Abstract

Peningkatan branding pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) saat ini menjadi hal yang penting dilakukan, karena citra merek secara visual merupakan hal yang menarik untuk diperhatikan oleh calon konsumen. Pada Desa Buncitan Kabupaten Sidoarjo terdapat beberapa UMKM yang berkembang, namun belum diimbangi dengan branding yang menarik. Sehingga organisasi di lingkungan Desa Buncitan berinisiatif untuk memberikan pendampingan pada beberapa UMKM tersebut. Agar anggota karang taruna dapat melakukan pendampingan secara optimal dibutuhkan pelatihan terkait dengan branding produk dan perencanaan media promosi yang tepat, sehingga dibuatlah pelatihan yang bertajuk Pemberdayaan Karang Taruna dalam upaya meningkatkan branding produk UMKM di Desa Buncitan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode yang dilakukan sebelum melakukan pelatihan adalah dengan observasi dan wawancara terkait kebutuhan karang taruna, melakukan sosialisasi kegiatan dan kesepakatan teknis pelaksanaan pelatihan. Adapun indikator keberhasilan dari pelatihan ini yaitu menambah wawasan terkait branding, pembuatan logo dan pembuatan media promosi pada media sosial secara sederhana. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah evaluasi pelatihan dalam pemahaman mengenai branding dan pembuatan logo, serta penggunaan aplikasi desain terkait, yang disebar melalui kuesioner kepada para peserta pelatihan. Hasil kesimpulan kuesioner menyebutkan bahwa pelatihan ini dapat menambah wawasan baru dan meningkatkan keterampilan/kreativitas dalam ilmu branding produk, yaitu pembuatan logo dan media promosi. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan para peserta terkait pemanfaatan aplikasi desain online.

Abstract

Pernikahaan merupakan sesuatu hal yang dilakukan setiap manusian untuk menghalalkan yang semula haram dilakukan bedasarkan ajaran Agama. Dengan adanya pernikahan maka akan terbentuk keluarga baru yang tentunya menjadi harmonis dan sejahtera. Maka untuk mewujudkan hal itu perlunya adanya persiapan pra menikah.Dalam pernikahan dibutuhkan persiapan baik mental, finansial dan pengetahuan tentang pernikahan. Maka perlulah adanya bimbingan pranikah sebelum melaksanakan pernikahan agar mengetahui kehidupan pernikahan kelak dan mempersiapkan diri untuk kehidupan rumah tangga nanti.Dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan metode kualitatf difkriptif yang mana peran peneliti mendiskripsikan strategi dan mpdel bimbingan bagi calon pengantin, adapun teknik penggalian data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan wawancara serta observasi secara langsung.langkah yang dilakukan adalah Tim akan bermitra dengan KUA Kecamatan Doko Kabupaten Blitar untuk melaksanakan program dari KUA tersebut dan dalam hal ini akan berkolaborasi dengan Prodi Hukum Keluarga Islam UNU Blitar untuk menindaklanjutinya.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan proses bimbingan pranikah di KUA Kecamatan Doko dilakukan melalui dua tahapan yaitu tahap pra pelaksanaan dan tahap pelaksanaan.Tahap pra pelaksanaan yaitu masing-masing calon pengantin harus memenuhi beberapa prosedur sebelum melaksanakan bimbingan pranikah.Pada tahap pelaksanaan materi yang disampaikan yaitu tentang UU perkawinan dan Fiqh munakahat, kesehatan, materi penyuluhan, dan materi upaya membentuk keluarga sakinah.Materi tersebut dilakukan dengan metode presentasi, tanya jawab dan tes.Bedasarkan hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa pengantin yang akan menikah mempunyai kesiapan yang matang untuk membina rumah tangga.Bedasarkan hasil surve kepuasan pelanggan menunjukan pengantin merasa terbantu dengan bantuan pendampingan ini.

Abstract

Fenomena perceraian merupakan isu yang terus meningkat meskipun pernikahan memiliki nilai sakral. Di Desa Sawentar, Kecamatan Kanigoro, peran pemerintah desa melalui Kepala Desa dan perangkatnya menjadi kunci dalam mencegah perceraian. Upaya preventif ini memanfaatkan budaya mediasi yang telah menjadi tradisi masyarakat setempat, sesuai dengan konsep ‘urf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran pemerintah desa dalam memfasilitasi mediasi rumah tangga yang bermasalah dan mencegah perceraian. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian lapangan, data diperoleh dari wawancara dengan pasangan yang mengalami konflik rumah tangga, perangkat desa, dan Kepala Desa. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa budaya mediasi berbasis ‘urf berkontribusi signifikan dalam mencegah perceraian dan membangun keharmonisan keluarga. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran pemerintah desa sebagai mediator dalam penguatan ketahanan keluarga melalui pendekatan berbasis nilai lokal.

Abstract

The success of a company in modern business fundamentally depends on how effectively it utilizes the performance of its Accounting Information System (AIS). This is because AIS serves as a critical foundation for managing the company's financial data. This study aims to determine the extent to which accounting understanding, information technology sophistication, training, and work experience influence AIS performance, with the effectiveness of AIS utilization acting as an intervening or mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach, using a sample of 25 employees from the finance unit at PT KAI (Persero) operational area 8 Surabaya. The data is analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The findings reveal that accounting understanding, training, and work experience have a positive and significant effect on AIS performance. However, the variable of information technology sophistication does not significantly affect AIS performance. Furthermore, the mediation effect analysis shows that the effectiveness of AIS utilization does not mediate the relationship between accounting understanding, information technology sophistication, training, and work experience on AIS performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an Accounting Information System (AIS) to manage cash receipts and disbursements at CV Azkha Mulya Jaya. This company struggles with cash management due to a manual system based on Microsoft Excel, which is prone to errors and delays in reporting. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance efficiency and accuracy in managing the company's cash flow. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which includes planning, analysis, design, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through interviews with finance staff, direct observations of operational processes, and analysis of supporting documents such as invoices, receipts, and financial reports. The findings indicate that the developed information system can automate the recording of cash receipts and disbursements, as well as the automatic generation of financial reports. The system features a user-friendly interface and capabilities for generating daily and monthly cash flow reports more quickly and accurately. Ultimately, this system aims to enable the company to monitor cash flow more efficiently, reduce human error, and improve financial transparency and accountability. This research highlights the importance of integrating technology into financial management for better operational performance.

Abstract

Polygamy is not done just for fun, but is done because of a certain cause or problem. From a fiqh perspective, polygamy is a hereditary tradition that has existed since ancient times. However, in this case, polygamy also cannot be carried out haphazardly by people who cannot treat their wives fairly in the future, both in terms of dhohir living and spiritual living and having the limit is only up to 4 wives. As mentioned in Surah An-Nisa Al-Quran (3 and 129). Furthermore, from a positive legal perspective, polygamy is a practice that is not specifically prohibited. However, in this case polygamy must also fulfill the conditions are quite strict, as explained in Article 3 of the Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974, including the conditions for carrying out polygamy, one of which is a wife who is sick or disabled. difficult to bear. treatment and infertility. And finally from the point of view Compilation of Islamic law, the requirements for polygamy are not much different from the requirements of fiqh and UUP. In doing this, the husband must be able to treat his wife fairly and have adequate financial capabilities.

Abstract

Kebo Balik Kandang marriage is said to be a mythical procession in the community where the bride is prohibited from marrying a man who lives in the same region as her biological father. This means that even though the bride comes from a village outside the region, if there is a track record of the bride’s village-born origin categorized as a Kebo Balik Kandang marriage type design, mythically it has a significant influence on the pattern of her family’s resilience. Family resilience means managing physical and non-physical resources and facing problems with the aim of achieving a quality family as a foundation in maintaining national resilience. Research in Bendo Village aims to examine the community’s views on kebo balik kandang marriages and how they maintain household resilience. The results show that the perpetrators of kebo balik kandang marriages face many challenges in their marriage journey. However, there is one family who managed to live a good marriage through mutual submission, love, care, good communication, and pleasant interaction. According to Islamic studies, their marriage is in accordance with sharia and there are no prohibited blood ties.

Abstract

The persistent issue of unrecorded marital status in population documents remains critical in many Indonesian villages, including Kebonagung Village, Blitar Regency. Observations reveal that over 90% of married couples in the village have not updated their marital status, impeding access to essential public services such as health insurance, social assistance, and school enrollment. This study adopts a micro-level, participatory qualitative approach—utilizing observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation—to explore the socio-cultural factors affecting administrative awareness. Findings indicate that legal illiteracy, the perception of administration as mere formality, limited outreach by village officials, and deeply rooted local customs are primary barriers to marriage registration. Despite the availability of service infrastructure and innovative programs like Salam Sak Jangkah and SAIDI (sedino dadi), these initiatives often fail due to inadequate community engagement and weak public communication. The study’s key contribution lies in highlighting that structural solutions alone are insufficient; effective strategies must integrate educational, cultural, and community-based dimensions. This research enriches the discourse on public administration and family law in rural contexts by emphasizing the role of local actors—religious leaders, officials, and citizens—in fostering legal awareness. However, the study is limited by its geographic focus on a single village and the underrepresentation of youth perspectives. Future research should adopt a comparative and mixed-methods approach to assess the broader applicability of community-driven interventions and measure their impact quantitatively.

Abstract

The understanding of kafaah in Javanese traditional marriages is an internalization of Islamic values ​​as an assimilation of Javanese customs. There is a Javanese traditional marriage process with various considerations, so the concept of kafaah can be used as an option for consideration that is humanistic and beneficial. In fact, the traditional understanding regarding proposals in Javanese customs is a form of local wisdom that becomes a habit, but also not a little too much, causing problems in the future. It is also something that should be realized together, that goodness should be seen and carried out from the consideration of religious aspects, which is expected to minimize disputes. This type of research uses library research, a series of research activities related to library data collection methods. The analysis includes data presentation and discussion is carried out qualitatively and conceptually. Data analysis must always be linked to the context and construct of the analysis. Departing from the legal basis of kafaah in Islam, the size of the concept of kafaah and efforts to integrate the proposal in Javanese customs are expected to create religious considerations and awareness of the proposal process. So that it can minimize problems that arise due to elements of habit that are too prioritized. Integration is one of the paths towards policy in determining potential life partners.
