The goal of this community service is to apply the Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) technique in writing scientific articles to improve the writing skills of students in the English Education Study Program. Classroom Action Research (CAR) was used in this study, which was divided into two cycles. Thirty students who took the Introduction to Thesis Writing course were used as research subjects. Direct measurement and observation are used to acquire data. Tests and observation sheets are used as data collection instruments. Data triangulation was utilized as a data analysis tool. The findings revealed that: (1) the TBLT method has been shown to increase student learning activities, interaction in learning, and student independence; (2) the average ability of students in writing scientific papers has increased from 5.21 in the first cycle to 7.1 in the second cycle; and (3) the teaching and learning process of writing scientific papers has become more meaningful, interesting, and fun.

This commitment is inspired by the instructors in Wajo Regency, who are still many who have not been affected by technology and their English teaching methods are regarded as monotonous. As a result, training is required to impart knowledge about creative and millennial teachers. The goal of this service activity is to train and execute the habit of English teachers in Wajo Regency to become creative and millennial instructors as part of the industrial revolution 4.0 implementation. Creative is not only skilled in the use of media, but also in the application of proper English teaching methods or strategies. The service method is used to carry out this activity in the form of teaching, training, and evaluation. This trial project is associated with the Education Office in South Sulawesi Province and educational institutions in Wajo Regency, particularly the Sengkang Junior High School. The education office and allied organizations have the same objective as the team performing this community service project, which is to educate the Indonesian nation's life. This community service evaluation activity is related to everything that happens during the implementation process. This begins with preliminary planning, which includes field observations at Wajo District Junior High Schools.

The female dormitory students of the As'adiyah Sengkang Islamic Boarding School who are also students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah and Madrasah Aliyah were the objectives of this program, which began at the start of the 2020/2021 academic year. This activity is being carried out to provide students with an understanding of the English language. Learning in Islamic boarding schools has never previously provided intensive English learning so that students not only gain religious knowledge but also gain English knowledge that will be useful after they graduate. For four and a half months, this activity was carried out by delivering basic English elements such as grammar, vocabulary, and conversation. Students enjoyed this activity. This demonstrates their desire to improve their English skills.

Rendahnya tingkat pengguna angkutan umum di wilayah Kabupaten Boalemo, baik itu angkutan umum dalam trayek maupun angkutan umum tidak dalam trayek, menunjukkan masyarakat saat ini dalam bepergian lebih dominan menggunakan angkutan pribadi. Tujuan penellitian ini menganalisis unjuk kerja (kinerja) operasi pelayanan angkutan umum dalam trayek, menganalisis pola pergerakan origin destination, rencana pola dan profil jaringan trayek yang dapat dikembang kan yang mempengaruhi pergerakan penumpang dari asal ke tujuan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survai lapangan, yang dilakukan dengan mengedarkan kuisioner, wawancara terstuktur dan sebagainya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan karakteristik sosial ekonomi angkutan umum kota dan perdesaan belum cukup efektif ditinjau dari tingkat kemudahan, kualitas pelayanan, kapasitas pelayanan yang belum memenuhi standar, jika ditinjau dari segi efisiensi mikrolet maupun angdes relatif lebih kecil. Pola Pergerakan Origin-Destination (O-D) lalu lintas saat ini eksisting, khususnya di zona bagian Barat Kabupaten Boalemo, sumber bangkitan tertinggi yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian saat ini adalah dari kecamatan Tilamuta. Sedangkan kota di area CBD, Kecamatan Tilamuta dan Kecamatan Mananggu adalah tujuan (Tarikan) perjalanan tertinggi. Pola dan profil rencana jaringan trayek yang dapat dikembangkan dalam memenuhi pergerakan penumpang dari asal ke tujuan saat ini (eksisting), khususnya di zona bagian Barat Kabupaten Boalemo, adalah terdiri dari 3 (tiga) trayek angkutan umum, dengan rincian 2 (dua) trayek angkutan umum yang memiliki rute linier, (Perjalanan dengan Asal dan Tujuan yang sama) dan 1 (satu) trayek yang memiliki tipe radial (perjalanan dengan asal dan tujuan yang berbeda).

A successful organization is one with professional and competent employees. therefore, employee recruitment and selection management becomes an important point to pay attention to and analyze more deeply. however, it cannot be denied that there are still some organizations that have difficulties in statistical analysis of recruitment and selection management, for example in terms of choosing and determining the appropriate method to apply. With this background, the researcher in this article examines statistical analysis in employee recruitment and selection management through literature review. in this research, the literature study method or literature review is the choice of researchers. the results found show that employee recruitment and selection have a positive and significant influence on employee performance in organizations in both the public and private sectors.

In the implementation of construction projects, it has been determined and limited by constraints that are mutually influencing and are commonly referred to as the project constraint triangle, namely the scope of work (scope), time, and cost, these three factors will determine the quality of a project. This study aims to analyze the Design, Labor, Materials, and Equipment Against the Time Performance Control Model and Cost of the Lower Foundation Work (Bore Pile) Bridge Project. The relationship between Design, Labor, and Materials is made a regression analysis with SPSS while the Time Performance Control Model and Cost of the Lower Foundation Work will be made in a path diagram model, and analyzed using SEM-PLS with a sample of 104 respondents. The study's results indicate that design, labor, materials, and equipment significantly influence the control model in bridge construction projects. The control model in bridge construction projects significantly impacts on-time performance and cost performance, design variables, labor, materials, and equipment are the key to improving the control model on-time performance and cost performance. The control model has an effect as a mediation of design, equipment, labor, and materials on cost performance and time performance.
