Abstract

Automation technology is essential for maximizing counseling services provided by counselors, particularly during the covid-19 pandemic. Cybercounseling requires the use of interactive media technology so that counseling services for students can continue to function optimally. Microsoft Kaizala is used for the interactive media planned to optimize cyber counseling during the COVID-19 pandemic because it is easier to use and has more unique features than other programs. This research uses library research (Library Research) to collect and analyze research-related literature sources from books, proceedings articles, and journals.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 sangat berdampak bagi masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa tingkat akhir dengan berbagai macam tugas akademik yang harus diselesaikan. Dukungan keluarga sangat dibutuhkan dalam memelihara kondisi tersebut karena dukungan keluarga mampu membuat individu merasa nyaman, dicintai dan diperdulikan sehinggaindividu menjadi lebih mudah mengendalikan emosinya dengan baik supaya dapat mengatasi masalah dengan cara yang positif sehingga mampu bangkit dari permasalahan dan kondisi ini disebut resiliensi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan resiliensi mahasiswa tingkat akhir pada pbm daring prodi s1 keperawatan stikes dian husada dimasa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 65 mahasiswa tingkat akhir prodi S1 Keperawatan Stikes Dian Husada. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi spearman rank. Hasil analisis data penelitian ini yaitu diperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar (0,000) dengan nilai standart signifikasi ρ0,05 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,838 dengan arah korelasi positif (+). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan yang sangat kuat antara dukungan keluarga dengan resiliensi mahasiswa tingkat akhir pada proses belajar mengajar secara daring prodi s1 keperawatan stikes dian husada dimasa pandemi covid 19dan semakin baik dukungan keluarga maka semakin tinggi pula resiliensi individu tersebut.

Abstract

Basic communication skills are primary modalities for the counselor and should be developed from their preservice education. In Indonesia, most guidance and counseling major provide the basic communication skills course as a hybrid course, containing both theoretical and practical learning. This model had many challenges in making a balanced outcome for both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills. This research aims to test the bingo-keterampilan dasar komunikasi (KDK) as an integrated learning strategy of bingo games, reverse role-play, and reflection sessions to improve preservice counselors’ basic communication skills. This research used a quantitative method with a randomized control trial (RCT) experiment design. This research involved 56 preservice counselors, divided randomly into experiment and control groups. The measurement used is the performance test of the basic communication skills course. Data analysis focused on measuring basic statistics and t-tests. The results show the experiment group has higher results and is significantly different from the control group. This effectiveness was supported by the learning atmosphere that indirectly increased the involvement of the preservice counselor. This research suggests exploring the mental experience and performance measurement during the learning sessions using the bingo-KDK game.
