Abstract

This community service activity aims to implement innovative learning strategies in Raudhatul Athfal Karang Jetak, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, focusing on improving the basic skills of early childhood. This program has several major components, including teacher training, project-based methods, and educational technology. Teacher training increased their competence in using creative techniques and technology. In contrast, project-based methods and educational technology improved children's fundamental skills such as reading, writing, and arithmetic. The innovative strategies implemented involve the principles of constructivism, multiple intelligence theory, intrinsic motivation, and the use of technology in education. The evaluation findings demonstrate that this method improves kids' learning abilities and engagement pleasantly and efficiently. By following the procedures that have been designed, the quality of the learning process can be continuously enhanced at Raudhatul Athfal Karang Jetak

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students in grade IV SDN 37 Cakranegara Mathematics through the application of a problem-based learning model. This research is a class action research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles. This research was conducted in class IV of SDN 37 Cakranegara for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 26 students. The research instrument was in the form of a test of learning outcomes. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students experienced an increase from pre-cycle to cycle II. The learning outcomes of students before the action was carried out there were 9 students who achieved KKM (KKM = 75) with an average learning achievement score of 64, then in the implementation of cycle I obtained 14 students who had reached KKM with an average learning achievement score of 74, and in the implementation of cycle II, 19 students had achieved KKM with an average learning achievement score of 81. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that the application of the problem-based learning model could improve the learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 37 Cakranegara.

Abstract

abtrakThis research begins with the existence of a case of bullying cases happened in environment of education. Because today a lot of violence that happened in elementary school, junior school, high school even in the boarding school in indonesia. Remembering the children should get the security and comfort of the surroundings to learn and play. Therefore the authors are interested in doing research on the effects of bullying against the mental health of students in boarding school darul muttaqien.  The purpuse of this research  is to find out what factors lead to the existence of cases of bullying, to figure out how to shape the form of bullying and to find out how the impact of bullying against the mental health of students in boarding schools darul muttaqien. Research method used in this study is Qualitative method. Research instrument used in this study is interview questionnaire guidelines, guidelines for observation and  documentation. The sample used in this study  is to spread the now to the students class male one, two, and three MTs Darul Muttaqien as much as fifty (50) strudents. The results obtained from this study is, bullying can affect the mental health of students. Such as stress disorders even trauma over the violence.

Abstract

Education will evolve continuously following the times. As human beings who have creative and innovative potential will surely follow the development of an increasingly advanced era in order not to be left behind. Every teacher is expected to have skills in teaching one of them is to choose a learning model so that learning can be conveyed interestingly. The purpose of this research is to know the students ' learning Achievement in social studies subjects (IPS} in 5th grade at MI Al-Falah, knowing the application of the Type Cooperative learning model in the IPS subject and knowing the influence of the learning model implementation The type of jigsaw to students ' learning achievements. In this study using the quasi experiment method, according to Arikunto research experiments is a way to find causal relationships (relationship clause) between two factors intentionally posed by researchers by eliminating or Reduce or set aside other factors that interfere. The type of research is Non Equivalent Design, using pretest and post test. The value of the experiment class pretest is 2264 and has an average of 59.08. Then after treatment the total value of the students increased to 3032 with an average value of 84.22. So the average value increase of 25.14 points. The pretests value of the control class is 2264 with an average value of 62.89. Then, given the treatment using the conventional amount of value to 2809 with an average value of 78.02. So there is an increase in the average value of 15.13 points.

Abstract

Penelitan ini diawali dengan adanya kasus –kasus bullying yang tejadi dilingkungan pendidikan. Karena jaman sekarang banyak kekerasan yang terjadi di sekolah baik sekolah dasar (SD), sekolah menengah pertama (SMP), sekolah menengah atas (SMA)bahkan di pesantren-pesantren yang ada di indonesia. Mengingat anak seharusnya mendapatkan keamanan dan kenyamanan dilingkungan belajar dan bermainnya. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang dampak bullying terhadap kesehatan mental siswa dipondok pesantren darul muttaqien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa faktor yang menyebabkan adanya kasus Bullying di pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqien, untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk-bentuk Bullying yang terjadi, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak Bullying terhadap kesehatan mental siswa dipondok pesantren Darul Muttaqien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode atau pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pedoman wawancara, pedoman kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menyebar angket kepada santri laki-laki kelas 1, 2, dan 3 MTs darul muttaqien sebanyak 50 santri. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu, bullying dapat mengganggu kesehatan mental siswa. seperti gangguan stres bahkan trauma atas kekerasan tersebut.

Abstract

The coffee industry in Indonesia continues to experience significant growth, driven by high domestic consumption and the trend of coffee globalization. In this case, Urusan Kopi comes as a business that focuses on coffee-based product innovation. Urusan Kopi is a coffee-based business that aims to introduce local coffee products with unique innovations and differentiation, such as blending coffee with natural ingredients and local spices. This research explores business strategy, product innovation, and sustainability in the coffee industry in Indonesia. With a SWOT approach and competitor analysis, Urusan Kopi targets a niche market that cares about local and environmentally friendly products. The methods used were customer satisfaction survey, business performance analysis, and digital marketing strategy evaluation. The results show great potential to compete with big brands through product differentiation, digital marketing, and strategic distribution. The findings are relevant to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the coffee industry.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan pilar penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi di tingkat lokal maupun nasional, termasuk di Desa Sasahan, Kecamatan Waringin Kurung, Kabupaten Serang, Banten. Meskipun memiliki potensi sumber daya alam dan budaya yang melimpah, UMKM di desa ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses pemasaran, rendahnya kapasitas manajerial, keterbatasan permodalan, serta minimnya inovasi produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi UMKM di Desa Sasahan, mengkaji peran manajemen pendidikan Islam dalam mendukung pengembangan UMKM, serta merumuskan strategi pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam terkait integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab sosial, dan etika bisnis dalam praktik kewirausahaan masyarakat. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan Islam menjadi fondasi moral dan spiritual yang memperkuat kapasitas pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan penerapan prinsip syariah, termasuk sistem pembiayaan bebas riba. Strategi pengembangan yang efektif meliputi peningkatan keterampilan teknis dan etika bisnis, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, inovasi produk berdasarkan kearifan lokal dan nilai Islam, serta sinergi multi-pihak antara pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan komunitas keagamaan. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha, tetapi juga memperkuat ikatan sosial dan solidaritas komunitas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan lebih lanjut integrasi manajemen pendidikan Islam dengan model bisnis digital untuk mendukung transformasi ekonomi desa secara berkelanjutan. Temuan ini relevan sebagai model pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis nilai sosial budaya dan agama yang dapat diaplikasikan di daerah lain dengan karakteristik serupa.
