Abstract

In the development of this Community Sanitation Program, the Pekanbaru City government through its Work Unit entered into an agreement with the Community Self-Reliance Institution. This is stated in the Collaboration Agreement for the Community-Based Sanitation Program of 2017 Number 09 / SPKS / SANIMAS-IDB / PIP-PKU / VII / 2017 on July 5, 2017. However, in its implementation there have been various problems related to the rights and obligations carried out by the two defenses. the promised party. Therefore, this study aims to: find out the rights and obligations of the parties based on the Cooperation Agreement for the Community Sanitation Program in Pekanbaru City. As well as obstacles and efforts to resolve defaults in the Community Sanitation Program Cooperation Agreement in Pekanbaru City. The method used in writing this research is a qualitative approach, with 2 key informantsThe results of this study indicate that: 1) The government through the work unit has fulfilled its obligations to make project payments, and the MFI has received the right and fulfilled its obligations. However, the implementation of the obligations (the construction of WWTP in Kelurahan Cahaya Limbungan) is still not in accordance with the agreement, especially in relation to the processing time and also the location of the construction. 2) the obstacles faced in fulfilling the rights and obligations are related to the project execution time. the government only pays for projects in accordance with the progress of physical development. Therefore, the settlement of this default is that the government provides a grace period for the MFI to complete the project, without any additional costs from the governmentIt can be concluded that there were problems in the field, in which the parties did not carry out their obligations properly which triggered defaults. It is better if the parties who are bound by the agreement can carry out what they have promised so that there is no problem in the field..Keywords: Agreement, Cooperation, Default.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital marketing strategies through endorsement content on Instagram on increasing the Golden Black Coffee business, owned by Tasya Farasya. This study adopts the approach of media economic theory, social influence theory, and integrated marketing communications (IMC) to understand how promotional strategies can influence consumer behavior, especially among the younger generation. Research data was obtained through direct observation, interviews with the Golden Black Coffee marketing team, and collection of relevant documentation. KPI 5D students were selected as the target audience to understand the response to this marketing strategy. The results of the study show that Instagram as a social media platform makes a significant contribution to building brand awareness, increasing product appeal, and expanding market reach. Endorsement by Tasya Farasya has proven effective in creating emotional connections with consumers through an attractive visual approach and storytelling that is relevant to the lifestyle of the younger generation. The findings also show that the credibility and appeal of influencers play an important role in increasing trust in products and driving purchasing decisions. In addition, content diversification strategies, such as the use of Instagram Reels and Stories features, have helped strengthen the relationship between brands and consumers. This study recommends optimizing marketing strategies through platform diversification, collaboration with micro-influencers, and creating more interactive and personalized visual content. By strategically utilizing the power of social media and understanding consumer needs and preferences, Golden Black Coffee can maintain its competitive position in the market while increasing customer loyalty.

Abstract

Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memerlukan integrasi teknologi informasi dan pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan nilai ekonomi. Namun, UMKM Aneka Keripik Mina Sayo di Kelurahan Mabar belum menerapkan kedua hal tersebut. Program Pengabdian Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan UMKM melalui pembuatan website sebagai media pemasaran digital serta sosialisasi manajemen keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari empat tahap: perencanaan awal yang mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan mitra dan penyusunan rencana kerja, pembuatan website yang melibatkan desain, pengembangan, dan pengujian, sosialisasi berupa pelatihan penggunaan website dan manajemen keuangan, serta tindak lanjut berupa pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa website membantu UMKM memperluas jangkauan pasar secara profesional tanpa hambatan geografis. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan penerapan teknologi informasi dan manajemen keuangan. Aspek digital marketing seperti interaktivitas, kredibilitas, dan informatif mengalami peningkatan hingga 166,67%, sementara efektivitas perencanaan, penganggaran, evaluasi, dan pengendalian keuangan meningkat sebesar 300%. Dengan pendekatan ini, UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saing sekaligus keberlanjutan usaha mitra

Abstract

Introduction: Impacted teeth are teeth that erupt incompletely in the normal eruption period. This situation can be caused by hard or soft tissue obstructions or a lack of arch jaw. Objectives: This study aimed to determine the impacted lower third molar teeth profile by age, sex, class, angulation, treatment, and anesthesia at RSGM UNPAD in 2017-2019. Methods: The study was conducted from February 8, 2020, to March 8, 2020. The study represents the impacted lower third molar teeth profile of patients referred to Outpatient Installation, Central Surgical Installation, and the Radiology Installation. Classification of tooth impaction was based on Pell & Gregory and Winter classifications using ImageJ application, while Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) was used to confirm data validity. Results: There were 146 impacted dental cases, with a total case of 62 (42.5%) for males and 84 (57.5%) for females. Most impacted teeth occurred in the 12-25 years age group up to 72 (49.3%). A total of 177 impacted teeth mostly occurred in 48 teeth, as many as 91 (51.4%). Impaction class Pell & Gregory class B with 110 (62.1%) cases were found the most. Based on the anterior border of ramus, class II with 164 (91.1%) cases was found the most. Horizontal (79 cases, 44.6%) became the most frequent angulation. The procedures taken were all odontectomy 177 (100%) with more use of local anesthesia 136 (93.2%) compared to general anesthesia 10 (6.8%). Conclusion: Cases of impacted lower third molar teeth at RSGM UNPAD in 2017-2019, were most common in females and mostly in the 12-25 years age group, with Pell & Gregory class IIB classification and Winter horizontal angulation classification, all procedures performed were odontectomy, majority using local anesthesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi followers terhadap konten dakwah yang disampaikan melalui akun Instagram @halimahalaydrus. Dalam era digital, media sosial menjadi ruang strategis dalam menyampaikan pesan keagamaan yang tidak hanya informatif, tetapi juga emosional dan reflektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivis, dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi digital, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten dakwah Ustadzah Halimah yang disajikan secara estetis dan personal berhasil membentuk persepsi positif followers dalam tiga aspek: kognitif (pemahaman nilai-nilai Islam), afektif (emosi positif seperti ketenangan dan haru), dan konatif (perubahan sikap dan perilaku keagamaan). Interaksi prasosial antara dai dan audiens juga berperan penting dalam membangun kedekatan spiritual di ruang digital. Temuan ini memperkuat relevansi dakwah digital sebagai sarana efektif untuk menyampaikan nilai-nilai Islam yang menyentuh hati dan mendorong transformasi pribadi di kalangan generasi muda pengguna media sosial.
