tidak masuk kelas tanpa keterangan, tidak mengerjakan tugas baik, Mencontek, Malas-malasan, peserta didik malas mengikuti kegiatan keagamaan, terlambat masuk kelas, kurang aktif dalam mengeluarkan pendapat dan jarang bertanya, dan akhlak yang tidak baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis problematika pembelajaran PAI di SMK Islam Raden Fatah Tugu Mulyo Sumatera Selatan, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi problematika pembelajaran PAI di SMK Islam Raden Fatah Tugu Mulyo Sumatera Selatan dan menganalisis solusi problematika pembelajaran PAI di SMK Islam Raden Fatah Tugu Mulyo Sumatera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, penelitian ini mendeskripsikan data informasi yang berdasarkan fkta yang diperoleh dari lapangan. Penelitian ini mengkaji bentuk, aktivitas, karakteristik, peribahan, hubungan, kesamaan dan perbedaannya dengan fenomena lain. Deskriptip dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengembangkan teori yang dibangun melalui data yang diperoleh di lapangan.. Beberapa solusi yang dilakukan untuk memecahkan problem yang terjadi di SMK Islam Raden Fatah, yaitu; melakukan bimbingan dan arahan agar selalu menjaga semangat dalam belajar kepada peserta didik oleh kepala sekolah, waka kesiswaan, dan guru. menambahkan tentang pentingnya nilai-nillai mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, meningkatkan kemampuan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam , memberikan layanan terbaik, dan mengaktifkan dan memperbaiki hubungan masyarakat melalui rapat guru dan orang tua, home visit, kunjungan orang tua ke sekolah, pemanggilan orang tua, dan sharing perkembangan peserta didik melalui media tekhnologi. Abstract

There are many factors that influence teacher performance, not only because of the lack of teacher competence as many are addressed at this time. This study aims to analyse the influence of leadership, organizational culture, work motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on teacher performance in State Aliyah Madrasah in Malang Raya. This study uses quantitative methods, with data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling. The research shows that effective leadership is characterized by the ability to create a conducive work environment. Organizational culture is influenced by integration, work motivation by achievement needs, organizational commitment by continuance commitment, job satisfaction by job fit with personality, and teacher performance by lesson planning. Good leadership helps teachers understand the institution's goals and promotes active and effective learning. Factors such as management closeness, affective commitment, and job satisfaction improve teacher performance. Recommendations are given to the Heads of State Madrasah Aliyah in Malang Raya and the Ministry of Religious Affairs to consider the importance of effective leadership in improving teacher performance. This research has implications for improving teacher performance.

Abstract

This study examines the role of religiosity in student character formation within vocational education by analyzing the mediating effects of learning motivation and literacy. Employing a quantitative correlational design with an ex post facto approach, the study analyzes survey data collected from 381 students enrolled in public vocational secondary schools in Indonesia (N = 381). Religiosity is conceptualized as a multidimensional construct encompassing belief, practice, experience, and social consequences, while student character is defined as an integrated set of cognitive, moral, and socio-emotional dispositions. Data were analyzed using regression-based mediation analysis within a structural equation modeling framework, indicating that religiosity has a positive and statistically significant direct effect on student character. In addition, learning motivation and literacy function as significant mediating variables, demonstrating partial mediation in the relationship between religiosity and character formation. These findings suggest that religious values influence character development not only through direct moral orientation, but also indirectly by strengthening students’ motivational engagement and interpretive capacities. By empirically testing a mediated model of character formation, this study advances a mechanism-oriented understanding of how values, motivation, and literacy interact in vocational education. The findings contribute theoretically to research on character education and religious education, while practically underscoring the importance of integrating ethical values, motivational support, and literacy development in holistic vocational education models.

Abstract

This study examines the repositioning of pesantren in supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly quality education as a strategic pathway toward Indonesia Emas 2045. As value-based Islamic educational institutions, pesantren have strong potential in character building, competency development, and community empowerment. However, their role in sustainable development remains insufficiently integrated into policy and educational practice. This research employs a qualitative conceptual approach based on library research. Data were collected from academic literature, international reports, and national policy documents, and analyzed using thematic and integrative methods. The findings reveal that the repositioning of pesantren can be achieved through the integration of value-based education, 21st-century competencies, and community empowerment. This integration results in the Pesantren-Based Sustainable Education Model, positioning pesantren as strategic actors in education and sustainable development. This study contributes both theoretically and practically to optimizing the role of pesantren toward Indonesia Emas 2045, while also providing insights for policymakers and educators.

Abstract

In the context of educational institutions, the implementation of these management functions serves as the primary foundation for managing various aspects of education, including student management. Student management is an integral part of educational management, specifically focusing on managing students as the primary subjects in the educational process. This study aims to analyze student management based on the planning–actuating–controlling cycle in improving students’ academic and non-academic achievements at MAN 1 Pesisir Barat. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach involving the principal, vice principal of student affairs, teachers, homeroom teachers, and extracurricular supervisors. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation and analyzed using an interactive model. The results show that planning has been systematically arranged through formal documents but is not fully based on students’ achievement data. Program implementation has been carried out fairly well through academic and non-academic activities, although challenges remain such as limited facilities and uneven student participation. Evaluation has been conducted regularly but has not been optimally used as a basis for decision-making. Therefore, student management has been implemented adequately but is not yet fully integrated into a data-driven management cycle.
