Abstract

The Babak River Watershed is located in Tanah Beak Village and borders directly with Bagu Village, Pringgarata District, Central Lombok Regency, which is one of the areas where river flooding and drainage systems often occur. In the analysis, the method used is to collect rainfall data and river watershed (DAS) data, the data is analyzed using the Normal method, Normal log, Person Type III log and Gumbel method, then calculate the design discharge PMP value, after the calculation is carried out, the discharge is obtained. design in the Babak river basin using the Haspers method for each 2 year return period the discharge is = 55966.851 m3/sec, 5 year return period the discharge is = 58655.999 m3/sec, 10 year return period the discharge is = 60437 .904 m3/sec, 20 year return period debit of = 62125.576 m3/sec, 25 year return period debit of = 62687.966 m3/sec, 50 year return period debit of = 64356.591 m3/sec, return period 100 years of discharge is = 66027.221 m3/sec. Meanwhile, the maximum rainfall value that may occur, the PMP value is obtained = 967.256 mm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the dominant type of damage occurring on roads in Mekarsari Village and to determine the condition rating for each road segment studied. This research is a case study of road damage in Mekarsari Village. This study was conducted in the Mekarsari Village area, selecting a 3-km road segment with a width of >4 meters, located in the Mekarsari area of West Lombok Regency. The results showed that the 3-km road segment studied in Mekarsari Village had a total damage volume of 106 m3, consisting of several types of damage: cracks (61 m2), pavement (9 m2), subsidence (3 m3), thickness (8 m3), and grooves (25 m). Therefore, the dominant type of damage was cracks (61 m2). The condition rating for the road segment was 6, indicating a condition requiring routine maintenance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of motorcycle parking in the Bhayangkara Mataram Hospital parking area, to determine the level of adequacy of the use of parking spaces that have been provided in the Bhayangkara Mataram Hospital parking area. The research method used in this study was a survey conducted in the Bhayangkara Mataram Hospital parking area. The survey was conducted by placing surveyors at the gate in order to find out which vehicles were entering and leaving. The results of the study showed that the characteristics of parking at the Bhayangkara Mataram Hospital showed fluctuating parking volume and accumulation values for each time period and day of data collection, but had a tendency for maximum values during the hospital's operating hours when serving specialist doctor practices at the hospital. The level of adequacy of the parking area at the Bhayangkara Hospital is categorized as still being able to accommodate the number of visiting vehicles. This can be seen from the parking index which is still below the maximum parking standard.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze time and costs with an initial Time Schedule using the Time Cost Trade Off method in a 2-storey Residential House Development Project. The method used to complete this research is descriptive method by examining case studies. The results showed that the addition of overtime hours had an optimum duration of 146 HK or 3% which resulted in an increase in project costs due to overtime hours of Rp. 2,628,281.25 so that the project cost increases from Rp. 767,230,000.00 to Rp. 769,858,281.25 Meanwhile, the addition of the number of workers with an optimum time of 146 HK resulted in an increase in project costs of IDR 95,000.00 so that the project cost increased from IDR. 767,230,000.00 to Rp. 76.325,000.00 . From the results of this study it can be seen that adding workers is more efficient than adding overtime hours with greater cost advantages.
