Abstract

In an activity in the education unit, the Helpdesk Ticketing System can be an information technology facility to improve service quality. At SDN Babakan 01 the complaint process for information technology problems does not use a system, so IT operators who receive incident reports, come and confirm the problem directly, this creates a problem, namely in the complaint report documentation process it is not recorded properly and quickly. In designing information technology Helpdesk Ticketing System at SDN Babakan 01, the authors conducted interviews and observations first before designing a website-based Helpdesk Ticketing System where the model used was SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and the method used was the Waterfall method, so that the system designed can be used by SDN Babakan 01 operators to accommodate and organize any problem reports properly, so that reports can be structured properly, minimize communication errors with IT operators, and can present report data quickly.

Abstract

SD Muhammadiyah 3 Ciledug adalah sekolah yang belum juga menggunakan sistem informasi sebagai salah satu bantuan kepada warga di bidang pendidikan. Berkembangnya teknologi membuat komite sekolah mengharuskan untuk mendapatkan sebuah informasi yang tepat dan baik, diantaranya di SD  Muhammadiyah 3 Ciledug. Pembuatan media sistem informasi akademik berbasis website ini nanti nya bisa berfungsi sebagai produktivitas guru dalam melakukan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka. Metode pada pengembangan Sistem Informasi Akademik ini memakai metode waterfall. Pada tugas yang diberikan pada pertemuan 1 yaitu membuat paper. Kelompok ini akan membuat Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akademik dengan menggunakan PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem perancangan ini dapat mengatasi beberapa proses, yaitu : mengelola data siswa, data guru, data ruang kelas dan data jadwal pelajaran.

Abstract

Laundry service is a highly anticipated demand of the public, washing services are known as laundry services, which are a service to reduce the burden of daily household activities. with the large need and demand for washing services or laundry services at this time, it is possible for washing service owners to be able to maximize their business by conducting transactions with consumers, recording transaction results along with monthly business reports requires a lot of energy and time. various activities and businesses including laundry services allow laundry service businesses to have an effective time, efficient business with the convenience of computerized applications such as the Salsabila laundry service application, applications that are made to make it easy to transact, digitally collect consumer data, book business activities every month with relatively fast and efficient time. The methodology applied in building this application uses an SLDC system based on the iterative model method. This application development is made in PHP and uses MySQL for the database. With this application, it is easier to input data, create structured trading notes and generate accurate reports.

Abstract

Income is a form of service that is given in an orderly manner to an employee for services and the results of his work. PT. Srikandhi Nusantara Jaya is an industry engaged in construction. With the information processing process that is still manual using the MS.Excel program, this leads to the formation of errors in calculating employee income, as well as the process of printing income slips which takes a long time. application is very meaningful to support the smooth payment of employee income. Therefore, a computerized data processing system is needed to meet the data needs of all those who need it and to prioritize the convenience of providing information quickly and accurately. ..The goal is to identify company issues related to the employee salary data system currently in operation. The current system processes employee information, which is done manually at the time of processing payroll. A web-based employee payroll information system will make it easier for companies to manage employee data for reporting and payroll purposes.When preparing monthly payroll, financial administrators must combine and separate payroll data for permanent and contract employees. This data is included in the monthly payroll report, so it is important to have a good digital management system in place so you can generate reports. This application was researched.

Abstract

Currently, information technology plays an important role in human activities that can be utilized by the community and government sectors, with one of them being in government management at the sub-district and city levels. The Ciseeng sub-district office, Bogor district, is one of several sub-district government institutions that utilize information technology to inform and improve existing services. The Ciseeng District, Bogo Regency, does not yet have a complete service information system for the community in making a child's birth certificate. So this study aims to design an information system for making child birth certificates in Ciseeng District, Bogor Regency. The methodology used in this information system research is the waterfall methodology, the results of this research will facilitate the community in making a child's birth certificate. The preparation of this information system is intended as a means of increasing awareness of making birth certificates for children and providing good solutions for the community and sub-districts. So, with the existence of an information system for making child birth certificates, it can improve and facilitate the community in making birth certificates and assisting the government in managing information data.

Abstract

The increase in learning activities from home and working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, of course, will also affect the increase in users of computer devices such as laptops and desktop PCs. Computer equipment service providers are services that are in great demand, especially by computer users who are new to using computer equipment during this pandemic, however, just like other business owners, MSMEs, computer equipment service providers, have also experienced a decrease in the number of customers which resulted in a decrease in turnover at the beginning of the pandemic. COVID-19 due to the lack of promotional activities during the pandemic by computer service business owners. Given these problems, the design of a geographic information system mapping the locations of computer equipment service providers is quite possible to provide convenience to people who want to make repairs to their computer equipment and assist computer equipment service providers in promoting their services, the development of this geographic information system. using the Waterfall method, and for the programming language using PHP and MySQL database.

Abstract

Electronic-Commerce(e-commerce) atau perdagangan elektronik adalah cara untuk menjual dan membeli barang dan jasa lewat jaringan internet. E-commerce merupakan bagian dari e-business, di mana cakupan e-business lebih luas, tidak hanya sekedar perniagaan tetapi mencakup juga pengkolaborasian mitra bisnis, pelayanan nasabah, lowongan pekerjaan dll. Selain teknologi jaringan www, e-commerce juga memerlukan teknologi basisdata atau pangkalan data (database), e-surat atau surat elektronik (e-mail), dan bentuk teknologi non komputer yang lain seperti halnya sistem pengiriman barang, dan alat pembayaran untuk e-commerce ini. Dan dalam dunia bisnis, peluang e - commerce masih sangat luas, mengingat pangsa pasar yang tersedia (terutama di Indonesia) masih terbuka lebar. UMKM merupakan salah satu usaha Mikoro yang memberdayakan Industri Rumahan. UMKM Indonesia meemiliki kontribusi sebersar 15.8% terhadap rantai pasok produksi global di tingkat Asean. Perkembangan UMKM dari tahun ke tahun dipengaruhi dengan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Sistem Informasi. E-commerce merupakan salah satu teknologi yang mendukung perkembangan UMKM dan perdagangan saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak yang pemanfaatan Teknologi E-Commerce dalam peningkatan strategi pemasaran produksi. Teknologi E-commerce dibangun dengan mengunakan aplikasi berbasis webside, sehingga para pelaku usaha dapat mempromosikan hasil usaha dengan mudah. Sasaran utama pemanfaatan Teknologi E-commerce ini adalah untuk masyarakat di Desa Cibinong. Dari hasil uji coba dan evaluasi yang dilakukan pada masyarakat desa cibinong, menunjukkan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi E-commerce memenuhi strategi pemasaran produk yang dapat berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan zaman dan meningkatnya kebutuhan manusia tentunya semakin membutuhkan juga alat yang mendukung kinerja manusia, bahkan dapat menggantikan pekerjaan manusia dengan pengaturan on dan off atau buka-tutup melalui sebuah atau beberapa outlet semacam remote control. Smart Home merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang dirancang dengan bantuan komputer yang akan memberikan  kenyamanan, keamanan dan penghematan energi yang berlangsung secara otomatis sesuai dengan kendali pengguna dan terprogram melalui komputer pada gedung atau tempat tinggal kita. Pada penelitian ini NodeMCU ESP8266 diimplementasikan sebagai mikrokontroler pada sistem Smart Home berkonsep IoT. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan Telegram Messenger sebagai media input ataupun notifikasi pada sistem ini. Ketika memasukkan perintah pada Telegram Bot menggunakan botfather maka program akan diverifikasi. Jika verifikasi tidak berhasil maka sistem tidak merespon dan program akan berjalan kembali sesuai dengan input chatting pada botfather, jika verifikasi berhasil maka BOT akan merespon dan mengirimkan sinyal input ke mikrokontroler untuk di proses. Mikrokontroler yang telah di proses akan mengirimkan sinyal output (on/off) yang mana akan diteruskan ke komponen output (Lampu LED, Kipas Angin). Dengan menerapkan sistem Smart Home berkonsep IoT ini maka pengguna dapat memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Smart Home berkonsep IoT ini dapat mengontrol rumah jarak jauh dan hanya pengguna tertentu yang memiliki akses sehingga sistem ini aman.

Abstract

E-commerce pada pemasaran sangat berpengaruh pada sistem pemasaran yang efisien karena dalam hal ini pemasaran dalam sebuah media internet dapat membuat sebuah komunikasi maupun jaringan sosial di dalam konsumen yang ingin membeli produk yang hal ini dapat menciptakan suatu metode baru dalam sistem pemasaran pada konsumen yang tertarik pada produk. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan pada Toko Busana Tenun Jaya masih ditemukan permasalahan sistem penjualannya yang hanya menggunakan sistem konvensional. Dikatakan secara konvensional karena belum menggunakan fasilitas komunikasi secara efektif dan efisien dalam menjual barang, misalnya lewat telepon. Metode Waterfall adalah model klasik yang bersifat sistematis, berurutan dalam membangun software. Dari hasil yang saya peroleh dari penelitian tersebut sangat membantu pelanggan berbelanja agar tidak perlu repot-repot datang ke toko tersebut dan bisa berbelanja secara tidak langsung.
