Abstract

The best service and quality is very helpful in order to maintain consumer Indika Kreasindo Event Organizer.The aim of this study was to determine the quality of services provided by Indika Kreasindo Event Organizer to their subscriber gaps between customer expectations regarding the quality of services provided by the company to the customer.This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to customers Indika Kreasindo Event Organizer randomly selected to obtain the original data on expectations and performance that can indicate the level of customer satisfaction. This questionnaire is a tool used in the method servqual (Parasuraman et.al), consists of 30 of the questions that have been adapted to Indika Kreasindo event organizer and have tested the validity and relibitasi expectations and performance of the 72 consumers.From the research that has been done, the quality of service is obtained consisting of physical evidence (tangible), empathy (empathy), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), guarantee (assurance) is positive, this indicates that the quality of service Indika good Kreasindo Event Organizer partially and simultaneously meet customer expectations. In this study the most influential variable is the variable reliability (X3) with a value of 11.151. The advice given to the Event Organizer Indika Kreasindo is that maintaining the service dimension that already meet consumer expectations.Keywords: Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect Influence of supervision, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee discipline on PT. Adei Plantation& Industry Kebun Mandau Selatan.The population in this study 49 people. While the sampling technique with cluster sampling method is to take a census of all employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method with SPSS 18. Based on the survey results revealed that the supervisory, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction significant effect partially and simultaneously to discipline employees of PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian pengolahan PT. Sumber Jaya Indah Nusa Coy di Rokan Hulu yang berjumlah 112 orang dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik kuesioner, wawancara sedangkan datanya data primer dan data sekunder. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, koefisien korelasi, uji simultan, dan uji parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, ini terbukti dari hasil uji F yang memperoleh Fhitung= 36,552 diterima pada taraf signifikan 5%. Selanjutnya berdasarkan uji parsial dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, ini terbukti dari hasil uji t yaitu sebesar t hitung x1= 2,964. Lingkungan kerja diperoleh hasil uji t yaitu sebesar t hitung x2=3,398 diterima. Diperoleh hasil R2=50,10%, hal ini berarti bahwa kemampuan variabel independen ( kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja) menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap variabel dependen (produktivitas) sebesar 50,10%, sedangkan sisanya merupakan variabel yang tidak terungkap dalam penelitian.Kata Kunci :Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

This study was conducted at Hospital Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous career development and job satisfaction. The number of samples in this study were 73 hospital nurses Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. From the results of the ttest with two-way career development is known that variable with a value of tcount> ttable or 6,475 > 2,00 so the career development of partial positive effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, job satisfaction variable with a value of t > t table or 4,576 > 2,00 and thus job satisfaction partially positive effect on organizational commitment. F test results with values of Fcount = 41,624 and Ftable = 3,13 so F value is greater than the F table and a significance value of F is 0,000 less than the α value of 0,05. Thus, simultaneous career development and job satisfaction affects organizational commitment RS Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. Advice can be given to the hospital is expected Eka Hospital Pekanbaru in order to instill cultural values of the organization, provide information clearly and evaluate career and rearranging the placement of the system to match the position of nurses and nurse expertise. Furthermore, nurses are expected to strive for in order to prioritize the organization's willingness to put the interests of the affairs of the hospital in advance rather than private interests, more daring in the face of challenging work and mutual support among nurses.Keywords: Career Development, Job Satisfaction, OrganizationalCommitment

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect Supervision, Work Environment, the discipline of the Occupational Health Safety (K3) Employee at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang Variable in this study is the supervision, work environment, discipline and Occupational Health Safety (K3) while the population is all employees at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang totaling 1280 people. In the sampling, theauthor uses simple random sampling method, a total of 93 people. In this study, the data obtained will be processed by multiple linear regression model (multiple regression). Regression method can be used to show how the independent variables affect the dependent variable. From the research together have influence with the dependent variable. This means that control variables, the working environment and significant effect on the discipline of occupational safety and health of employees of PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang. Monitoring the results of testing variables by t test showed surveillance, working environment and significant effect on the discipline of occupational safety and health of employees of PT. Abstract

This research aim to know Influence of Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Culture to Discipline Work Employees At PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru. As for becoming population in this research is all laboring employees at PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru. Population in this research is all employees to in PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru amounting to 84 people. In intake of writer sampel use census method to all employees. Date analysis the used [is] descriptive analysis, despitefully also use quantitative analysis that is using doubled linear regresi constructively program of SPSS version 18.00. From result of examination which have been conducted, test of regresi simultan indicate that Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Culture have an effect on to Discipline Work Employees of PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru. Result of Test of parsial indicated that Compensation variable, Motivation and Organizational Culture effect to Discipline Work Employees at PT. Abstract

Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar, which was established by Regulation Kampar District Regional Level II No. 02 of 1990 dated April 13, 1990 which authorized the governor of the Province of Riau with decision No. 02 of 1993, has the goal to serve the public interest in the field of provision of clean water in Kampar. While the function of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar is to seek the provision of clean water for the needs of people in Kampar. In an effort to improve employee performance PDAM Tirta Kampar, it would require a driving factor that can stimulate the spirit of the work in order to achieve company goals. The research was done in PDAM Tirta. While the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and effectiveness of communication to employee performance at PDAM Tirta Kampar. The analysis model is a linear analysis with independent variables that leadership style and effectiveness of communication and the dependent variable is the performance of employees. While the number of respondents in this study were 61 respondents and sampling using census techniques. Based on the results of this study concluded that the variables of leadership style and effectiveness of communication has a significant influence either partially or simultaneously to employee performance PDAM Tirta Kampar. Test the correlation coefficient (R) independent variable on the dependent variable 0.931, which means there is a very strong relationship closeness while the test coefficient of determination (R2) of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 86.6%, while the remaining 13.4% influenced by other variables.Keywords: Performance, Style Leadership, Communication Effectiveness

Abstract

The quality of human resources is determined by the extent to which the system in the field of human resources able to support and satisfy the desires of the employees and the company. In improving the performance quality of human resources and quality is necessary to increase the knowledge, skills, change in attitudes, behavior and correction of deficiencies in accordance with the required performance. This study aims to look at the effect of training, work experience and competence on the performance of employees working at the Capital Siak Company. The results of the study is that training, work experience and job competence affect the performance of the employee.Keywords: training, work experience, job competence and performance.

Abstract

This research conducted to find out the effect of job position, education’s level and job training toward actual performance of PBL’s civil servants on Public Ministery at Riau province.There are 35 civil servants of PBL use as sample, and randomly sampling use in thisresearch. The instruments of this research are questionnaires and interview. The data analyze by using descriptive quantitative and liniear regression.Based on the research finding, there is effect of job position, education’s level and job training toward actual performance. Besides, not only job position influences toward actual performance partially, but also education’s level and job training toward actual performance of PBL’s civil servants on Public Ministery at Riau province partially.Key Word: Job Position, Education’s Level, Job Training, Actual Performance
