Abstract

There is an emerging problem related to the declining quality of the urban environment, particularly in the availability of green open space which is one of the interesting issues, because the green open spaces have a very important role for the ecological sustainability. Green open space is often overlooked by the urban citizen who are less concerned about the role and functions. Public parks as a form of green open space available in Kecamatan Bandung Wetan mostly a park with manicured condition but some of them are not well maintained garden with a condition which poorly maintained, dirty (lots of junk), less green (the number of plants is reduced, because the dead or due to damage), damage and availability of facilities in the park. This research wanted to question as to whether there is a relation between the activity of visitors to the condition of a public park in Kecamatan Bandung Wetan. It aims to identify whether there is any relation between the activities of visitors to the condition of a public park in Kecamatan Bandung Wetan in the present. This research uses crosstabs analysis - Chi Square with a variable number of visitors by gender (male and female visitors) and common garden conditions (completeness of facilities, type of activity, concern for the condition of public parks as well as the visual impression visitors to see a public park).

Abstract

Good public administration services are the main thing in running a quality government. Therefore, ethics is a major part of maintaining the quality of public administration services, especially in the era of Industry 4.0 which needs to also apply ethics in using technology. The purpose of this study is to examine the formation and implementation of ethics in public administration in the era of government innovation disruption due to technological development and disruption. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method which is sourced from various literature both primary and secondary, then an analysis of the various literature is carried out. Descriptive analysis results show that technology has become an indispensable need in government, in various fields and activities. Where, the disruption of the technology also impacts on various government innovations that really need ethics, especially on public services to avoid mal-administration. The impact of this research is knowledge of the importance of awareness of implementing ethics in public administration services in the era of technological disruption to improve the quality of government services.

Abstract

By using an explanatory descriptive research design, this study proposes to measure the influence of nurse training and competence on service quality. This research used field studies and literature observations, as well as conducting observations, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to 31 respondents of nurses and patients who utilize the service. Research and data analysis show that training affects service quality by 0.756, competency affects service quality by 0.491, and training and both together affect service quality by 0.805 and the rest is influenced by additional factors that were not researched. When viewed from its dimensions, training and competency have a very good and significant influence on the quality of inpatient services at Bandung (city) Hospital. As a result, good service quality can be achieved, one strategy that can be taken is to improve the quality of human resources through providing training and continuously increasing the competency of nurses.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji pengaruh Sistem Informasi Pemerintah Daerah (SIPD) dan Sistem Pengendalian Intern (SPI) terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan di Kecamatan Cicalengka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang hubungan antara SIPD, SPI, dan kualitas laporan keuangan di lingkungan pemerintahan daerah. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif, korelasi, dan regresi linier berganda untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIPD memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan, sedangkan SPI tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya implementasi dan efektivitas SIPD dalam meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan, serta menyarankan evaluasi dan peningkatan pada sistem pengendalian internal untuk memastikan keandalan laporan keuangan.

Abstract

A good working environment is crucial, especially in the context of hospitals, where the quality of services and employee productivity directly affect the health and well-being of patients. This research aims to test the influence of the working environment (X) on the productivity of the work of the staff (Y) in the General Division of RSUD Majalaya district of Bandung. Data in this research is obtained by conducting the dissemination of the questionnaire on the staff who are in the Public Division, so that the data in this study is primary data. The population in this study is the whole employee in the General Division, with sampling in this research is the entire population on the study object. The results of the analysis show that the working environment has a significant influence on employee productivity. Improving the working environment will increase employee productivity.

Abstract

Abstract The research conducted using quantitative methods with an associative approach was conducted on 258 students, with the aim of determining the influence of family and social media on students' entrepreneurial desires. The results showed that the family has a considerable influence in building students' desire for entrepreneurship. Students who live in open-minded families, develop a positive, courageous, honest, and creative competitive atmosphere will grow into individuals who have great interest and motivation in entrepreneurship. In addition, social media also has a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. Various information from social media, stories of successful businessmen, brands, products, fashion developments, lifestyle, and other things related to business also affect students' interest in entrepreneurship. This research proves that family environment and social media influence students' entrepreneurial desires. Keywords: Family; Social Media; Entrepreneurship

Abstract

Stunting remains a critical public health issue, affecting children's physical and cognitive development, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. Despite global and national efforts, stunting prevalence remains significant, highlighting the need for innovative solutions. This study explores the role of maternal health literacy in preventing stunting, emphasizing the importance of understanding, accessing, and utilizing health-related information. Using a systematic literature review approach, the research analyzes findings from 13 selected studies across developing countries. Results indicate that maternal health literacy significantly impacts nutritional practices, access to health services, and the adoption of preventive measures. Community-based interventions, such as health education at local clinics (e.g., Posyandu in Indonesia) and digital health campaigns, have proven effective in improving maternal awareness and behavior. Culturally tailored strategies further enhance the success of health literacy programs. However, challenges remain in ensuring the long-term sustainability of these interventions, particularly in remote areas. This study underscores the need for inclusive, culturally sensitive, and technology-supported strategies to elevate maternal health literacy as a cornerstone for stunting prevention. Enhanced collaboration between governments, local stakeholders, and communities is essential for achieving global health targets.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide motivation to the inmates of the Women's Prison in Kerobokan, Bali. PKM with the theme "Turning Stigma into Opportunity" strengthens the motivation of inmates to rise with more confidence in facing life after leaving the prison. This PKM method uses Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR), where the community and academics conduct activities aimed at bringing about change or improvement in conditions, which can begin with strengthening the knowledge and awareness of former inmates to be better prepared to face the stigma that occurs in society. The activity was conducted on February 13, 2025, with the participation of 40 former inmates. The presentation began with games, followed by the delivery of material and a conclusion regarding the stigma that will be faced in society and how to turn it into an opportunity. This activity provides new insights and motivation for participants to rise and rebuild their lives after leaving the correctional facility.
