Abstract

Kemenkumham is a ministry in the Government of Indonesia in charge of legal affairs and human rights. The problem that occurs at this time is the process of storing data that has not used a computerized database, which is still in the form of paper archives, so that checking and processing data takes 1 day, and the lack of data security because it still uses paper archives. In addition, the process of making reports is not accurate and there are often discrepancies between report data and archived data. And to deal with all these obstacles, a web-based community complaint application was made which aims to facilitate the community in making complaints. This application is designed and built using PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. With this application, it is hoped that it can simplify existing processes.

Abstract

PT. Korang Aria Bima is one of the many contractor companies located in the city of East Jakarta, established in 1983. The implementation of PT Korang Aria Bima's construction projects has not yet made computerized records of work plans and targets that must be achieved from each stage of project work, resulting in projects often experiencing setbacks that can harm the company. And to deal with these problems, a web-based construction project implementation monitoring application was created which aims to facilitate the company in monitoring the implementation of the project being worked on. This application is designed and built using PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. With this application, it is hoped that it can simplify existing processes.

Abstract

PT Tetra Grosir Indonesia is a multipurpose store with various product categories. Currently, employee performance appraisal at PT Tetra Grosir Indonesia is still manual, causing problems such as fraud and errors in employee assessment. This process involves sending forms via WhatsApp, leading to delays and loss of information. In addition, the processing of the final report assessment results is still in paper form, which has the potential to be damaged or even lost. Therefore, to deal with these problems, a web-based employee performance appraisal application was created, in order to overcome problems of efficiency, accuracy, and reliability in the employee appraisal process. This application is designed and built using PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. With this application, it is expected to facilitate the employee appraisal process.

Abstract

PT. Home Center Indonesia is one of the companies engaged in the sale of furniture and home decor. The problem faced by the company at this time is that there is no computerized system to help manage the company's relationship with customers, so the company cannot directly contact customers quickly. In addition, customer data is still stored in Microsoft Excel which is considered less efficient, and there is no data backup which results in data at risk of being damaged or even lost. Therefore, to handle these obstacles, a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information system was created with system modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and using the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database, so that it can overcome obstacles in managing company interactions with customers and increase company competitiveness.

Abstract

Jakarta Heart Center (JHC) is an agency engaged in health services, especially in dealing with heart disease. At JHC currently still does not have a non-medical logistics information system, the system used at this time is still done manually, namely to make non-medical logistics planning where officers must check directly to the warehouse where goods are stored so that it can slow down the non-medical logistics planning process itself, because it takes a long time. To deal with these problems, a web-based non-medical logistics information system was designed and built using Unified Modeling Language (UML) system modeling, PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database, so as to help and facilitate the non-medical logistics process.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the implementation of computerized information systems has become an essential requirement for various business sectors, including the culinary industry. Kopi Kenangan, operating at the Cikini Gas Station since 2017, has seen an increase in the number of customers. However, the process of determining and managing the menu is still done manually, resulting in inefficiencies and high paper usage. To address these issues, this study aims to design and develop a web-based menu information system at the Kopi Kenangan outlet at the Cikini Gas Station. The system is expected to enhance efficiency in menu management and improve customer satisfaction. The methodology used in this study includes system requirements analysis, system design using UML, and implementation using PHP and MySQL technologies, in addition to developing the application using the waterfall method. The result of this study is an information system that facilitates menu management, reduces errors, and speeds up the process of updating menu information at the Kopi Kenangan outlet.

Abstract

Information technology is crucial in enhancing business efficiency, especially through the internet. In Indonesia, motorcycles are the primary mode of transportation, creating a need for efficient maintenance services. Ramos Jaya Motor Workshop currently faces issues with its semi-manual service system, which relies on Excel and is prone to damage and virus attacks. This research designs and develops a web-based information system for vehicle services, using MySQL for the database, PHP for programming, and UML for system design. The system aims to facilitate online service reservations, improve data management, and enhance the accuracy and speed of reporting. This will streamline communication between vehicle owners and the workshop, improving overall service efficiency.

Abstract

Kopi Bar Depok is a café that still operates its business using a manual system. As a result, there are several issues, especially in the transaction process at this café. The medium used for transactions is still paper, and data is also stored in physical form, making it prone to damage and loss. Additionally, the transaction process takes a considerable amount of time and is inefficient. To address these issues in the transaction process at Kopi Bar Depok, a web-based Transaction Information System has been developed. This information system uses PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and is created using the Waterfall method.

Abstract

PT. Delamibrands Kharisma Busana is a retail company specializing in the sale of fashion products, such as clothing and accessories. The company emphasizes the importance of customer trust and satisfaction to meet their needs and enhance the company's economic performance. Currently, PT. Delamibrands Kharisma Busana employs traditional sales methods, requiring customers to visit physical stores in malls to shop. This can lead to uncertainty regarding product availability, potentially diminishing customer loyalty. Additionally, the company faces challenges in expanding its product marketing reach to various regions, both within and outside the city. Therefore, an e-commerce information system has been developed to address these issues. This information system uses the PHP programming language, MySQL database, UML modeling, and the Waterfall method as the SDLC methodology.

Abstract

PT Telkom Akses, a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia, specializes in the construction of network infrastructure and provides high-quality and affordable internet connectivity. However, the company faces challenges in managing consumer complaints, which are currently handled manually, leading to potential human errors and inefficiencies. This research aims to design and develop a web-based consumer complaint management system to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the complaint process. The system is developed using PHP for programming and MySQL for the database. To ensure that the system meets user requirements, Unified Modeling Language (UML) techniques are employed, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. Black Box Testing is used to validate the system’s functionality and performance. The implementation of this information system is expected to streamline and improve the management of consumer complaints, particularly in the Muara Karang area, making the process more integrated, accurate, and user-friendly, thereby enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
