Abstract

Dengan Lahirnya Perda Provinsi Jawa Barat No 2 Tahun 2013 Tentang Kebijakan Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Tanggung Jawab Sosial Lingkungan Perusahaan  (TJSLP)/Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL)  dengan harapan golongan pengusaha baik BUMN, BUMD, maupun Pengusaha Swasta dapat berperan aktif dalam pembangunan di Jawa Barat. Sampai saat ini Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Tanggung Jawab Sosial Lingkungan Perusahaan  (TJSLP)/ Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) di Jawa Barat sudah berjalan, tetapi Perusahaan yang berpartisipasi masih sebatas Perusahaan Negara, baik BUMN  maupun BUMD. Kalangan Pengusaha Swasta masih belum responsip terhadap program ini, sehingga hasil pembangunan dari Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/ Tanggung Jawab Sosial Lingkungan Perusahaan  (TJSLP)/Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) di Jawa Barat masih relatip sedikit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Tanggung Jawab Sosial Lingkungan Perusahaan  (TJSLP)/Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) di Jawa Barat belum efektif. Hal ini memerlukan dorongan dari berbagai pihak untuk optimalisasi pelaksanaan implementasi kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Tanggung Jawab Sosial Lingkungan Perusahaan  (TJSLP)/Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL). Kata Kunci : Implementasi Kebijakan, CSR, TJSLP, PKBL

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui argumen pro dan kontra tentang kewajiban pajak pada e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder dan tersier. Penelitian ini menggunakan library research dengan komponen penyusunnya yang berupa komponen normatif dan pertimbangan moral lain yang saling terkait dan menghasilkan koherensi dalam berbagai aspek, seperti hukum, ekonomi, dan teknologi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa argumen yang mendukung pengenaan pajak e-commerce berdasarkan poin-poin berikut: 1) setiap keuntungan atau transaksi yang dihasilkan dari setiap penjualan, termasuk e-commerce, harus dikenakan pajak; dan 2) pajak e-commerce dapat mendukung perkembangan teknologi internet; Sedangkan argumentasi kontra terhadap pengenaan pajak e-commerce terkait dengan hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1) pengenaan pajak e-commerce akan menghambat ekspansi, pertumbuhan, dan efisiensi e-commerce di masa depan; 2) sulitnya melacak transaksi penjualan di Internet; 3) Undang-undang e-commerce yang berlaku tidak jelas; dan 4) struktur dan sistem pajak di Indonesia yang rumit.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji pengaruh Sistem Informasi Pemerintah Daerah (SIPD) dan Sistem Pengendalian Intern (SPI) terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan di Kecamatan Cicalengka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang hubungan antara SIPD, SPI, dan kualitas laporan keuangan di lingkungan pemerintahan daerah. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif, korelasi, dan regresi linier berganda untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIPD memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan, sedangkan SPI tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya implementasi dan efektivitas SIPD dalam meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan, serta menyarankan evaluasi dan peningkatan pada sistem pengendalian internal untuk memastikan keandalan laporan keuangan.

Abstract

A good working environment is crucial, especially in the context of hospitals, where the quality of services and employee productivity directly affect the health and well-being of patients. This research aims to test the influence of the working environment (X) on the productivity of the work of the staff (Y) in the General Division of RSUD Majalaya district of Bandung. Data in this research is obtained by conducting the dissemination of the questionnaire on the staff who are in the Public Division, so that the data in this study is primary data. The population in this study is the whole employee in the General Division, with sampling in this research is the entire population on the study object. The results of the analysis show that the working environment has a significant influence on employee productivity. Improving the working environment will increase employee productivity.

Abstract

DenA Islamic Boarding School is a non-profit organization whose funding sources come from the community and other legal and non-binding sources. Islamic Boarding School accountability for these donations needs to be carried out transparently and reported periodically in the form of financial statements to avoid misuse of funds and increase the credibility of Islamic Boarding School to external parties. Currently, the standard for preparing financial statements that applies to non-profit entities is ISAK 35, but many Islamic Boarding School have not applied it and Islamic Boarding School denA is among them. This research aims to find out how the preparation of financial statements that have been done so far, the research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. Research data obtained through interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the denA Islamic Boarding School is still manual in recording and preparing its financial statements and only compiling reports on cash receipts and disbursements. Therefore, the author helps prepare financial statements based on ISAK 35 for the period ending December 31, 2023. The implications of the preparation of this report can help Islamic Boarding School denA in preparing financial reports effectively and efficiently for future periods.

Abstract

Nowadays, many people use technology in the form of cellphones to share data, be it images, sound, video, text, and some of them. The speed of sending data depends on how fast the system manages it, if there is damage or obstacles then most likely the data will not be sent, therefore there must be someone who manages the system so that there are no obstacles when sending data. Mesh topology is a simulation that is connected to each other to send data from one computer to anothe computer, from the simulation we can see whether there are obstacles in sending data or not. The purpose of this research is to compare mesh topology and switching technology in data transmission simulation. This research uses library research methods to collect information and scientific works, namely literature related to literature review.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas integrasi komunikasi asertif dalam pelatihan financial life skill terhadap peningkatan keterampilan pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa. Di tengah kompleksitas ekonomi yang semakin meningkat, keterampilan pengelolaan keuangan menjadi sangat penting bagi mahasiswa, namun sering kali kurang mendapat perhatian dalam kurikulum pendidikan tinggi. Studi ini menggabungkan elemen komunikasi asertif ke dalam program pelatihan keuangan konvensional untuk menilai dampaknya terhadap pemahaman dan penerapan konsep keuangan oleh mahasiswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimental dengan kelompok pelatihan mahasiswa pada modul Komunikasi Asertif pada serangkaian kegiatan pelatihan Financial Life Skills. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan berkomunikasi mahasiswa. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya mengintegrasikan komunikasi asertif ke dalam pelatihan Financial Life Skills untuk mahasiswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mencakup rekomendasi untuk merevisi kurikulum pendidikan keuangan di perguruan tinggi dan pengembangan program pelatihan yang lebih komprehensif yang menggabungkan keterampilan teknis dan komunikasi.

Abstract

Stunting remains a critical public health issue, affecting children's physical and cognitive development, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. Despite global and national efforts, stunting prevalence remains significant, highlighting the need for innovative solutions. This study explores the role of maternal health literacy in preventing stunting, emphasizing the importance of understanding, accessing, and utilizing health-related information. Using a systematic literature review approach, the research analyzes findings from 13 selected studies across developing countries. Results indicate that maternal health literacy significantly impacts nutritional practices, access to health services, and the adoption of preventive measures. Community-based interventions, such as health education at local clinics (e.g., Posyandu in Indonesia) and digital health campaigns, have proven effective in improving maternal awareness and behavior. Culturally tailored strategies further enhance the success of health literacy programs. However, challenges remain in ensuring the long-term sustainability of these interventions, particularly in remote areas. This study underscores the need for inclusive, culturally sensitive, and technology-supported strategies to elevate maternal health literacy as a cornerstone for stunting prevention. Enhanced collaboration between governments, local stakeholders, and communities is essential for achieving global health targets.

Abstract

Providing credit is one of the main activities in banking activities that requires careful risk analysis. In this context, creditor risk analysis strategies are crucial for assessing the feasibility of extending credit. In this research, the author explores the strategies used by creditors in analyzing credit risk using a descriptive approach. This approach makes it possible to gain an in-depth understanding of how creditors evaluate creditor risk and what factors are the main focus in the decision-making process. The main theories that form the basis of this research include the concepts of credit risk analysis, portfolio theory, and decision theory. Using this theoretical framework, the authors investigate various methods and tools used by creditors to evaluate creditor risk. The descriptive research method here involves surveys and interviews with creditors from various financial institutions to gain in-depth insight into best practices in creditor risk analysis. The findings here reveal that creditors generally use a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches to evaluate creditor risk. Factors such as creditor profiles, market conditions, and internal policies of financial institutions are the main considerations in the decision-making process. The conclusion of this research is the importance of developing a holistic and adaptive creditor risk analysis strategy to reduce default risk and improve credit portfolio performance. The author also presents several practical suggestions to increase the effectiveness of creditor risk analysis strategies in assessing the feasibility of extending credit.

Abstract

Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) electromagnetic waves are increasingly recognized for their potential in treating bone health as a safe and effective non-invasive method. Studies have shown that ELF can stimulate osteoblast activity, increase bone density, and accelerate fracture healing. This article reviews the mechanism of ELF, its application in the treatment of osteoporosis, and its safety in clinical practice. With standardized parameters, ELF can be an innovative solution for chronic bone disorders or abnormalities, as well as providing great benefits in the medical world.
