Abstract

Rapid technological developments produce various kinds of innovations that aim to facilitate all human activities, including business activities. Business actors are provided with various kinds of conveniences through these technological advances, such as selling online so they don't build physical stores, expanding the target market by selling overseas, business bookkeeping that is made easier with various applications, to payment methods that are increasingly leading to cashless, and with QRIS, buyers can make payment transactions through mobile banking applications from various banks, electronic money, or electronic wallets which are increasingly prevalent in Indonesia. The obstacle faced was when the technology could not be utilized by most business actors. To overcome this problem, the service team conducted training for the kitchen appliance industry center in Semarang. The method chosen to overcome the problems that exist with partners is first the socialization of providing material to provide a detailed explanation of the topic. The second method is by training. This training method is very suitable for MSMEs so that they can directly practice the material that has been studied before. The results of this activity indicate that there is a need to modernize payment methods at all industry levels including at the small and medium business level, the use of QRIS will make sellers more helpful in terms of transactions.

Abstract

MSMEs have an important role in a country's economy because of their contribution to economic growth, job creation, innovation, and community empowerment. The establishment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) creates an obligation in the field of taxation. Businesses or business owners are obliged to pay taxes and submit notification letters. The problem that often occurs is that MSME actors do not fully understand tax obligations, including the obligation to submit SPT reports. Non-compliance with these obligations will result in sanctions for MSMEs. Administrative fines will be given when MSMEs are late or do not submit Periodic and Annual Tax Returns. The service team then carries out community service activities as a solution to the problems faced by MSME actors. The method used in this PKM is lecture, practice and discussion with a participatory approach. The lecture is carried out online with the meeting application. The practice is carried out by utilizing online SPT form technology with examples of various tax cases in the MSME environment. Discussions with MSME actors aim to develop new skills and approaches in solving problems encountered in SPT reporting. After the SPT reporting training activity in Sendangguwo Village, Tembalang District, MSME actors became more aware and were able to fill out SPT properly.

Abstract

Mastery of entrepreneurship knowledge and skills is one of the objectives of holding a Business Center as a teaching factory from Kedungtuban NU Vocational High School. However, on the other hand, there are still a number of obstacles such as the lack of production and packaging facilities (equipment), as well as manual inventory management in stores which results in a lack of business center performance. The purpose of this community service is to improve the entrepreneurial skills of students at the NU Kedungtuban Vocational School, especially the Online Business and Marketing Department. The method in this activity is training with the concept of project-based learning. The results of this PkM activity are the renewal of production and packaging equipment and the existence of an inventory application for the Business Center. The training activities resulted in an increase in skills in production and packaging as well as the use of an inventory application of at least 80%. It can be concluded that the PkM activity target was achieved and the training methods and intensive mentoring used proved to be effective in improving skills.
