Abstract

Nowadays, competition in business industries is very tight that makes Human Resource is the most valuable aspect for a firm to stay as well as to keep survive. 160 employess of LPD that located in Kecamatan Denpasar Timur were used as sample. Purposive sampling method and PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique used in this research. The result showing that transformational leadership and workplace spirituality positive- significantly affect employee’s performances. Transformational leadership also workplace spirituality leadership positive-significantly affect organizational commitments Organizational commitments positively and significantly effect on employees’ performances. Organizational commitments proven to strengthen and mediates transformational leadership to employee’s performance. Organizational commitment proven to strengthen and mediates workplace spirituality on employee’s performance. Abstract

The demand for comfort, security, and smooth travel are just a few of the considerations that have made transportation so important in today's Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate and confirm the relationship between pay, workplace motivation, and organizational commitment to driver performance. 1090 drivers make up the study's population. 235 drivers will be included in the sample for this study, which will be selected using a proportionate random sampling. The application of SmartPLS version 3.2.9 is utilized to test the data gathered in this study, and path analysis is employed to test hypotheses in the research. The results showed that the driver's performance was significantly influenced by pay, motivation, and organizational commitment. Compensation and work motivation have a significant impact on organizational commitment. Driver performance can be influenced by compensation and work motivation, although organizational commitment can moderate this effect.

Abstract

Increasing competition forces all businesses to develop. These demands often lead to a conflict which will later have an impact on the performance of employees, especially SMEs. Therefore, conflict management is needed so that the stability of the situation can be maintained. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of conflict management style on employee performance, and to determine the role of leadership and emotional intelligence as moderating variables. This research involved UKM employees in regencies/cities in Bali. Data collection uses a questionnaire with the snowball method, the questionnaire is distributed electronically using the Google form. The data used were 174 respondents and then analyzed using the Smart PLS application. The findings of this study indicate that the style of conflict management has a significant effect on the performance of SMEs. Leadership shows a moderating role with a tendency to reduce the interaction of conflict management styles on performance. Meanwhile, emotional intelligence acts as a full moderator of the influence of conflict management styles on the performance of SME employees.

Abstract

Quality of service is the level of excellence that the customer expects. If the service received or felt is as expected, the service quality is said to be good and satisfying. This study aims to reexamine the mediating role of customer satisfaction on the relationship of service quality with customer loyalty. Service quality (X1) as the independent variable, customer satisfaction (Y1) as a mediating variable and customer loyalty (Y2) as the dependent variable The type of research used is explanatory research. The research location was in Villa Lebak Bali Residence, Canggu, North Kuta. The study population was customers who stayed at Villa Lebak Bali Residence. Samples of 96 respondents were taken using purposive sampling techniques and dataacollection methods using questionnaires. Analysis of the dataaused is descriptive analysis, and PLS. The results showed that the service quality variable significantly influenced the satisfaction variable with a significant value of 0.677. Service Quality Variable has no significant effect on the Loyalty variable with a value of 0.191. The satisfaction variable has a significant effect on the loyalty variable with a significant value of 0.478 and the satisfaction variable mediates the quality of service to loyalty is significant with the coefficient value of indirect effects 0.324. Further research can add variables related to service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Research aims: This study investigates employee loyalty among hospitality businesses despite improvements after the pandemic. It scrutinizes the influence of transformational leadership on employee satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty and assesses the mediating role of employee engagement.Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative design was implemented, and data were collected employing a questionnaire circulated to 261 employees. Then, the accumulated data was investigated using the Smart PLS 3.2.9 application.Research findings: The study highlights that transformational leadership affects employee loyalty while employee satisfaction does not. Employee engagement mediates the linkage between transformational leadership and employee satisfaction and loyalty. Employees need satisfaction to cover their turnover chances and remain loyal.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The study expands the existing literature concerning the role of transformational leadership and job satisfaction in reinforcing employee loyalty. This type of study is infrequently due to its significant focus on performance.Practitioners/Policy Implications: Hotel business managers pay more attention to employee engagement in every activity. Accordingly, employee loyalty can be maintained, impacting hotel performance.Research Limitations/Implications: This study was performed on the four-star hotels. Consequently, these results cannot be fully implemented in different businesses. Various further elaborations are required to make it applicable to different sectors.

Abstract

Industri perhotelan memiliki peranan yang penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Peranan industri perhotelan dirasakan sangat penting terutama dalam aspek-aspek seperti kesempatan kerja, pemerataan pendapatan, pembangunan ekonomi, dan lain-lain. Dewasa ini industri perhotelan di Indonesia semakin berkembangan dengan berbagai jenis usahanya, mulai dari hotel, Homestay, resort, dan home stay. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mengisi pemahaman dasar terkait pemberian pelayanan, budaya dan sikap kerja kepada wisatawan yang datang menginap di Pondok Sayan Bongkasa. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, dialog, dan diskusi dalam rangka penyuluhan pemahaman dasar terkait pemberian pelayanan, pemahaman tentang budaya, dan peningkatan sikap kerja di Pondok Sayan Bongkasa. Berdasarkan pemaparan materi yang diberikan menjadi hal yang menarik untuk para karyawan, materi ini dapat tersampaikan serta diterima dengan baik. Berdasarkan pemaparan materi budaya dan lintas budaya yang diberikan menjadi pengetahuan yang menarik untuk para karyawan. Materi ini dapat tersampaikan serta diterima dengan baik, dengan akumulasi serapan yang baik. Materi sikap kerja dapat tersampaikan serta diterima dengan baik, dengan akumulasi serapan mencapai cukup baik.

Abstract

Employee loyalty is an important part of managing a hotel business. So antecedents of loyalty are needed, suchas transformational leadership, employee engagement, and employee satisfaction. This research examines theinfluence of transformational leadership, employee engagement, and employee satisfaction on employeeloyalty. This research involved employees at four-star hotels with a total of 261 respondents. The data collectedwas analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS 27 program. Research findings showthat transformational leadership does not affect employee loyalty. Meanwhile, employee engagement andemployee satisfaction significantly increase employee loyalty. Some of the limitations of this research are thatthere is no separation between back office employees and frontliners so it is difficult to determine the level ofaccuracy of the perceptions given. Apart from that, the data collection method uses self-assessment so data biasis very high.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Employee Engagement, Employee Satisfaction and EmployeeLoyalty

Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang melanda berbagai lini kehidupan masyarakat. Transmisi penularan covid-19 pada tenaga kesehatan menjadi isu penting di era pandemi covid-19 ini. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan upaya-upaya untuk melakukan pencegahan bagi tenaga kesehatan agar tetap dapat melakukan pelayanan kesehatan tetapi terlindungi dan terjamin keselamatannya sebagai upaya untuk meminimalisir risiko tertular virus covid-19. Terlepas dari segala masalah diatas, tenaga kesehatan memiliki kewajiban untuk tetap memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien. Sesuai dengan sumpah profesi dan kode etik kedokteran yang berlaku untuk dokter dan perawat harus senantiasa mengutamakan kesehatan pasien dengan memperhatikan kepentingan masyarakat dan wajib memberikan pelayanan secara kompeten, serta mempergunakan seluruh keilmuan dan ketrampilannya untuk kepentingan manusia. Sementara itu kualitas pelayanan merupakan pengukur seberapa tinggi layanan tersebut dalam memenuhi atau melebihi harapan pelanggan secara tetap. kualitas pelayanan dan pengalaman konsumen secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dengan demikian Dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan tidak hanya saja dilakukan ketika bertatap muka secara langsung, tetapi bisa melalui telepon, email dan media sosial.

Abstract

Program training hours bagi karyawan hotel merupakan sebuah program pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan karyawan hotel dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas mereka dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Program ini biasanya dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan atau workshop yang diselenggarakan dalam jangka waktu tertentu, dengan durasi waktu yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam implementasi program training hours, termasuk kurangnya pengukuran dan pemantauan kinerja karyawan setelah pelatihan, serta kurangnya dokumentasi dan pelaporan berkala untuk memastikan pelatihan dilaksanakan secara teratur dan efektif. Melalui pembuatan dokumentasi dan laporan bulanan, hotel dapat memantau dan mengevaluasi efektivitas program training hours, serta mengidentifikasi area yang perlu ditingkatkan. Selain itu, dokumentasi dan laporan bulanan juga dapat meningkatkan akuntabilitas karyawan dan manajemen dalam menjalankan program pelatihan. Hasil program kerja menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program training hours di Hotel Capella Ubud dapat ditingkatkan melalui pembuatan dokumentasi dan laporan bulanan, yang memungkinkan hotel untuk memantau dan mengevaluasi efektivitas program dengan lebih baik. Program ini juga dapat membantu karyawan hotel untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan mereka, sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada tamu hotel.

Abstract

Pencatatan stok barang adalah kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dagang, catatan tersebut digunakan untuk membuat laporan stok barang agar perusahaan mengetahui jumlah stok produk atau persediaan barang yang masih tersedia secara fisik. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi, perusahaan harus melakukan pembaharuan terhadap sistemnya untuk kemajuan perusahaan. Penggunaan aplikasi komputer akuntansi sangat penting bagi perusahaan dagang untuk membantu dalam mencatat dan mengontrol persediaan barang. Pemrosesan informasi berbasis computer memberikan manfaat seperti mempercepat pengolahan data, kecepatan proses yang lebih tinggi serta menghasilkan laporan yang real time bagi pemilik dan juga penyimpanan data yang ringkas dan aman. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam mencatat dan membuat laporan stok barang dengan aplikasi computer akuntansi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah karyawan telah mampu menerapkan penggunaan aplikasi komputer akuntansi untuk mencatat dan membuat laporan stok barang.
