Abstract

This study aimed to determine the cost of production , revenue,profits, and the feasibility of the Tofu Pong “Mayang” processing Industry in the South Loktabat village, shouth Banjarbaru district.  The Sampling method used is the Case Study method. . While the Data Collection technique is through direct observation and interviews. The results of this study obtained that the total cost (production cost) was Rp.29.211.055,-/month, the amaunt of Revenue was Rp. 63.999.000,-/month, the Profit earned was Rp.34.369.000,-/month,  and the feasibility (RCR)  was 2,19. From the RCR valur, it can be said that the Tofu Pong “Mayang” proseccing industry in the South Loktabat Village is feasible to cultivated

Abstract

The goal of this community service is to apply the Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) technique in writing scientific articles to improve the writing skills of students in the English Education Study Program. Classroom Action Research (CAR) was used in this study, which was divided into two cycles. Thirty students who took the Introduction to Thesis Writing course were used as research subjects. Direct measurement and observation are used to acquire data. Tests and observation sheets are used as data collection instruments. Data triangulation was utilized as a data analysis tool. The findings revealed that: (1) the TBLT method has been shown to increase student learning activities, interaction in learning, and student independence; (2) the average ability of students in writing scientific papers has increased from 5.21 in the first cycle to 7.1 in the second cycle; and (3) the teaching and learning process of writing scientific papers has become more meaningful, interesting, and fun.

Abstract

The Regional Executive of 'Aisyiah of Takalar district has recently carried out the inauguration and strengthening of the Muhammadiyah ideology to the new management of the PDA of Takalar district. This is the attraction of the candidate for the head of the Unismuh Makassar PkM Team who is also the deputy secretary of the PWA Culture, Arts and Sports Institute (LBSO) to conduct a secretarial training for all administrators or assemblies in the management of PDA Takalar district. Secretarial science is a very important part to be owned by every 'Aisyiyah organization administrator, both in the 'Aisyiyah Regional Executive (PWA), the 'Aisyiyah Regional Executive (PDA), the 'Aisyiyah Branch Executive (PCA), and the 'Aisyiyah Charity (AUA) in every region in South Sulawesi. The organizational apparatus of 'Aisyiyah, the Administration of the Secretariat of 'Aisyiyah, and the trial procedures at 'Aisyiyah are part of the science of secretarial. Abstract

Organ penglihatan berupa mata merupakan bagian dari panca indra yang berupa sangat penting dalam kegiatan manusia. Kelainan Refraksi mata adalah keadaan tidak terbentuknya bayangan tegas pada retina, karena ketidakseimbangan sistem penglihatan pada mata sehingga menghasilkan bayangan yang kabur atau tidak jelas. Gangguan refraksi diantaranya myopia (rabun jauh), hipermetropia (rabun dekat) dan astigmatisme. Di zaman serba tegnologi, penggunaan smarphone saat ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan wajib bagi setiap orang. Masyarakat sangat terbantu dengan hadirnya gudget di masa kini, namun dengan perkembangan teknologi ini penggunaan gudget yang berlebihan mempengaruhi moralitas seseorang. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan gudget oleh kalangan masyarakat terutama pada anak-anak harus sesuai arahan dan batasan. Dampak negative dari penggunaan gudget secara berlebihan yaitu menurunya fungsi penglihatan akibat dari paparan sinar dari layar monitor (LCD/LED) dan penyinaran lainnya. Hal tersebut menyebabkan gangguan Kesehatan mata karena hampir semua di kalangan masyarakat suka menggunakan komputer, laptop, handphone, tablet dalam waktu yang lama, terutama di kalangan anak-anak. Dalam hal ini pemerintah harus menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan dan tenaga medis dalam menangani kesehatan masyarakat sebagaimana bunyi pasal 28H (1) UUD Negara Republik Indonesia 1945, terkhusus penanganan kesehatan mata terdapat pelayanan Refraksi optisi yang merupakan Refraksionis Optisien / Optometris merupakan bagian integral pelayanan kesehtan, pada kelainan refraksi dan penyakit mata. Optometris adalah seorang ahli yang memiliki kompetensi untuk melakukan pemeriksaan refraksi mata seseorang, sehingga dapat melakukan pemeriksaan refraksi mata seperti melakukan pemeriksaan refraksi mata dan memberikan koreksi kelainan refraksi.

Abstract

Perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia sangat pesat. Dalam perekonomian Indonesia, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah kelompok usaha yang memiliki jumlah yang paling besar. Salah satu produk UMKM khususnya di bidang pertanian adalah rotan. Salah satu wilayah penghasilrotan di Indonesia adalah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kerajinan rotan yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat atau pengrajin di wilayah Kecamatan Ma’rang masih bersifat tradisional Hal ini akan berdampak kepada produktivitas kerajinan rotan yang dihasilkan dan tingkat penjualan juga terbatas,sehingga diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman pemasaran usaha kerajinan rotan di Kabupaten Pangkep, (2) strategi pengembangan usaha kerajinan rotan di Kabupaten Pangkep. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling yaitu untuk lokasi dan usaha kerajinan rotan dilakukan melalui penunjukan langsung, dengan pertimbangan bahwa lokasi Kecamatan Ma’rang merupakan daerah penghasil kerajinan rotan dan sampel usaha merupakan sentra pengrajin dan penjual di Kabupaten Pangkep. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT melalui matriks faktor internal (IFAS) dan eksternal (EFAS) yang nilai perolehannya melalui pembobotan dan ranking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal (IFAS) yang harus ditingkatkan antara lain: (1) meningkatkan kualitas dan kemasan produk; (2) meningkatkan kerja sama antara penyedia bahan baku, pengrajin dan pedagang kerajinan rotan (3) meningkatkan skill pengrajin rotan yang berkaitan dengan diversifikasi produk dan desain baru; (4) pelaku pemasaran senantiasa melakukan promosi baik media cetak maupun media sosial lainnya. Sedangkan untuk faktor ekaternal (EFAS) yang harus ditingkatkan adalah penggunaan fasilitas atau teknologi dan peralatan yang lebih modern untuk efesiensi produk dan waktu. Strategi yang digunakan sebaiknya adalah segmentasi pasar dan target pasar.

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan usaha, salah satu yang juga perlu diperhatikan adalah hukum dalam berbisnis. Pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan e-commerce saat ini merupakan cara yang efektif dan relatif murah untuk mempromosikan bisnis UMKM. Keberadaan teknologi sebagai pendukung perekonomian selain memberikan dampak yang positif memungkinkan pula menimbulkan potensi pelanggaran terkait regulasi perdagangan Pelaku UMKM mendapatkan kemudahan namun bukan berarti bebas dari aturan hukum. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan model bisnis, pemerintah Indonesia pun turut mengeluarkan peraturan yang mengatur pemasaran produk UMKM khususnya melalui media sosial dan e-commerce, yaknik Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE). Pelaku UMKM perlu dengan cermat memahami UU ITE untuk memastikan operasional, pemasaran, dan transaksi yang dilakukan tidak melanggar hukum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalis bentuk pemasaran digital produk UMKM di Kabuoaten Pangkajene Kepulauan, dan mengkaji implementasi UU ITE sebagai aspek hukum pada penerapan pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan model triangulasi, yang menggabungkan metode wawancara terstruktur, wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap pelaku UMKM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pemasaran digital memperluas pangsa pasar pelaku UMKM, meningkatkan awareness bagi konsumen karena pelaku UMKM rutin memperbarui informasi mengenai produk, serta meningkatkan penjualan karena beberapa UMKM juga berkolaborasi dengan beberapa marketplace. Kemudian bagi pelaku UMKM di daerah Kabupaten Pangkajene Kepulauan yang kategorinya makanan dan minuman menyatakan bahwa penggunaan whatsapp masih menjadi platform yang paling di memudahkan konsumen. Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) sejauh ini belum sepenuhnya memadai untuk mendukung UMKM. Abstract

One of the most important ways for villages to implement programs to improve community welfare is through the provision of village funds. Compared to district governments, which certainly have broader and more complex problems, it is believed that village governments are better able to identify the most important community needs. This study aims to determine the management of village fund allocations as well as the factors that influence the management of village funds in an effort to improve the welfare of the community of Palippu Village, which is located in Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology and is classified as field research, which includes observation, interview, and documentation. Firstly, this study found that the ADD management process includes planning, implementation, reporting, accountability and monitoring. The Palippu village government, in the Tanasitolo sub-district, Wajo Regency, manages ADD according to the technical guidelines stipulated in the laws and regulations. However, the process is still not optimal. Second, village fund management is influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors. Community participation, facilities, and infrastructure are supporting factors, and human resources, communication, and technical guidelines for managing ADD change every year.

Abstract

Determining the impact, approaches, and procedures for developing, implementing, and assessing programs that can improve students' academic achievement is the purpose of this study, which is to study the relationship between parental involvement in education management and academic achievement. SMAIT Peradaban Al-Izzah in Sorong City is the objective. This study used a qualitative method based on observation of theoretical relationships. Data collection methods include observation, documentation, and interviews. Positive outcomes of parental participation include higher student achievement due to parental awareness, which considers that parents should support the teachers at school in their efforts to educate their children. As parents are considered to be the ones who know their children best, their efforts to inspire a love of learning in their children through motivational support affect their academic performance. In education management, the responsibilities of the school committee include fostering communication between the community and the school and providing ideas, support, and supervision. Schools can continue to improve academic achievement by collaborating effectively to develop programs that better suit students' needs. To achieve the overarching goal of education, parents must actively participate in their children's education, and all parties in the school must work well together.

Abstract

The analysis techniques in this study are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test and hypothesis testing through determination test and t (partial) test. The results of this study indicate that partially Production Costs have a positive and significant effect on Net Income (Study on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Cases in Bulukumba Regency) as indicated by a calculated T value of 3.498 > Table T value of 2.04523 and a significance value of 0.002 < 0. 05. Sales have a positive and significant effect on net income (Study on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Bulukumba Regency) as indicated by a calculated T value of 2.692 > Table T value of 2.04523 and a significance value of 0.012 < 0.05.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the types of questions used by the classroom teachers of the second-grade students at SMA Al-KhairaatKolono. The research used qualitative description method. The data were obtained from observation and interviews. The subjects of this research were two English teachers at SMA Al-KhairaatKolono. The results of this research showed that English teachers used three types of questions the teaching and learning process, namely Knowledge, Comprehension, and Evaluation. However, the second teacher did not use the Evaluation types of questions. Furthermore, from the results of interview, the purposes of the teachers used these types of questions are, first to measure the students’ understanding. Second, help the teacher in training the students to improve their skill in giving opinions. Third, it was simple and easy for the students to understand the material. From using the questioning strategy, there are several implications including increasing students’ activity during the teaching and learning process, Students are also able to involve themselves in answering questions from the teacher and able to understand the material provided by the teachers.
