Abstract

abstract: Department of Revenue is a provincial government agency engaged in the implementation of the collection of local taxes and levies. With a wide working area, the Department of Revenue has a working area with seconded by 38 Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) and 42 System Administration Manunggal Of One Roof (SAMSAT) spread in East Java. UPT and SAMSAT has the task to carry out some tasks in the Office of operational techniques local revenue collection, administration and services. asset management processa that has been happening is part of equipment trouble collecting goods data area are scattered in every unit and SAMSAT because officers maid still use the flashdrive as a medium to deliver data to the department that led to waiting for the required data and could cause delays to your reporting needs . Based on these problems, the authors make the application of web-based management area goods so as to reduce costs and shorten delivery time of data from flash and reports can be generated quickly

Abstract

 PT. Utomo Sentosa Surabaya adalah salah satu dealer  Honda yang berlokasi di  JL. diponegoro 237 Surabaya yang bergerak pada penjualan sepeda motor yang ditawarkan dari main dealer PT.Mitra Pinastika Mulia (MPM).Di bagian penjualan khususnya bagian sales merupakan bagian yang menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan perusahaan dalam segi banyaknya penjualan yang dilakukan. Permasalahan PT. Utomo Sentosa Surabaya pada proses bisnis saat ini adalah bagian penjualan mengalami kendala atas informasi persediaan barang digudang secara realtime, untuk saat ini bagian penjualan tidak bisa memastikan ketika ada transaksi penjualan akan dilakukan secara langsung atau lewat penjualan inden.Pencatatan laporan penjualan langsung dan inden dicatat dalam copynota penjualan yang sama,Laporan penjualan yang dibuat masih menghasilkan laporan pendapatan penjualan saja sehingga manajer tidak dapat mengambil keputusan pada permasalahan barang digudang yang sering habis.Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut,maka dibuatlah aplikasi penjualan yang terintegrasi antara bagian penjualan dan bagian gudang yang akan menghasilkan laporan tentang penjualan dan persediaan yang dapat membantu PT. Utomo Sentosa Surabaya untuk mengatasi peermasalhan tersebut. Aplikasi yang telah dibuat dapat menangani proses penjualan dan persediaan sepeda motor pada dealer.Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukandapat disimpulkan,bahwa aplikasi tersebut telah sesuai dengan hasil laporan yang diharapkan.Aplikasi tersebut dapat menghasilkan laporan penjualanlangsung maupun inden,laporan pendapatan penjualan,laporan persediaan dan laporan penjualan sales. Kata Kunci : penjualan, perusahaan dagang, aplikasi

Abstract

CV. Rahayu Sentosa established in 2012 and during the four years of existence, the company is engaged in the manufacture of customer orders emphasized on making the mold as well as some support work that is precision parts, construction and manufacturing. Starting from just a machine Cutting & Bending plate, now the company has grown and has several machines include CNC machining centers, EDM, turning, and milling.Problems on the CV. Rahayu Sentosa today is there are still some deficiencies in calculating the cost of production of the mold in any orders from consumers so they can not produce a definite price to determine the price of finished goods and how costs are used by the company in making the product. In determining the prices of goods produced, the process of determining the prices of goods are still based on estimates and view pricing of goods by companies engaged in the same field. Whereas goods produced by CV. Rahayu Sentosa are goods that are produced with the accuracy of modern machines and has a precision specifications and adequate quality. On the other hand in calculating the cost of production should be charged the cost of materials, labor costs and factory overhead costsThis resulted in the selling price charged to consumers are not in accordance with the price expected by the company. So that the company's profit in the year 2014-2015 experiencing instability with a decrease in profit of thirty per cent in the manufacturing mold. On the other hand, failure to achieve the company target due to the age of the firm of less than five years, requires the company to frequently hold exhibitions about the company's products outside of the city to be recognized by consumers. This has an impact on the mobility of the company to be able to do pricing quickly and precisely.                Based on these problems, the authors make the application of determining the cost of production by using web-based job order costing. Determining the cost of a web-based production can solve the problems on the company today among other things, determine the selling price of goods customers, facilitate the calculation of the cost of production of goods customers by engineering the company's current enterprise mobility is high, as well as enable customers to order goods with web-based applications.

Abstract

Abstrak: Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia atau yang disingkat KP-RI “Hidup” merupakan sebuah instansi badan usaha koperasi yang bergerak dalam bidang simpanan, pinjaman dan usaha jasa. Di dalam usaha simpan pinjam, KP-RI Hidup bergerak menghimpun dana simpanan dari setiap anggota dan menyalurkan kembali untuk anggota dalam bentuk bantuan pinjaman dana dengan beban angsuran yang mudah dan ringan. Pegawai negeri yang menjadi anggota KP-RI dapat mengajukan permohonan pinjaman melalui bendahara gajinya. Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu pegawai negeri sebagai anggota KP-RI hanya mengetahui pemotongan gaji untuk angsuran pinjamannya yang tercantum dalam slip gaji. Dari permasalahan yang ada maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi untuk mengelola aktifitas transaksi pelayanan transaksi simpan pinjam di KP-RI. Aplikasi yang dibuat memiliki basis sistem desktop yang dapat dipergunakan oleh KP-RI untuk melaksanakan pelayanan yang lebih baik dalam transaksi simpan dan pinjam, lebih dari itu aplikasi didukung dengan sistem pemberitahuan atau notifikasi SMS-gateway yang dapat memberikan pesan pemberitahuan ke anggota mengenai sisa pinjaman dan aktifitas pembayaran yang sudah diberikan ke KP-RI Hidup. Sistem informasi aplikasi yang dibangun tersebut diharapkan mampu memberikan dukungan efektifitas kerja koperasi, terutama dalam pelayanan transaksi simpanan dan pinjaman maupun melakukan pencatatan transaksi yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Simpan, Pinjam, Koperasi, SMS Gateway Abstract: Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia or abbreviated KP-RI "Life" is a cooperative agency business entity which is engaged in deposits, loans and business services. In the savings and loan business, KP-RI Life moves to collect deposits from each member and channeled back to members in the form of debt relief fund with a load of easy installments and light. Civil servants who are members of the KP-RI can apply for the loan through the treasurer salary. The problems that arise are public officials as members of the KP-RI only know a pay cut for installment loan listed in the salary slip. Of the existing problems then made an application for managing transaction activity in the savings and loan transaction services KP-RI. Applications are made to have a base desktop system that can be used by KP-RI to implement better service in the transaction savings and loans, more than that the application is supported by a notification system or notification SMS-gateway that can provide a notification message to the members of the remainder of the loan and activities that payment has been given to the KP-RI Life. Abstract

Clinic House of Healthy Living Center (H2LC) is a clinic Aesthetic & Anti Aging consistently apply the concept of healthy living by combining elements of beauty and health of the skin and body. Constraints faced H2LC Clinic is the start of record-keeping, duplication of card history data medical records of patients, health progress / results of treatment patients were still recorded on medical record cards, prescriptions that are difficult to read, and payments are still using hand-written memorandum.To overcome the above problems the development method used in Information Systems Web-Based Medical Record On H2LC Clinic Surabaya is to use the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall. Medical record system electronically application is beneficial not only administratively. But can be felt doctors and health workers is the ease in accessing patient information that ultimately helps in clinical needs.The results based on the implementation and evaluation of the banks have done the research was able to make Medical Record Information System Web-Based Clinical H2LC In Surabaya that produce information and manage the registration process assessment of the patient, record-keeping, and payments. Generate reports to consider the development of patient medical record information to be more easily and quickly.

Abstract

Balai Pengamatan Antariksa Dan Atmosfer Pasuruan is a non-ministerial government agency engaged in research. At this time the Balai Pengamatan Antariksa Dan Atmosfer Pasuruan ecretariat in its document processing is still using a manual system and stored in a separate place. his results in loss of documents or damage to documents, difficulty in searching for documents, and difficulty in knowing the status of borrowed documents and requires extensive space. To overcome the existing problems, the authors provide document processing application solutions that can later overcome the problem of document loss or document damage, can integrate between documents that are stored separately, help in determining the location of documents to be saved, assist in making loan records, assist in doing document retention. From the trial results show the document processing application can save documents in the form of softcopy and save them to the storage dropbox, can search for documents, can do retention scheduling, and can borrow digitally.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Mega Auto Finance (MAF) is a leasing company that provides credit service to purchase Yamaha motorcycle. The process of the credit services includes the customer’s credit in the form of address, phone number and so on that can change at any time, the loan application, approval of the loan application and loan repayment installments that are used as loan payments report for determining the list of delinquent consumers will be given on the collector. The company needs to perform data management in order to avoid delays in the process of credit approval, credit arrears report creation and reduce the time in search of data.The process of loan application data management must be done quickly to build applications motor credit records. This application is expected to be able to manage consumer data that can change at any time and reduce time in the loan approval process and recording payment of installments to facilitate the making of payments report. The payment report will be tailored to customer data so that the company can provide customer data accurately and arrears on the collector. Applications that have been made can manage customer data pencatatn, motors, credit application, credit approval and credit payments and generate reports loan payments and credit arrears so as to assist the company in improving the service. Keywords: Credit Application, Application, Data Management

Abstract

Abstract: Department of revenue and financial management is a place for a company or organization to perform licensing the installation of billboards . Each billboard that has been given permission and posted by the Department of revenue and financial management have a status update. The current system for status of the billboard still require operator assistance so that it allows for some error in update the status of any billboard. Researcher provide solutions for Department of revenue and financial management through the advertising monitoring applications. By using this application the Department of revenue and financial management can monitor and obtain reports on the condition or status of the current advertisement and also through reports generated by applications that can facilitate the process of the registration section, determination section and data collection section. Besides being able to display the status of each advertisement, the application can perform calculations automatically advertisement tax number and validation process that is used to help each section to perform the filter on taxpayers who are less worthy. The results of the evaluation applications for users who have been tested on 8 respondents indicate the number of respondents who say that this application is in accordance with the needs and wishes of users is equal to 92 % .

Abstract

PT Kasa Husada Wira Jatim is a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of various health purposes such as gauze, sanitary napkins, and cotton. Currently on the company there is no process of controlling the raw materials in particular so as to make the company often experience shortages of raw materials at the time will make the production process orders from customers. The above problems required an application of raw material inventory control using Economic Order Quantity to provide the quantity of raw materials must be purchased at a certain period for a minimum fee. And then calculate the Safety Stock to determine the amount of safety stock by comparing the use of raw materials which will then be searched for standard deviation value. The last step is to calculate Reorder Point to find out the value of re-ordering point of raw material at the company. Test result, design of raw material control application yield five reports. The resulting report is customer order report, raw material receipt report, raw material expenditure report, raw material inventory report, and production report. Of the five reports can be used as a reference company in controlling raw materials.Keywords: Application of raw material control, Economic Order Quantity, Safety Stock, Reorder Point.
