Abstract

This study aims to determine the e-government based public service innovation at the investment office and one-stop integrated service in Bengkulu city. This research is a qualitative research which is presented descriptively. Informants in this study amounted to 6 people consisting of: 3 key informants and 3 main informants. Data collection methodes through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that e-government-based Public Service Innovation at the Bengkulu City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office is seen from the theory of the Characteristics of Public Service Innovation: (1) The element of novelty, the policy issued by the government through the Bengkulu City DPMPTSP is that the service system already uses an online system through the website. (2) The positive benefits and impacts, for agencies, are that employees can be more assertive in carrying out the rules without having to meet face-to-face with applicants during the current pandemic because the agency has implemented an online licensing system. For the community, it is easier for the applicant's business because there is no need to manually process files because an online system has been implemented through the website. (3) Providing a solution to the problem, the solution provided by the Bengkulu City DPMPTSP is that the agency facilitates computers, scanners and assistance to assist applicants in conducting business permits. (4) Continuous, the application of technology in DPMPTSP will be sustainable because it can facilitate licensing applications. (5) Compatibility, Employees at DPMPTSP adjust e-government licensing services by following established regulations, namely Government Regulation No. 24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated licensing services.

Abstract

The transition between childhood and maturity makes adolescence a challenging period. Physical and psychological alterations in adolescents will have an effect on their mental health. Continuing efforts are made to prevent mental disorders in adolescents, including here by educating adolescents about mental health. Teenagers in the village of Ngadas have never received any mental health education. This community service activity seeks to increase adolescents' knowledge of mental health, including efforts to prevent mental disorders in adolescents, through the dissemination of information. On January 5, 2023, 35 young people participated in this community service in the Ngadas Malang tourism village at SMPN 3 Poncokusumo Ngadas. Through the use of thought-stopping and five-finger hypnosis, this community service intervention provides mental health education and prevention efforts. The results of this community service activity demonstrate an increase in adolescents' mental health knowledge from 60% to 80% in the excellent category and participants were able to do stress management with thought-stopping and five-finger hypnosis, namely 85%. Education on adolescent mental health can increase adolescents' knowledge of adolescent mental health and stress management techniques they can implement.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused changes all aspects of people's lives today, especially in the world of education which requires all elements of education to adapt and continue the rest of the semester with online learning. This condition caused prolonged stress, a condition where there is physical, emotional, and mental fatigue caused by excessive. This research was conducted on April 2021 with the aim of identifying predictors of prolonged stress of students taking online learning. The method used descriptive approach. The data analysis used factor analysis with KMO and Bartlett's Test methods. The population in this research were all students of nursing study program ITSK RS dr. Soepraoen Malang total 815. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with total sample of 279. The instrument used Maslach Burnout Inventory which distributed online by google forms. The results showed that almost all of the students who experienced mild to moderate prolonged stress were regular students with a total of 252 people (90.3%), low to moderate respondents were unmarried, organizational factors causing prolonged stress were institutional support, more than half of the respondents, 27 people (9,7 %) who felt adequate support from the institution experienced prolonged stress in the mild to moderate category. The dominant factor was student's status as a regular student or assignment or study permit with the significance value was 0.001 <0.05. It is recommended that students actively seek support systems from family and friends as well as educational institutions that are consistent in supporting students
