Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is entitled The Influence of Education and Training on Improving Human Resources in the South Sumatra Provincial Agriculture Office and aims to determine the influence of Education on Human Resource Improvement, Training on Human Resource Improvement and the Influence of Education and Training together on Human Resource Improvement. The methods used in this study are Basic Test (Normality Test), Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multicollinearity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), t Test and F Test (using SPSS tool version 22 for Windows). The data observed in this study is in the form of the influence of Education and Training on Human Resource Improvement. The results of the F test together between the Education variable (X1) and the Training variable (X2) on Human Resource Improvement can be seen that the significance value is 0.000 or the significance obtained is less than a = 0.05, then the hypothesis o (Ho) is rejected Alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, then it can be concluded that H3 simultaneously Education (X1) and Training (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Human Resource Improvement (Y). From the results of the determination coefficient, the Adjust R Square (R2) value was obtained which was 0.72.1 or 72.1%. This means that the contribution or contribution of Education (X1) and Training (X2) to the Increase of Human Resources (Y) is 72.1% and the remaining 27.9% is influenced by other factors that are not studied. Keywords: Education, Training and Human Resource Improvement. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Peningkatan Smber Daya Manusia Pada Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Sumatera selatan dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan terhadap Peningkatan SDM, Pelatihan terhadap Peningkatan SDM dan Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan secara bersama-sama terhadap Peningkatan SDM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Dasar (Uji Normalitas), Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2), Uji t dan Uji F (menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 22for Windows). Data yang diamati dalam penelitian ini berupa pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Peningkatan SDM. Hasil uji F secara bersama-sama antara variabel Pendidikan (X1) dan variabel Pelatihan (X2) terhadap Peningkatan SDM dapat dilihat bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000atau signifikansi yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari a = 0,05, maka hipotesis o (Ho) ditolak Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima,maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H3 secara simultan Pendidikan (X1) dan Pelatihan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peningkatan SDM (Y). Dari hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjust R Square (R2) yaitu sebesar 0,72,1atau 72,1%. Artinya kontribusi atau sumbangan Pendidikan (X1) dan Pelatihan (X2) terhadap Peningkatan SDM (Y) sebesar 72,1% dan sisanya 27,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata kunci: Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Peningkatan SDM.

Abstract

Local wisdom is an integral part of a community's cultural identity, passed down from generation to generation. These values ​​play an important role in maintaining social harmony and strengthening the spirituality and morality of individuals in society. This research aims to analyze the religious and social values ​​of local wisdom culture in Indonesia. Local wisdom is an integral part of a community's cultural identity, passed down from generation to generation. This research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. this research examines how these values ​​are manifested in a series of rituals and celebrations of Tabuik, and how they support character and moral education in society. Data collection through observation, interviews with traditional leaders, religious leaders, and cultural actors Tabuik, as well as analysis of related documents. All data was analyzed using the Milles & Huberman interactive thematic analysis model technique. The research results show that culture Tabuik not only commemorates historical events in Islam but also functions as a medium for Islamic education that teaches the values ​​of patience, sacrifice, and brotherhood. Social values ​​such as cooperation and deliberation are also at the core of this cultural practice, strengthening family ties and encouraging active community participation in cultural preservation. This research confirms the importance of culture Tabuik as a culture of local wisdom in maintaining the religious and social identity of society in the modern era.

Abstract

Asbabun nuzul is the process of the revelation of the Quran at certain times, the cause of its revelation was based on an event that occurred, or the revelation was caused by questions from the Arabs to the Prophet. This research discusses the benefits asbabun nuzul, the concept of education, as one of the story teaching methods applied by the Prophet. So the method used in this research uses library research methods which include book sources, journals and historical stories. The results of research studies on the relevance of the causes of the revelation and Islamic law can improve student learning outcomes effectively and build moral character and exemplary attitudes among students, accompanied by an analysis of the asbabun nuzul verses on education in Surah Al-Luqman verses 12-19 which contain them. Islamic faith and sharia education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan-permasalahan dalam program membaca dan menulis al-Qur'an. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terstruktur dengan subjek penelitian yaitu guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam program baca tulis al-Qur'an adalah pertama; kurangnya minat dari siswa itu sendiri, kedua; suasana kelas yang tidak kondusif, ketiga; tidak adanya rasa percaya diri siswa, dan keempat; pola asuh orang tua.

Abstract

It is highly expected that Bundo Kanduang will return to its proper role in carrying out its duties. Seeing the many problems that arise among teenagers, especially Minangkabau girls. This study aims to analyze the role of Bundo Kanduang in revitalization in accordance with the development of the times as we experience it today. This study examines the literature review sourced from various literatures, both books, journals, or published articles. The results of this literature finding the author will find Conclusions and Solutions about the revitalization of the role of Bundo Kanduang in the current era facing radicalism and extremism. The results of the analysis found that the role of Bundo Kanduang is adjusted to the 12th Contribution, in this Contribution found rules that are in accordance with the sharia and philosophy of Minangkabau. The implications of this study can be the beginning of the discovery of an analysis of the revitalization of the role of Bundo Kanduang in examining different problems and issues.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Dosen dan Mahasiswa STIT Syekh Burhanuddin Pariaman, yaitu kegitan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah Kajian subuh, tadarus Al-Qur’an, Rumah Tahsin dan Tahfidz, Senam sehat dan gotong royong. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran spiritual dan membangun kepedulian sosial degan mengajak masyaratkat untuk lebih mendalami ibadah selama bulan Ramadhan. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakn 27 Februari 2025. PKM ini berkolaborasi bersama Mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) STIT SB Pariaman di Nagari Lareh Nan Panjang Kampung Dama Kab. Padang Pariaman. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif dari aspek spiritual maupun sosial, tidak hanya memperkuat iman kita, tetapi juga memperkuat ikatan sosial dalam masyarakat. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat, kita dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih baik dan lebih peduli satu sama lain.

Abstract

Islamic education plays a very strategic role in various aspects of social life, especially in strengthening spirituality, shaping noble character, developing a culture rooted in Islamic values, and strengthening social and cultural cohesion in community life. This article comprehensively and thoroughly discusses how Islamic education is able to adapt and respond to social developments in society, as well as its role and contribution in preserving, supporting, and strengthening local cultural resilience. In this case, Islamic education is expected to be able to internalize Islamic values into the daily lives of society, thereby creating a more moral, inclusive, and characterful social order. This article was written using the qualitative method with content analysis. Data sources were taken from books, journals, and other sources. All data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman thematic technique. The results of the analysis show that Islamic education makes a real contribution in various aspects of life, including through the instillation of moral values.

Abstract

This study was motivated by learning activities using the independent curriculum related to P5 activities at a state elementary school in Indonesia. These activities are in line with the independent curriculum, in which all students and teachers are involved in carrying out P5 activities. This study aims to determine the time allocation for P5 activities, the themes chosen by students, and the benefits of P5 activities for students. The method used is qualitative with an ethnographic approach (study of culture and social behavior) in the school environment. The research data sources use primary and secondary data, namely the principal, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique used is data source triangulation. The results of this study show that P5 activities are carried out at the end of the semester after the completion of semester exams by determining activity themes such as traditional skills, culture, cooking, recreation, and others. Meanwhile, the benefits gained from these activities include many experiences for students in displaying their creativity and establishing relationships with one another.
