Abstract

According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the population of Indonesia stands at 273 million, Indonesia has approximately 167 million active subscribers to virtual entertainment platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The use of online entertainment is huge, particularly on Twitter, and has been associated with mental health implications, such as depression. This research objective is to do a comprehensive study about the IndoBertweet deep learning framework to investigate the prevalence of depression in social media, focusing on Twitter. Utilizing the DASS-42, the research estimates depression levels based on user interactions and reactions to tweets. The results of this research showed that the IndoBERTweet method achieved an accuracy rate of 82% in detecting depression using Twitter data. This research highlights the importance of intervention strategies to support the mental health of social media users, emphasizing the importance of proactive measures in addressing mental well-being issues in the digital space.

Abstract

This research aims to explore innovative educational strategies necessary to strengthen global skills in the 2045 Golden Generation. Through an in-depth analysis of the dynamics of social, technological, and global economic complexities, the article identifies substantial challenges in preparing the next generation for a rapidly changing world. Within this context, the study highlights the urgency for a profound transformation in the education system to integrate essential and relevant skills aligned with an increasingly interconnected and diverse world. The research suggests that project-based learning, leveraging advanced technology, and enhancing cross-sectoral collaboration are key to addressing these challenges. Through appropriate technology integration, new opportunities arise to facilitate more adaptive and responsive learning tailored to individual student needs. Furthermore, close collaboration among formal education, industry, and community institutions can provide more contextual and relevant learning experiences. By offering concrete solutions, this research not only provides deep insights into the complexity of challenges facing education but also depicts the transformative potential of innovative education in shaping an inclusive, dynamic, and highly competitive education future. Therefore, this research is relevant to education academics and practitioners and policymakers, industry stakeholders, and the broader community concerned with sustainable and inclusive future development.

Abstract

AFTA is designed to create deeper economic integration through reducing trade barriers, such as tariffs and non-tariff barriers, in order to strengthen the flow of goods and services between member countries. This has an impact on increasing trade volume, supply chain efficiency and the competitiveness of ASEAN products in the global market. However, AFTA implementation also poses serious challenges, especially for countries with less competitive domestic industries. Cheaper and better-quality imported products tend to shift people's preferences, foster consumerism, while weakening local industry. This study aims to provide strategic insight for policy makers, industry players and the public in understanding the balance between the benefits and risks of regional economic cooperation. AFTA dirancang untuk menciptakan integrasi ekonomi yang lebih mendalam melalui pengurangan hambatan perdagangan, seperti tarif dan hambatan non-tarif, guna memperkuat arus barang dan jasa antarnegara anggota. Hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan volume perdagangan, efisiensi rantai pasokan, dan daya saing produk ASEAN di pasar global. Namun, implementasi AFTA juga menimbulkan tantangan serius, terutama bagi negara-negara dengan industri domestik yang kurang kompetitif. Produk impor yang lebih murah dan berkualitas cenderung menggeser preferensi masyarakat, menumbuhkan sifat konsumtif, sekaligus melemahkan industri lokal.. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan strategis bagi pembuat kebijakan, pelaku industri, dan masyarakat dalam memahami keseimbangan antara manfaat dan risiko kerja sama ekonomi regional.

Abstract

AbstractPractical work as a form of learning activity is also part of a series of learning processes.  This research aimed at analyzing student psychomotor abilities in practical work on Reaction Rate lesson.  This research was carried out in the Academic Year of 2023/2024 at State Islamic Senior High School 2 Kampar on Reaction Rate lesson.  Quantitative descriptive method was used in this research. Purposive sampling was used in this research. The techniques of collecting data in this research were working assessment sheet, documentation, and interview to strengthen the data obtained.  The results of data analysis showed that the mean score of student psychomotor abilities was 72.37% with good category.  The highest mean score obtained was Creating indicator with the score 81.66% on good category, and the psychomotor ability with the lowest mean score was Manipulating indicator with the score 62.77% on good category.  The psychomotor sub-indicator with the highest mean score was Returning the practical work equipment with the score 100% on very good category, and the psychomotor sub-indicator with the lowest mean score was Delivering the practical work results with the score 47.91% on sufficient category.  Practical work learning could develop process skills, psychomotor skills, and scientific attitudes.Keywords: Psychomotor Abilities, Practical Work, Reaction Rate

Abstract

The pension fund program is one of the efforts to improve the welfare of Civil Servants who have entered retirement for their service and dedication to the country. This study aims to analyze how the welfare of old age for Civil Servants in Jayapura City Islamic Law Perspective. The type of research used is qualitative research (field research) with juridical and normative syar'i approaches, data sources in the form of primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The results showed that Civil Servants who have entered retirement will receive pension funds through two main programs, namely the Tabungan Hari Tua program and dana pensiun managed by PT. Taspen Jayapura City Branch, the pension scheme aims to provide income continuity, especially to meet daily needs in old age. Security of the necessities of life is an aspect of concern in Islam, even one of the principles of maqashid al-shari'ah is the obligation to maintain property (economic ability) in addition to the obligation to maintain religion, soul, reason, and offspring.
