Abstract

Agenda utama bidang pendidikan Kemenag dalam rencana strategis 2020-2024 meliputi peningkatan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Kemenag juga fokus dalam peningkatan pemerataan akses layanan pendidikan di semua jenjang dan percepatan pelaksanaan Wajib Belajar 12 Tahun. Peningkatan secara profesionalisme, kualitas, pengelolaan, dan penempatan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang merata di setiap instansi juga menjagi sasaran utama. Kemenag mendukungvisi dan misi dari pusat terutama dalam menekankan revolusi mental pada sistem pendidikan untuk memperkuat nilai integritas, etos kerja, gotong royong dan budi pekerti. Demikian juga dengen mengedepankan moderasi beragama dan kearifan lokal. Berdasarkan hal ini, kegiatan PkM dari tim IAKN Tarutung mengusung tema PAK Berbasis Kearifan Lokal yang melibatkan unsur Kemenag Toba dan Dosen serta pegawai IAKN Tarutung. Para pendengar Sabda Hayat tidak terlepas dari konteks keberagaman dan budaya lokal masing-masing. Salah satu kearifal lokal dari kebudayaan Batak Toba ialah falsafah Dalihan Na Tolu yang mengandung prinsip saling menghormati, menghargai dan mengasihi tanpa melihat latar belakang dan status sosial seseorang.  Tentu ini sangat relevan dengan tema teologis yang ada dalam Kitab Suci, kisah Orang Kaya dan Lazarus yang Miskin dalam Lukas 16:19-31. Dalam konteks sekolah, materi PAK di Kabupaten Toba bisa susun berdasarkan falsafah Dalihan Na Tolu ini. Guru PAK juga harus menerapkan falsafah Dalihan Na Tolu dalam proses belajar-mengajar serta menekankan interpretasi falsafah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari karena sesuai dengan prinsip teologis yang termuat dalam Kitab Suci.

Abstract

This research examines the construction of Christian education through the dialectic between theology and Toba Batak local wisdom in the context of sustainable leadership and education. Using qualitative library research methods, this study analyzes how the principles of servant leadership from Christian theology can be integrated with dalihan na tolu philosophy as a foundation for sustainable Christian education. The results show that dalihan na tolu values such as reciprocity, harmony, and social justice have significant theological relevance to sustainable education development. The integration of Christian theological perspectives with Batak Toba cultural wisdom creates a contextual educational model that is responsive to local identity while maintaining universal Christian values. This research contributes to the development of contextual theology in Indonesia, particularly in formulating sustainable Christian education that is rooted in local wisdom while oriented toward Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) goals.   Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji konstruksi pendidikan Kristiani melalui dialektika antara teologi dan kearifan lokal Batak Toba dalam konteks kepemimpinan dan pendidikan yang berkelanjutan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan kualitatif, kajian ini menganalisis bagaimana prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan melayani dari teologi Kristen dapat diintegrasikan dengan falsafah dalihan na tolu sebagai landasan pendidikan Kristiani yang berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai dalihan na tolu seperti resiprokalitas, harmoni, dan keadilan sosial memiliki relevansi teologis yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan pendidikan berkelanjutan. Integrasi perspektif teologis Kristen dengan kearifan budaya Batak Toba menciptakan model pendidikan kontekstual yang responsif terhadap identitas lokal sekaligus mempertahankan nilai-nilai universal Kristen. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teologi kontekstual di Indonesia, khususnya dalam merumuskan pendidikan Kristiani yang berkelanjutan, berakar pada kearifan lokal, sekaligus berorientasi pada tujuan Education for Sustainable Development (ESD).

Abstract

Abstract. This paper aimed to analyze the leadership of Jesus found in several narratives in the Gospel of Luke. The purpose was to find the values of hospitality in His leadership and ministry. The method used in this study is the literature study method. The result of the study showed that in His ministry, Jesus treated the poor and marginalized with respect. His ministry also emphasized equality between humans. Leaders with these hospitality values will in turn become initiators for the formation of communities that care about the poor and marginalized.Abstrak. Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan Yesus yang terdapat dalam beberapa narasi di Injil Lukas. Tujuannya adalah untuk menemukan nilai-nilai hospitalitas dalam kepemimpinan dan pelayanan-Nya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelayanan-Nya, Yesus memperlakukan orang-orang miskin dan orang-orang yang termarginalkan dengan hormat. Pelayanan-Nya juga menekankan kesetaraan antar-manusia. Pemimpin dengan nilai hospitalitas tersebut pada gilirannya akan menjadi penggagas bagi terbentuknya komunitas yang perduli dengan orang-orang miskin dan orang-orang yang termaginalkan.

Abstract

Through reading this book, both churches and schools are taught to reconstruct or reorganize what is the basis or philosophy of the church or school being established. Because the right foundation will determine how the church carries out its duties and achieves what goals it wants to achieve. Likewise with schools, the right philosophy will influence the sustainability of its implementation. The philosophy or motto of the church and school in carrying out its duties should be based on the Bible, so that in carrying out its duties there are no deviations. For churches and schools, philosophy is important because it will help to formulate church and school teachings systematically, coherently and comprehensively. Philosophy should be a tool in developing the ministry of the church and school. Through reading the book, various general theories about education can be seen. Various understandings create various theories and practices of education. Therefore, the ideas built in these understandings can be applied to build education or fostering congregation members. However, the church needs to be critical when the various theories offered are not in accordance with the values of the truth of God's word. The church must remember that both the congregation and the teachers and the goals of education must be constructed based on biblical values.

Abstract

After reading the book, the writer found that Jesus knew His identity as Teacher and God. Therefore, the purpose of His coming into this world is to teach the truth to humans both through what is delivered and the example of His life. Therefore, a teacher must really realize, accept and be proud of his duties as a teacher so that he can carry out his duties to the fullest and be able to be an example for other students and society. Through reading this book, by learning from the Lord Jesus, there are many principles that a teacher must have and work on in teaching, namely knowing his students correctly with all the developments and struggles they face. In addition, a teacher must have clear goals, so that the learning process does not take place and act just like that without producing anything in students. In teaching a teacher, one must use the Bible as the main source in teaching even though one must be open to other knowledge to add insight to the teacher and students. A teacher must improve the quality of himself in teaching, by preparing both materially and choosing the right methods and strategies to use that are in accordance with the ability of students to accept them. In teaching a teacher must have a long-term vision in students. So that this helps the teacher to be patient and continue to give the best even though the students still have various weaknesses and deficiencies in themselves. Teachers must be able to see the positive side in students and develop it so that it becomes an impactful ability for the students themselves and the wider community in the future. Through reading this book, a teacher is required to learn from the person of the Lord Jesus and have a good personal relationship so that the wisdom and anointing from the Lord Jesus equips the teacher in carrying out his duties.

Abstract

After reading this book, the author understands that a Christian Religious Education teacher in both school and church contexts, who wants to teach must have thorough preparation, such as living in the knowledge of God, understanding the Bible and the basics of teaching the Christian faith, and having good character. endure the test, have intimate fellowship with God. Apart from being spiritual, the preparation of a Christian Religious Education teacher also includes the following, namely, before teaching, a Christian Religious Education teacher must also be able to formulate learning objectives, and even prepare learning through groups. The next part that a Christian Religious Education teacher must prepare is to prepare the curriculum or teaching materials in class. To help in teaching, a Christian Religious Education teacher must master and improve his teaching skills. Christian Religious Education Teachers must also be able to use various approaches through stories, lectures, sermons and various illustrations to help students understand the lesson messages conveyed by the teacher. A Christian Religious Education teacher must also be intelligent in managing the learning class. The room must be arranged in such a way that students are enthusiastic about participating in learning. Furthermore, a successful Christian Religious Education teacher will be successful if, through learning, students have an attitude of love and obedience to God. Because their goal in participating in learning is to become disciples for the Lord Jesus. Therefore, in teaching a Christian Religious Education teacher must be able to first provide examples or role models for students so that students have an idea of ​​the behavior that must be imitated as disciples of Christ. A professional Christian Religious Education teacher must have true commitment and uphold the values ​​of the truth of God's word which are the basis for his life.
