Abstract

Abstract: Administrative discipline is the process of administrative governance in village government. Lawang Agung Village became a pilot village related to the orderly administration of the village and Lawang Agung village won the best first prize in Bengkulu Province. This study focuses on finding out how to implement orderly administration in the village of Lawang Agung, Air Periukan District, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. In this study the data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the data collection stage, the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study explain that the administration of orderly administration in the village of Lawang Agung, Air Periukan Subdistrict, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province, is seen from the elements of organizational governance, communication, financial management and public relations that have been implemented properly. That is, the orderly implementation of village administration has been carried out optimally. However, there is one element of finance that has not been done optimally due to budget constraints so not all proposals from the public can be implemented.

Abstract

Konsep kebijakan merdeka belajar inovasi dan ide-ide pengembang sebagai sarana pendukung terlaksana kebijakan tersebut, seperti perpustakaan sebagai salah satu unit pendidikan non formal/institusi pelayanan publik memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam mencetak SDM yang unggul berkarakter, cerdas, dan berdaya saing. Salah satunya yaitu perpustakaan kerano kuncoro. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Inovasi layanan perpustakaan desa kerano kuncoro di Desa Sri Kuncoro Kecamatan Pondok Kelapa Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini, ada beberapa konsep pelayanan berdasarkan teori Brady & Cronin yang belum berjalan sesuai harapan pengunjung. pada indikator kualitas interaksi, terdapat indikator sikap, perilaku dan keahlian. Namun dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya sehingga menghasilkan pelayanan yang prima, perpustakaan kerano kuncoro melakukan beberapa upaya seperti melakukan kegiatan promosi perpustakaan, melakukan pengembangan dan peningkatan kreatifitas pemustaka dan melakukan pengembangan koleksi bahan pustaka. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan berbagai penghargaan Pyang diraih oleh perpustakaan kerano kuncoro baik tingkat kabupaten maupun provinsi.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang kinerja KPUD Kabupaten Seluma dalam peningkatan partisipasi politik dalam pemilihan umum terkhusus segmen pemilih pemula yang keberadaannya baru dikatakan penting pada Pemilu 2019 ini. Di Kabupaten Seluma terdapat 202 desa yang tergabung dalam 14 Kecamatan, berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik dari Dokumen Provinsi Bengkulu dalam Angka 2018 diketahui jumlah penduduk Kabupaten Seluma berjumlah 189.874 penduduk yang dibagi menjadi jumlah laki-laki dan perempuan sehingga jika dikaitkan dengan data KPUD Kabupaten Seluma terdapat potensial pemilih tetap sebanyak 137.693 Pemilih dan 5,2% anak yang belum berusia 17 Tahun keatas. Data jumlah pemilih pemula yang sudah tercatat di KPUD Kabupaten Seluma pada DPT Seluma bahwa terdapat 20.340 pemilih pemula dari 137.693 jumlah pemilih tetap, sehingga dapat disimpulkan 20.340 inilah sebagai salah satu penunjang keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pemilu jika pengelolaan yang dilakukan oleh KPUD berjalan dengan baik sesuai prinsip kinerja yang ada

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is the implementation of policies of the Bengkulu Province disaster management agency in disaster mitigation. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The results of the study explained that the implementation of policies of the Bengkulu Province Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) for the implementation of disaster mitigation policies had been running quite well. The Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bengkulu Province in Disaster Mitigation has issued a policy on natural disaster reduction, namely the Disaster Resilient Village policy and the proportion of Disaster safe schools. Apart from implementing this policy, the Bengkulu Province Disaster Management Agency also carries out socialization activities for disaster preparedness. In implementing this policy, we also cooperate with other agencies to carry out activities or policies in making Bengkulu Province safe from disasters. The conclusions of this study indicate that the policies issued by the Bengkulu Province BPBD in Mitigation are regulated in Governor Regulation Number 34 of 2018 concerning increased preparedness. Among them are disaster-disaster village policies and disaster-safe Madrasah schools. Keywords: Disaster, Mitigation, Policy.

Abstract

This paper examines the Policy for Parking Services Policies on the Side of Public Roads in Bengkulu City as a result of the monitoring results from the analysis of the implementation of Parking Service Policies on Public Roadside of Bengkulu City In the implementation of the parking service retribution policy in Bengkulu city, the standards and procedures are clear, but in the field implementation, especially the Panorama area is still there. The targets in this policy are in accordance with Perda no. 07 of 2011. Implementation of parking policies that affect the social conditions of the people in the city of Bengkulu with the number of parking spots is the stage of the Bengkulu city community. However, during the crisis there was still a mismatch of income results and targets in this policy due to the low parking potential in the city of Bengkulu. Keywords: Policy, Parking, Retribution

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan kegiatan lapangan bagi mahasiswa yang menempuh bagian akhir dari program pendidikan S1 di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Program ini bersifat wajib bagi semua mahasiswa, karena universitas mempercayai bahwa program ini mampu mendorong empati mahasiswa, dan dapat memberikan sumbangan bagi penyelesaian persoalan yang ada di masyarakat. Stroke adalah kondisi yang terjadi ketika pasokan darah ke otak terganggu atau berkurang akibat penyumbatan (stroke iskemik) atau pecahnya pembuluh darah (stroke hemoragik). Tanpa darah, otak tidak akan mendapatkan asupan oksigen dan nutrisi, sehingga sel-sel pada sebagian area otak akan mati. Kondisi ini menyebabkan bagian tubuh yang dikendalikan oleh area otak yang rusak tidak dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil survey kebanyakan masyarakat bumi ayu kurang mengerti cara pencegahan penyakit Stroke. Edukasi kesehatan sangat diperlukan agar masyarakat dapat menerapkan gaya hidup sehat dan perilaku kesehatan yang baik. Edukasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan pada masyarakat tentang bagaimana cara pencegahan Stroke dini.   Kata Kunci: stroke, pengabdian, pencegahan

Abstract

The management and service of public information at the Bengkulu City KPU is based on the KPU regulations which serve as guidelines for the Bengkulu City KPU in carrying out a program of activities. Through the writing of this thesis, the problem raised is how to implement public information management and service policies at the Bengkulu City KPU and what factors are the obstacles and supporters in the implementation of public information management and services at the Bengkulu City KPU. The purpose of this study is to find out and understand how the implementation of public information management and service policies at the Bengkulu City KPU and to find out what are the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of public information management and service policies at the Bengkulu City KPU. This study uses a qualitative method which ultimately produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. Data collection techniques used in this thesis are observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses the theory of policy implementation from Charles O Jones. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of public information management and service policies at the Bengkulu City KPU is quite good, because the services provided have met the requirements written in PKPU No. 1 of 2015 concerning the management and service of public information.

Abstract

In early June the Indonesian government launched the concept of "Peace" with Covid-19 which was subsequently realized by the issuance of the "New Normal" policy in which the government allowed the community to do activities as usual but still paid attention to the Covid-19 protocol. The concept of "New Normal" which is now known as New Habit Adaptation has begun to be applied in areas with green zone status. Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province has received the green zone predicate and can implement new habit adaptation policies in community activities, and it needs massive socialization to The community is included in the community of Padang Pelasan village, Air Periukan sub-district, Seluma Regency. The material for the socialization activities carried out is not far from the guidelines for healthy living according to the Covid-19 health protocol in order to adopt a new habitual adaptation pattern such as the Ministry of Health appeal and is considered quite successful. This can be seen from the enthusiastic participation of the community and accepting the team in carrying out activities. In addition, in the evaluation of activities, quite a number of people have started to become aware of health protocols such as the habit of wearing masks

Abstract

Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia 1945 sudah mengatur bentukdemokrasi sebaik mungkin pada Pasal 1 ayat (2) yang menjelaskan bahwa kedaulatan berada ditangan rakyat yang kemudian tentang pemilihan umum diatur dalam Pasal 22E. Hal ini jugadiperjelas oleh JJ. Rousseau dalam bukunya Du Contract Social/Perjanjian Sosial yang menyatakan bahwa teori pembentukan negara berdasarkan adanya suatu kesepakatan rakyat . Oleh dari itu rakyat bebas untuk memilih pemimpin dan wakilnya sendiri tanpa ada tekanan dari kelompok tertentu. Pemilihan Umum di tengah-tengah Covid-19 menjadi persoalan tersendiri yang sedang membutuhkan ruang khusus oleh karena itu dibutuhkan ruang untuk sosialisasi sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi masa pandemi. Adanya sosialisasi terkait pemilihan dimasa pandemi akan menyadarkan masyarakat akan panduan protokol kesehatan terutama saat pemilihan umum dilaksanakan, dengan begitu masyarakat dapat memberikan hak suaranya dan tetap terhindar dari Covid-19

Abstract

Social media has such a big impact on social life. Web-based media that can turn communication into interactive dialogue and support social interaction. Social media is generally used to share and participate. Some of the most popular social media sites today include Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, What'sapp and others. Apart from being popular among young people, social media is also popular among millennial mothers. The popularity and ease of access to social media has had various impacts, for example when many social media users are always updating information about various kinds of confidential information that does not deserve to be shared with the public but this appears every day. The information distributed also varies, there are users who spread information related to hoax news, important information and hate speech. It can be exploited by certain persons for personal gain. There will be certain individuals who spread issues of conflict, hostility and disappointment towards the government because they are seen as not paying attention to their people. There are also those who distribute videos depicting how bad the government is so that the message is swallowed whole. Meanwhile, the general public will immediately absorb the information presented on social media without finding out the truth. Therefore, the role of social media in managing issues and being safe in social media is really needed as a guide and measure for us to be smart in social media (smartphone people). So that the information contained on social media can make people think positively and take recommended actions to maintain their health. This service research aims to increase the selectivity of the community in receiving information in the era of the rapid flow of information. In the Community Service Research that has been carried out, in essence not all information on social media is in accordance with the facts, so users need to filter it before sharing. As a smart user and who also acts as citizen journalism, he should provide information that is positive, useful, does not contain suggestions, does not trigger conflict and can build unity and unity. Whether or not the use of social media is appropriate depends on its users, whether they can be smart or not. Being a savvy social media user can make social media safety possible.
