Abstract

Patient data digitization has become a crucial need to improve the efficiency and accuracy of information management in healthcare facilities. The aim of this study was to design and implement a patient data digitization system at the Bhakti Medika Clinic using the CodeIgniter web framework, MySQL database, and Tesseract-based OCR technology. This system is designed to allow users to upload medical document images through a web interface, extract text automatically using Tesseract, and store the results in a structured database. The methods used in this study include observation, interviews, documentation, and system testing using a black box approach. The results show that the system successfully improves data processing efficiency, accelerates information access, and reduces manual input errors. The use of Tesseract OCR has proven effective in extracting information from high-quality images, with validation conducted using a Confusion Matrix to measure the accuracy of the extraction results.

Abstract

Lamtoro is a traditionally cultivated plant, this is due to its therapeutic properties and chemical content and in lamtoro seeds contain flavonoids that function as antioxidants. The use of lamtoro seed extract can provide a protective effect from skin damage due to photoaging and carciogenesis. The effectiveness of the drug will be maximized if given to a preparation such as a gel. The type and concentration of gel used will affect physical properties and physical stability. This study aims to determine the effect of gelling agent concentration on the physical properties and physical requirements of gel preparations. Evaluation of gel preparations includes pH tests, dispersion tests, adhesion and viscosity tests. The results showed that there was an influence of gelling agent concentration on the physical properties and physical requirements of gel preparations, which was reinforced by the results of One-Way ANOVA statistical analysis where a significance value of <0.05 was obtained which can be concluded that there is an influence of gelling agent concentration.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilakukan oleh Tim kami terletak di Desa Giritirta Kecamatan Pejawara, kabupaten pejawaran. Kebanyakan masyarakat desa Giritirta yang berprofesi sebagai petani, tapi ada sebagai petani yang juga sambil berwirausaha dengan mengelola hasil pertanian mereka salah satunya adalah petani kopi. Berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan di lapangan, bahwa tingginya kegiatan bisnis yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha belum disertai dengan pemahaman tentang faktor pendukung seperti dalam pengemasan produk, sehingga pelaku usaha hanya fokus pada keuntungan tanpa memperhatikan faktor pendukung bisnis. Berdasarkan ilustrasi ini, pengusaha UMKM membutuhkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya pengemasan untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnis sehingga mereka dapat berkembang dengan baik di masa depan.
