Abstract

This research aimsto elaborate the implemnetation of GAP(Good Agricultural Practise) and to analyze the effects of GAPimplementation on cultivation technic, plantation management and harvesting of Palmoil Plantation Company Duta Reka Mandiri. Abstract

The people of Palembang city during the covid-19 pandemic which lasted for approximately 3 years tended to be more selective in buying products, one of which was the most popular Palembang food, namely pempek. The Covid-19 pandemic has also brought significant changes for Small and Medium Enterprises or SMEs in Palembang City. Many SME players have experienced a decline in sales since this pandemic, one of which is the SME Pempek of snakehead fish. Seeing this condition, there is a need for a strategy to strengthen Pempek Gabus Palembang Small and Medium Enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic using a SWOT analysis. This research was carried out in the city of Palembang by taking samples of the UKM Pempek Ikan Gabus. Research SMEs are Small and Medium Enterprises with 12 respondents whose central location is on Jl. Pakjo Palembang with the consideration that this UKM is one of the producers of cork fish pempek which is still active during the COVID-19 pandemic. Pempek Palembang UKM in order to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic must implement several targeted strategies, including: improving services with 24-hour admin services via wa (chat/phone) so that they can be ordered anytime, the order method made by order, Creating new innovations by using shuji/pandan leaves as a natural dye for pempek and minimizing the fishy smell of fish, making an MoU to snakehead fish farmers so that the availability of raw materials is guaranteed and the price of clothing materials is relatively more stable. In addition, the government, especially the fisheries service, can encourage the community to be more active in cultivating snakehead fish.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much production costs incurred and the income earned by farmers in pineapple farming with the utilization relay cropping. This research was conducted in Senuro Barat Village, Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency by considering that Senuro Barat Village is one of the villages where most of the farmers work as pineapple farmers. The research method uses the case study method. Data collection methods used in this study include primary data and secondary data. Sampling is done by simple random sampling, which is 30 samples from 325 of the total population of pineapple farmers. The results showed that the total cost of production of pineapple farming with the utilization relay cropping per hectare per season in West Senuro Village, Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency amounted to Rp.18,854,112/year. Pineapple farmer receipts for grade A amounted to Rp. 112,636,520 and grade B amounted to 71,868,812. Pineapple farmers' income for grade A amounted to Rp 93,782,408/year and grade B amounted to Rp 53,014,700/year. Furthermore, the R/C ratio value obtained for grade A amounted to 4.97 and grade B amounted to 2.81. This shows that pineapple farming is feasible because the R/C ratio value is >1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi limbah rumah tangga sebagai bahan baku pembuatan pupuk organik cair (POC) yang ramah lingkungan untuk tanaman holtikultura, hasil dari identifiksi akan dibuat permentasi berdasarkan jenis limbah rumah tangga, yang selanjutnya dilakukan percobaan pada tanaman holtikultura. Limbah rumah tangga adalah bahan sisa yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan sehari-hari di rumah tangga, yang berupa limbah padat, cair, dan kotoran manusia, Limbah rumah tangga dapat mencemari lingkungan, seperti air, tanah, dan udara. Pencemaran ini dapat mengganggu kesehatan masyarakat dan ekosistem. POC dari limbah rumah tangga organik merupakan salah satu solusi pemanfaatan limbah rumah tangga yang efektif. Metode pelaksanaan penelitian ini dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan sesuai kondisi dari setiap tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu Langkah 1 melakukan identifikasi limbah rumah tangga dengan melakukan pengelompokan berdasarkan jenis limbah yang sering muncul di rumah-rumah, Langkah 2 melakukan permentasi limbah rumah tangga sebagai bahan baku utama POC berdasarkan hasil pengelompokan limbah dan Langkah 3 melakukan percobaan hasil permentasi POC pada tanaman holtikultura. Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui hasil identifikasi pengelompokan limbah rumah tangga terdiri dari kelompok organik yang direkomendasikan untuk bahan baku pupuk organik cair, sedangkan kelompok anorganik dan limbah berbahaya dan beracun (B3) tidak direkomendasikan untuk bahan baku pupuk organik cair. Secara umum pembuatan POC dari bahan baku limbah rumah tangga mudah dilakukan, dengan bahan dan alat yang tersedia disekitar kita, dan dapat dilakukan siapun tanpa harus ada keahlian khusus. POC dari limbah rumah tangga organik merupakan salah satu solusi pemanfaatan limbah rumah tangga yang efektif, POC menawarkan cara untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada pupuk kimia dan memberikan pendekatan holistik terhadap pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga. Direkomendasikan penelitian lanjutan aplikasi detail terhadap pengunaan POC pada beberapa jenis tanaman hortikultura semusim.
