Abstract

Objectives: Toll roads are vital transportation infrastructure in improving connectivity between regions in Indonesia. Apart from being a means of transportation, toll roads also contribute to state revenue through non-tax state revenue (PNBP). However, there are still limitations in understanding the extent to which toll road length and traffic volume affect PNBP.Methodology: This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The data used is time series data from 2013 to 2023 which includes toll road length, traffic volume, and PNBP managed by PT Hutama Karya (Persero). The analysis was carried out using linear regression to test the relationship between these variables.Finding: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the length of toll roads and traffic volume to PNBP. The increase in toll road length and traffic volume simultaneously contributes to the increase in PNBP. In addition, toll road construction also has a positive impact on local economic growth and economic diversification of communities around toll roads. Conclusion: Toll roads not only serve as a means of transportation, but also a significant source of state revenue. Therefore, this study recommends strategies to improve the efficiency of toll road infrastructure management to optimize PNBP revenue and encourage broader economic growth.

Abstract

The high open unemployment rate among Vocational High School (SMK) graduates indicates a gap between the competencies taught in schools and the real demands of the labor market. Many graduates possess technical skills but lack the soft skills, particularly in personal branding and self-marketing, which are crucial for securing employment in the competitive digital era. This community service activity (PKM) aimed to equip students of SMK Al-Khaeriyah Pengampelan with practical knowledge and skills in personal branding and self-marketing strategies to enhance their competitiveness in the job market. The program employed a comprehensive method, integrating Human Resource Management and Marketing perspectives. The stages included needs analysis through questionnaires and observation, interactive workshops, CV and portfolio creation, mock interviews, LinkedIn optimization training, and individual mentoring. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test, analysis of student work, and satisfaction surveys. The activity showed a significant increase in students' understanding, with a 75% improvement in post-test scores. Participants successfully created professional CVs, compelling cover letters, digital portfolios, and optimized LinkedIn profiles. The school's satisfaction level with the program reached 95%. The implementation of personal branding and self-marketing strategies effectively increased students' confidence, self-awareness, and readiness to face the job market. This program serves as a sustainable model that can be replicated in other vocational schools to improve graduate competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and employee relations on employee engagement at PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya, with career development and job satisfaction as mediating variables. Using a quantitative causal associative approach, data were collected via questionnaires from 150 employees and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results showed that servant leadership significantly influences employee engagement both directly (β = 0.342, p < 0.05) and indirectly through career development and job satisfaction. Similarly, employee relations significantly affect Engagement directly (β = 0.285, p < 0.05) and via job satisfaction. Career development and job satisfaction were found to be partial mediators. This research contributes to human resource management theory by offering an integrated mediation model. It provides practical recommendations for improving employee engagement through leadership development, relationship building, and systematic career and satisfaction programs.
