Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pendidikan karakter anak usia dini.Pelaksanaan penelitian bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganilisis berbagai literaturyang berkaitan dengan manajemen pendidikan karakter anak usia dini yang mana penelitianini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka. Studi pustaka dilakukandengan mengumpulkan data menggunakan dokumentasi dari buku dan karya ilmiah yangrelevan dengan menggunakan teknis analisis data, membaca, mencatat, dan mengelola bahanpenelitian kemudian menyimpulkannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, penerapan manajemenpendidikan karakter anak usia dini di lembaga pendidikan dimulai dari, pengorganisasian,pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi serta manajemen pendidikan karakter anak usia dini akan efektifjika terintegrasi dalam manajemen sekolah, khususnya manajemen berbasis sekolah.Meskipun peran keluarga sangat besar dalam pembentukan karakter, peran sekolah dalam halini guru harus lebih berperan dalam memberikan pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didikdalam berbagai kompetensi yang dibelajarkan agar tujuan pendidikan nasional dapat tercapaisecara maksimal.

Abstract

Local wisdom is an integral part of a community's cultural identity, passed down from generation to generation. These values ​​play an important role in maintaining social harmony and strengthening the spirituality and morality of individuals in society. This research aims to analyze the religious and social values ​​of local wisdom culture in Indonesia. Local wisdom is an integral part of a community's cultural identity, passed down from generation to generation. This research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. this research examines how these values ​​are manifested in a series of rituals and celebrations of Tabuik, and how they support character and moral education in society. Data collection through observation, interviews with traditional leaders, religious leaders, and cultural actors Tabuik, as well as analysis of related documents. All data was analyzed using the Milles & Huberman interactive thematic analysis model technique. The research results show that culture Tabuik not only commemorates historical events in Islam but also functions as a medium for Islamic education that teaches the values ​​of patience, sacrifice, and brotherhood. Social values ​​such as cooperation and deliberation are also at the core of this cultural practice, strengthening family ties and encouraging active community participation in cultural preservation. This research confirms the importance of culture Tabuik as a culture of local wisdom in maintaining the religious and social identity of society in the modern era.

Abstract

Early childhood cognitive development is a critical phase that requires appropriate stimulation to support logical thinking abilities and the use of basic concepts. Traditional games such as congklak have the potential to be an effective learning medium. This research aims to evaluate the influence of the conventional media game Congklak Geometric in improving the cognitive development of early childhood. This research uses the Research and Development method with the Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model, which is then tested in a learning process involving fifteen students as research subjects. All data was analysed using correlation analysis techniques with IBM SPSS 25 Software. The results of the analysis regarding the use of geometrically shaped congklak media products show the criteria i) material aspect, 87.50%, ii) cognitive aspect, 82.50%, iii) media aspect, 82.16% with a total average of 84.16%. Furthermore, the results of statistical analysis show that congklak media is proven to be able to stimulate the cognitive development of young children with a focus on geometric shapes in the learning process with a total average of 84.16%. The findings of this research indicate that the geometric congklak game can be integrated into the early childhood education curriculum as an effective strategy to support cognitive development.
