Abstract

The problem that exists in the management of land assets owned by the Regional Government of Pagar Alam City is the large number of government-owned lands that have not been certified, then there is still land that overlaps with the community, this makes it important to manage good land assets belonging to the City Government of Pagar Alam. The formulation of the research problem is to find out how the managementf of land assets owned by the Regional Government of Pagar Alam City and what factors support and hinder thef implementation of this management. The purpose of this study was to determinef the managementf of land assets owned by the Regional Governmentf of Pagarf Alam City as well as the supporting factors and management constraints. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive research method. In this study, the data used are primary and secondary data obtained through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Furthermore, this study uses data analysis techniques from miles and huberman. The management of land assets belonging to the Regional Government of Pagar Alam City which is carried out by the Regional Finance Agency of Pagar Alam City in the management inventory carried out has been optimal considering the land asset data is quite complete. Unlike the case with certification and also utilization where researchers can conclude that the management is still not optimal, it can be seen from the existence of uncertified land, maintenance that is not running and utilization of land assets is still very minimal where there is still land that has not been certified. there are still many abandoned and abandoned land assets. The supporting factor for the management of land assets owned by the Pagar Alam City Government is the existence of an SOP or standard operating procedure that helps in the implementation of management, as well as good communication. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor can be seen from the attitude of the related officers as policy implementers who are still not good enough as the apparatus. In addition, there is still a lack of supporting facilities for land guardrails, which often creates problems between the government and people who like to recognize rights to land owned by the government.

Abstract

The distribution of Non-Cash Food Aid (BPNT) by the Bengkulu City Government aims to fulfill basic food needs for the underprivileged, but there are problems encountered in the field such as inaccuracy of targets in distribution and the distribution is not timely. Researchers are interested in investigating more deeply how the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) policy and what are the obstacles in implementing the NonCash Food Assistance (BPNT) policy in Muara Bangkahulu District, Bengkulu City. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the research regarding the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) policy in Muara Bangkahulu District are (1) Interorganizational communication carried out by the implementers, namely starting before the launch of the Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) program through e-Warong in Muara Bangkahulu District has been implemented well, (2) the characteristics of implementers in the process of implementing BPNT policies through e-Warong in Muara Bangkahulu District in providing services to KPMs are in accordance with existing procedures, (3) Social, Economic and Political conditions in the distribution of BPNT in Muara Bangkahulu District has been good in the process of distributing BPNT, and (4) The disposition or attitude of the implementers of the parties in the implementation of the NonCash Food Assistance Policy (BPNT) has been realized quite well to the community in Muara Bangkahulu District so that the Implementation of the NonCash Food Assistance Policy (BPNT) is running in accordance with applicable regulations and Alan effectively.

Abstract

The big goal of the State of Indonesia is the welfare of the community, to realize this it is important to have supporting facilities. One of the facilities that can support the realization of this is the existence of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). BUMDes as a village economic strengthening that is engaged in social and economic fields and as a service provider to rural communities, especially regarding the business sector. This research is to see how the impact of BUMDes on the welfare of the community in Air Buluh Village, Ipuh District, Mukomuko Regency. The research method used in this descriptive qualitative research, primary and secondary data sources. The results of the study show that the more small and medium enterprises are growing, the average family member has a high school education, the village community gets adequate health services

Abstract

Koperasi Jasa Karisma yang terletak di Kecamatan Teluk Segara memiliki asset koperasi yang semakin besar yang memiliki modal sendiri berupa simpanan pokok dan simpanan wajib dari anggota dan pengadaan pekerjaan dari Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). Modal sendiri dan pengadaan pekerjaan perlu dicatat dan dibuatkan laporan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab pengurus dalam mengelola modal tersebut secara transparan dan akuntabel. Selain itu berfungsi sebagai media informasi bagi pihak-pihak berkepentingan (Dinas Koperasi, Anggota dan lain-lain) untuk melihat perkembangan Koperasi Jasa Karisma dan pengambilam keputusan. Koperasi Jasa Karisma mengalami kendala dalam menyusun laporan keuangan dikarenakan kurang paham pengurus dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Praktik penyusunan laporan keuangan telah dilakukan sebatas pembukuan terdiri dari uang masuk dan uang keluar. Bentuk kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan yang melibatkan pengurus Koperasi Jasa Karisma dalam hal pembuatan laporan keuangan berdasarkan aplikasi GL. Dari kegiatan ini target dan hasil capainnya adalah meningkatkan pemahaman pengurus tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan untuk disajikan di Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) dilakukan setiap tahun.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was "to find out the effectiveness of the job seeker's card service (AK.1) at the Bengkulu City Employment Service. The research was conducted at the Bengkulu City Employment Service Located at Jalan Basuki Rahmat No.05 kec. Queen of Samban Bengkulu. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research is focused on seeing whether the implementation of the Job Seeker's Card Service (AK.1) carried out by the Bengkulu City Manpower Office has been going well or not. Data collection uses Observation Techniques, Interview Techniques, Documentation Techniques with Data Analysis (Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Drawing Conclusions) and the results show that service procedures at the Bengkulu City Employment Service are very good. The Job Seeker's Identity Card (AK.1) is very fast and the processing fee is free or free of charge, the infrastructure needs additional facilities. Overall, the employees of the Bengkulu City Employment Service have very good competence in service and the products produced are clear. in the form of a Job Seeker's Identity Card (AK.1) and legalized. Abstract

One of the problems experienced by entrepreneurs is unpreparedness when the demand for goods is higher than the existing supply. To overcome this problem, a demand prediction application is needed by analyzing data on goods sales transactions that have occurred so that a conclusion can be drawn about predicting the number of requests in the future. This study aims to create a system for calculating demand predictions and the number of web-based automatic sales by applying the Monte Carlo algorithm. The Monte Carlo algorithm is also known as simulated sampling or a sampling technique using a simulation model that includes taking random values ​​and calculating the probability distribution of the data to produce predictive data with a high percentage of similarity. This research was conducted on CV. Yoss Sindanglaut. The results of this study use different data to make predictions, namely sales data for one week, one month, and the previous two months. The result is the CV monte carlo method. Yoss Sindanglaut can predict the demand for furniture products as many as 14 requests for April 2022 with a profit of 4,900,000 and an error value of 12.5%.
