Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at Panembahan Senopati Hospital, Bantul. The population is people, while the sample used is 83 inpatients who perform inpatient services. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling, data collection was carried out by taking a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical method used in this study was simple regression analysis with the SPSS 22 application. The results of the study (t test) showed that service quality had a significant effect on patient satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The test results for the coefficient of determination obtained R Square of 0.302. this shows that the dependent variable of customer satisfaction is 30.2% influenced by the independent variable service quality, while 69.8% is influenced by other variables that have not been examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the method of digital learning transformation to support Merdeka Learning at the Merdeka Campus after the Covid-19 pandemic at the Yogyakarta Administrative Management Academy. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The number of respondents is 116 people, who are participating in teaching and learning activities using the digital learning transformation method. The results showed that 112 people (96.5%) supported, while 4 people (3.5%) did not support the implementation of digital learning transformation and Merdeka Learning Merdeka Campus. The challenges of digital learning transformation are weak internet signal, limited quota, smartphones or laptops that are not suitable for the application being operated, the ability to adapt to the presence of new technology, and the availability of existing memory.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with 50 samples. The results of the R2 test in this study were 0.044 or 4.4%. This means that the magnitude of the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic variable on the learning motivation of students at the Surya Global School of Health Sciences (STIKES) of Surya Global Yogyakarta is 4.4%, while the remaining 95.6% (100%-4.4%) must be explained by the following factors: other causative factors. The result of t count shows t count < t table (-1.488 < 1.677); There is an insignificant effect between the Covid-19 pandemic on the learning motivation of students at Surya Global School of Health Sciences (STIKES) Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The change in marketing behavior from conventional to digital is not balanced by the existence of business actors who use digital marketing, even though businesses are believed to be able to stimulate the Indonesian economy. The use of digital technology-based marketing concepts is a hope for businesses to develop into centers of economic power. Digital marketing promotional media is expected to be an effective choice for business actors in developing their business and reaching national and international markets. Conventional promotional media, which require a lot of money and are much more complicated, are no longer a main concern for business people because of digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of education and training, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at Bank BNI Main Branch Yogyakarta. A quantitative method using survey and multiple linear regression analysis was employed. A sample of 75 respondents was selected using Slovin's formula from a population of 238 employees. The results indicate that all three variables significantly affect employee performance. Education and training enhance employee skills, while motivation drives employees to commit more to their work. Fair and competitive compensation contributes to employee satisfaction and productivity. This study provides valuable insights for organizations in developing employee-related policies. However, the research is limited to a single branch and employs a quantitative approach, suggesting the need for further studies with a qualitative approach and a broader sample size for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud dan tujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan pengelolaan usaha UMKM dengan pokok pembahasan Motivasi Wirusaha bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran Kapanewon Patuk Gunungkidul. Sasaran yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat kali ini adalah pelaku usaha UMKM di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran Kapanewon Patuk Gunungkidul. Pengabdian masyarakat ini diikuti peserta pelaku UMKM sebanyak 30 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Tatap muka di dalam ruangan dengan pemberian materi oleh nara sumber dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi / Tanya jawab terkait Motivasi Wirausaha UMKM. Rumusan masalah yang digunakan adalah Bagaimana pelaksanaan Motivasi Wirusaha UMKM di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran Kapanewon Patuk Gunungkidul.? Dari hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini didapatkan bahwa pelaku UMKM siap untuk melakukan perubahan dalam kemasan dan pemasaran serta perubahan manajemen usaha UMKM di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran Kapanewon Patuk Gunungkidul serta ada kepastian pendampingan usaha UMKM dari Pihak Kampus Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Ambarukmo (STIPRAM) Yogyakarta secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengenalkan dan memberikan pembelajaran penggunaan aplikasi Canva kepada generasi muda, khususnya Karang Taruna di Kelurahan Sendangsari, Pajangan, Bantul. Canva adalah salah satu platform desain grafis yang digunakan untuk membuat grafis media sosial, presentasi, poster, dokumen dan konten visual lainnya. Aplikasi ini juga menyediakan beragam contoh desain untuk digunakan. Canva terdiri dari dua jenis layanan, yakni gratis dan berbayar. Selain itu Canva juga dapat diakses melalui perangkat desktop maupun mobile. Ada berbagai macam desain yang bisa diciptakan dengannya, seperti : Logo, Poster, Banner Iklan, Invoice, Desain Kemasan Produk, Thumbnail Youtube, Infografik, Newsletter, Featured Image Blog dan Konten Media Sosial.  Cara mengakses Canva melalui website dengan membuka laman https:www.canva.com. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian Masyrakat yang pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode zoom,  digunakan untuk memetakan sejauh mana pengenalan dan penggunann Canva. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini peserta mempunyai gambaran penggunaan Canva dan diharapkan bisa mengaplikasannya dengan baik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training and human resource development on employee performance at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 6 Yogyakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The total population was 1953. Using purposive sampling techniques, a sample size of 95 respondents was obtained. The data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis to test the influence of training and development variables on employee performance. The research results show that the research variable Training (X1) has a partial influence on Employee Performance (Y) with a calculated t value of 4.046 and a t table of 1.986. Human resource development (X2) influences employee performance (Y) with a calculated t value of 2.226 and a t table of 1.986. Simultaneously (together) the variables Training (X1), HR Development (X2) influence Employee Performance (Y) at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 6 Yogyakarta. This is proven by the calculated F value of 29.415 which is greater than the F table of 3.10. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to optimize training and development programs in accordance with employee needs and developments in the transportation industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to research how students' interest in learning about the digital age is influenced by digital media based on artificial intelligence (AI) at the Yogyakarta Administrative Management Academy (AMAYO) in Yogyakarta. Quantitative approaches are used in this research methodology. Purposive sampling strategies were utilized to get data from 75 pupils. The study tool was a questionnaire, and the data was evaluated using the validity test, reliability test, linear regression, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) in SPSS 26. This study suggests that digital media based on artificial intelligence (AI) has a favorable effect on students' interest in learning, with a regression coefficient of 0.920. Because the t-test yields a calculated t value of 57.031, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.666, H₀ is rejected and Ha is accepted. This suggests that students' interest in studying in the digital age at AMAYO Yogyakarta is significantly impacted by the use of digital media based on artificial intelligence (AI). The computed F value of 3252.522, which is higher than the F table of 3.97, indicates that the F-test also reveals results that need serious consideration. Additionally, the 97.8% coefficient of determination (R2) suggests that digital media based on artificial intelligence (AI) can affect students' motivation in learning, whereas 2.2% is influenced by other elements that are not within the purview of this study. According to the study's findings, AMAYO Yogyakarta students can boost their interest in learning in the digital age by utilizing digital media powered by artificial intelligence (AI).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of digital technology on the effectiveness of promotion services at the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data collection method was carried out through questionnaires which were distributed to 52 respondents consisting of employees at BKD Yogyakarta Special Region who had used digital technology services. Data analysis was performed using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the study show that the use of digital technology has a significant effect on the effectiveness of promotion services at BKD, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The regression coefficient value shows a positive and significant number between the variable use of digital technology (X) and the effectiveness of promotion services (Y). Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that BKD Special Region of Yogyakarta increase the use of digital technology in promotion services to improve service effectiveness.
