Abstract

Salah satu sektor pekerjaan yang berkembang pesat sekaligus berpotensi terhadap isu stress kerja adalah sektor perhotelan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut para karyawan membutuhkan suatu bentuk dukungan sosial yang dapat berasal dari atasan, rekan kerja, dan keluarga sehingga nantinya para karyawan tersebut dapat mengelola stress kerjanya dengan baik.. Data penelitian dianalisis dan diolah dengan alat analisis Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan SPSS version 18.0. Populasi sebanyak 290 orang karyawan. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 125 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beban kerja dan work family conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta dukungan sosial secara statistik mampu memoderasi pengaruh beban kerja dan work family conflict terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Beban Kerja, Work Family Conflict, Dukungan Sosial, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in commemoration of Kartini Day which also aims to fulfill obligations in the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and to ease the burden on the children at the Hindu Dharma Jati 1 Orphanage and Yassika Orphanage who were directly affected by the economic impact of the pandemic. Covid-19. This activity was carried out by distributing basic necessities, stationery, and toilets and not to forget a little entertainment in the form of fun games. The results of this Social Service activity show that partner problems, with the Covid-19 pandemic, have caused the Hindu Dharma Jati 1 Orphanage and Yassika Orphanage to lose several permanent donors. We, from the Management Study Program Student Association, Mahasaraswati Denpasar University, took the initiative to help government programs in easing the burden on the community, especially the lower middle class who were greatly affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. The method of activity used is to collaborate with the administrators of the Hindu Dharma Jati 1 Orphanage and Yassika Orphanage. Before the activity was carried out, we made initial communication with the local orphanage management who then conducted a field survey to find out the real conditions and identify targets in the implementation of Community Service activities. After getting the data for the orphanage that meets the criteria as targets, then further communication is needed to the orphanage management in determining the implementation time and technical activities.

Abstract

Nowadays, competition in business industries is very tight that makes Human Resource is the most valuable aspect for a firm to stay as well as to keep survive. 160 employess of LPD that located in Kecamatan Denpasar Timur were used as sample. Purposive sampling method and PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique used in this research. The result showing that transformational leadership and workplace spirituality positive- significantly affect employee’s performances. Transformational leadership also workplace spirituality leadership positive-significantly affect organizational commitments Organizational commitments positively and significantly effect on employees’ performances. Organizational commitments proven to strengthen and mediates transformational leadership to employee’s performance. Organizational commitment proven to strengthen and mediates workplace spirituality on employee’s performance. Abstract

A good leader is a leader who understands the needs and desires of his subordinates, because the survival of the industry depends on employees who act as the driving force and carry out industrial activities. The purpose of this research is to confirm and re-examine the impact of leadership on employee morale, using work motivation as a mediating variable. This study used a non-probability sampling method with a saturation sampling technique (census), in which the total population is sampled as many as 32 people. Path analysis is used in the research to test hypotheses, and SmartPLS version 3.2.9 is used to test the data obtained in this study. The results showed that leadership is a determining factor in increasing work motivation and employee morale. In contrast to work motivation, which is not able to have an effect on employee morale and has not been able to mediate the impact of leadership on employee morale.Keywords: Work Motivation, Leadership, Employee Morale.

Abstract

komitmen organisasional yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasional, penelitian dilakukan di LPD Desa Adat Tegal Darmasaba, Kec. Abiansemal. Kab. Badung. Jumlah sampel adalah 40 orang karyawan yang ditentukan dengan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS), dan uji VAF untuk menguji mediasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya kecerdasan emosional memberikan pengaruh positif ke komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif ke komitmen organisasional, kecerdasan emosional memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasional. Temuan pada penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasional karyawan, organisasi diharapkan aktif melakukan pendekatan pada karyawan untuk mengetahui masalah-masalah yang sedang dihadapi, sehingga rekan kerja maupun organisasi mampu memberikan solusi ketika karyawan tidak bisa mengendalikan emosinya. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional; Kepuasan Kerja; Komitmen Organisasional.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam suatu perusahaan. Perusahaan senantiasa mengupayakan agar tingkat perputaran karyawan berada pada tingkat relative rendah. Perputaran karyawan meski tidak selalu berkonotasi buruk akan mempengaruhi kelancaran kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yakni sebanyak 58 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Transformational leadership berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kompensasi finansial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Transformational leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji apakah kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, organizational citizenship behavior mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya akan menggunakan semua karyawan di PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung yaitu sebanyak 35 karyawan yang terbagi atas karyawan tetap dan karyawan kontrak. Teknik Non-Probability Sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampelnya dengan metode sampling jenuh, di mana semua populasinya digunakan menjadi sampel yang jumlahnya adalah 35 karyawan. Teknik analisis datanya dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Hasil penelitiannya memperlihatkan jika secara positif dan signifikan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, kepuasan kerja dan Organizational Citizenship behaviour mempengaruhi Kinerja karyawan di PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung, Sehingga dapat disimpulkan jika variabel bebas yang digunakan mengalami peningkatan maka akan membuat meningkatnya kinerja karyawan. This study aims to examine whether transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior affect employee performance at PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung. In this study the population will use all employees at PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung as many as 35 employees divided into permanent employees and contract employees. Non-Probability Sampling technique is used for sampling with saturated sampling method, where all the population is used as a sample with a total of 35 employees. The data analysis technique is done with multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and t test. The results of his research show that positively and significantly Transformational Leadership, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship behavior affect employee performance at PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung, so it can be concluded that if the independent variables used have increased, it will increase employee performance.

Abstract

Introducing leadership into any organization involves the careful structuring of its mechanisms and functions. It is widely acknowledged that when a leader possesses a strategic position and a set of crucial skills, they have the potential to enhance or even transform the company. The objective of this research is to confirm and reevaluate the role of work motivation in moderating the relationship between leadership and employee morale. This study employs nonprobability sampling with a saturation sampling technique to determine the sample size, encompassing a total of 42 individuals from the entire population. Path analysis is utilized to test the hypotheses using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method through SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The research findings conclusively establish that leadership has a significant impact on employee morale, while the role of motivation does not appear to strengthen or weaken the relationship between leadership and employee morale.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a big pandemic that the world is facing. Health organizations are currently in the spotlight. One of them is the organization of the hospital as the main public health service. The front guard of the hospital is a professional nurse. The research objective was to analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction with mediation, namely workload at Ari Canti Hospital, Ubud. This research is a quantitative approach, involving a population of 110 nurses selected using a simple random sampling technique. Path analysis is used as an analytical method. Interviews and questionnaires are used as a way of collecting data. The basic theory that underlies the research is the job demands-resources theory. The results of the booking study state that job stress has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, while the same workload has a clear negative effect on job satisfaction. Workload mediates the effect of job stress on job satisfaction. Mediation is essentially complementary mediation. Workload strengthens the effect of work stress on job satisfaction.
