Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of providing incentives, workload and discipline on employee performance at PT BPR Perbaungan Hombar Makmur Perbaungan. The population of this study was 32 people and the number of samples using saturated sampling techniques or census was 32 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is analysis with the SmartPLS 4 SEM model. The results of the research show that the incentive variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample of 0.456 and a t-statistic test value of 3.808 > t table 1.701 and a p value of 0.000 < 0. 05. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of -0.686 and a t-statistic test of 4.924 > t table 1.701 with a p value of 0.000 < 0.05. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.411 and a tstatistics test of 3.960 > ttable 1.701 with a p value of 0.000 < 0.05. The R Square value of 0.750 is equal to 73%. So it can be explained that variations in employee performance can be explained by independent variables, namely incentives, workload and discipline, amounting to 73%, the remaining 27% is explained by other factors not explained in the research.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of motivation, communication and work discipline on employee performance at CU Pardomuan Pakkat Cooperative. Data collection was carried out on a population of 50 employees and the number of research samples was 50 samples. The technique used was saturated sampling. Data analysis using SPSS version 25. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the results of partial testing, each variable is, the t-value of motivation is (6.174)> t-table (1.679) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The t-value of communication is (6.989)> t-table (1.679) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so that communication has a significant effect on employee performance. The t-value of work discipline of (12,890) > ttable (1.679) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The F test shows that motivation, communication and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at CU Pardomuan Pakkat Cooperative, with an Fcount value of 20.683 > Ftable of 3.20 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the study formulated that the multiple linear regression equation is KK = 7.176 + 0.268 M + 0.178 K + 0.732DK + e. This means that motivation, communication and work discipline have a significant partial effect on employee performance at CU Pardomuan Pakkat Cooperative.The determination coefficient of 0.773 is equal to 77.3%, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the variables of motivation, communication and work discipline by 77.3% while the remaining 22.7% is explained by other factors such as work stress, training and others that were not included in this study.

Abstract

This traditional halua business incubator activity aims to develop entrepreneurial innovation based on halua traditional culinary products, supported by digital entrepreneurship for the younger generation. The partner of this program is the micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) Rumah Manis Kasih Ibu, which specializes in the production of halua sweets based on local wisdom. The main problems faced by the partner include limited innovation in digital marketing, lack of simple financial management, and the absence of business development strategies oriented toward the younger generation. The implementation methods consist of several stages, namely preparation, socialization, digital entrepreneurship training, application of simple financial recording tools, mentoring on social media-based promotion, and evaluation. The results of the activity show improvements in the partner’s business management skills, enhancement of halua product quality through standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and mastery of digital media as a marketing tool. This program is expected to serve as a model of a traditional culinary business incubator that can be replicated by other MSMEs to strengthen economic independence based on local culture.
