Abstract

APPLICATION OF PROJECT BASED LEARNING MODEL IN WRITING NEGOTIATION TEXT IN DEVELOPMENT OF WRITING SKILLS LECTUREAbstract.  This research is based on the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on negotiating text learning. Through this model, students are asked to work on negotiating video projects and write negotiating texts. This study aims to describe: (1) the development of Project Based Learning (PjBL) models in negotiating text learning, (2) the ability to make negotiating videos, and (3) the ability to write negotiating texts of fourth semester students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, FKIP, Pakuan University, Bogor. The ability of students to make videos is assessed based on the characteristics of the video as a learning medium. The videos collected were eight videos according to the group formed. Characteristics assessed in video media include: (1) message clarity, (2) content representation, (3) visualization with media, 4) uses a high quality resolution, (5) and can be used classically or individually. From the 8 student groups that have been formed, 6 of them chose and made a video negotiation with electronic topics with a percentage of 75% and 2 groups of students choose and make a video negotiation with automotive topics with a percentage of 25%. Students ability to write negotiating text has an average of 84.61 which falls into good category. From 26 students, 9 of them included in the excellent category with a percentage of 34.61%, 12 of them included in the good category with a percentage of 46.15%, and 5 of them included in the plenty category with a percentage of 19.24%. This shows the ability of students to write negotiating texts based on the negotiation videos they have made is good.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to explain the degree of satisfaction from school partner of internship program on students ability to arrange lesson plan and conduct it also the satisfaction from the school on internship program. This research is a descriptive study with survey method which conducted at schools partner for the internship odd semester 2015/2016 Faculty of Teachers Training and Educational Sciences, Pakuan Universities. There are 42 school partners for the intern program, 32 elementary schools, 5 junior high, 5 senior high, both in private and public school in Bogor. The survey result about school partnership satisfaction on students ability in conducting teaching learning process, especially in arranging lesson plan can be seen as satisfied (70%), very satisfied (20%), and fairly satisfied (10%). The satisfaction of intern partner on students in conducting teaching learning process are 85% says satisfied, 10% says very satisfied, and 5% says fairly satisfied. Satisfaction level on the intern management as seen by the teacher are 60% satisfied, 35% very satisfied, and 5% fairly satisfied, and there are no respondents claiming to have not satisfied.Keywords: intership, satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is based on student collaboration activities and the ability of students to develop ideas in writing advertising sentences. The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) How is the collaborative activity in learning Indonesian at Cibinong 3 Public Junior High School Bogor? (2) What is the result of the ability of students to develop ideas in writing advertising sentences in learning Indonesian at Cibinong 3 Public Junior High School Bogor? This study aims to describe: (1) collaborative activities on learning Indonesian at Bogor Cibinong 3 Junior High School (2) the results of students' ability to develop ideas in writing advertising sentences in Indonesian language learning at Bogor Cibinong 3 Junior High School. The method used in this research is the qualitative method. The results of this study in the form of collaborative activities on learning Indonesian at SMPN 3 Cibinong Bogor are as follows. a) identifying sentences of facts and opinions on products, b) giving ideas about sentences of facts and opinions, c) giving opportunities (taking turns, giving ideas about sentences of facts and opinions), d) discussing the answers of his group friends, e) utilizing time effectively, f) conveying ideas of facts and opinions in accordance with the product, and g) confirming the ideas of sentence facts and opinions recorded to group friends. The results of students' ability to develop ideas in writing ad sentences on learning Indonesian at Bogor Cibinong 3 Junior High School are good. This is based on data on the results of student skills, there are 32 data facts or correct sentences of 82.05% and 34 correct opinion sentence data or equal to 87.18%.Keywords: collaboration activities, advertising sentences, facts, opinions

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengertian, pemahaman, serta eksplorasi bentuk kelokalan budaya yang dipaparkan dalam beragam teks. Budaya dapat terlihat dalam sejumlah konsep, refresentasi prilaku manusia, dan dalam berbagai bentuk produk budaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik studi pustaka. Jenisjenis teks terdiri atas deskripsi, eksplanasi, eksposisi, dan prosedural. Keempat jenis tulisan tersebut merupakan objek kajian yang dilakukan secara acak. Hasil penelitian berupa ragam teks dengan mengacu pada data budaya di Kampung Budaya Sindangbarang kabupaten Bogor. Beragam teks dari 17 mahasiswa dibuat sebagai produk industri kreatif pembelajaran dalam perkuliahan. Pengembangan Keterampilan Menulis. Khusus analisis budaya lokal dipilih sepuluh teks, Pengembangan teks memuat budaya lokal dengan beragam genre teks. Teks deskripsi pada Kampung Budaya Sindangbarang. Permainan Egrang, Dampuh, dan Bakiak, dan permainan “Boy-boy-an” baik sebagai objek budaya atau filosofi nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya. Pada teks prosedur memuat Langkah-langkah melakukan teknik permainannya. Pada jenis teks eksposisi objek budaya itu dijabarkan sebagai sebuah konsep pemikiran yang argumentatif, seperti pelestarian Kampung Budaya. Sementara pada teks eksplanasi produk budaya tersebut lebih dilihat pada pemahaman konsep permainan

Abstract

Language is very close to human life because language is able to convey a message through spoken words, especially in song lyrics that have the same characteristics as poetry, this is certainly contains a diverse language style. This study aims to find out the use of language styles on song lyrics in a monochrome album of Tulus. Not only about that, this also aims to know the implications of using language styles in learning Indonesian in Senior high school. The writer uses qualitative descriptive method in this research techniques that refers to the theories of the experts. The research data used in conducting the research is to use excerpts the lyrics of song containing repetitive language styles such as simploke, chiasm, epizeukis and anaphora. Moreover, the data that has been collected will be analyzed and described. The result of the language styles analysis in the lyrics of the song are found 68 quotes, including simploke 13, chiasmus 39, epizeukis 6, and anafora 8. The results of this study can be used as teaching material innovation in Indonesian language learning in senior high school because the language styles materials are learned by the senior high school students. The use of repetitive language styles has an important connection to suppressing meaning, so students are able to express their message. However, from 10 songs on the monochrome album, it can be concluded that the song has more chiasm. Chiasm is a style of language in which there are two different words but it can have the same or different meaning.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media wall chart dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerpen siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 7 Bogor serta untuk mengetahui kendala siswa dalam menulis teks cerpen melalui penggunaan media wall chart. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes, angket, dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas IX-7 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IX-6 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Hipotesis pertama yaitu Penggunaan media wall chart dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks cerpen dapat teruji kebenarannya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil prates kelas eksperimen yang memeroleh nilai rata-rata kelas 60 berarti keterampilan siswa berada dalam kategori cukup mampu dalam menulis teks cerpen, sedangkan pada hasil posttest nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen meningkat jadi 82 dengan taraf mampu. Hasil perbandingan mean kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan rumus uji t, diperoleh data harga thitung=2,61 dan d.b=68 dengan t taraf dituliskan menjadi 1,67 2,61 2,39. hal tersebut menunjukan peningkatan yang signifikan pada kelas eksperimen. Hipotesis yang kedua yaitu, siswa mengalami kendala dalam menentukan ciri kebahasaan dalam teks cerpen bagian memuat kata-kata yang merujuk pada peristiwa yang dialami pelaku. Hasil angket menyatakan bahwa saat siswa menentukan ciri kebahasaan dalam teks cerpen bagian memuat kata-kata yang merujuk pada peristiwa yang dialami pelaku. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media wall chart dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks cerpen walaupun terdapat kendala dalam menulis teks cerpen. The results of the comparison of the mean class experiments with the control class by using the formula t test, obtained price data thitung = 2.61 and d. b = 68 with t level is rendered into a 1.67 2,61 2.39. it showed a significant increase in the classroom experiments. The second hypothesis, namely, students experiencing linguistic characteristics in defining the constraints in the short story section contains words that refer to events experienced by the perpetrator. The results of the now declares that linguistic traits determine the student's time in the text of the short story section contains words that refer to events experienced by the perpetrators. Thus, the use of media wall chart can improve writing skills text short stories though there were constraints in writing the text of the short story. Abstract

Attention to mental health is now increasing because it is very important in human life. Unfortunately, many people are less aware of or even underestimate mental health, even though mental health is as important as physical health. This is caused by a lack of understanding and knowledge about the importance of mental health. This condition can be experienced by anyone, including people in surrounding villages. The opportunities given by the village community for students to carry out community service activities motivate students to provide outreach about the importance of mental health. The method used in this activity is lecture and discussion using PowerPoint presentations regarding mental health material. This activity aims to increase public knowledge and understanding regarding mental health. It is hoped that the results of this socialization will make people more familiar with and understand the importance of mental health. With good understanding, people are expected to be able to live a balanced life with maintained physical and mental health

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah ( UMKM ) dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di kota Tanjungpinang. UMKM merupakan sektor dominan dalam struktur ekonomi daerah dan memliki kontribusi besar terhadap pencipta lapangan kerja serta peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Metode penilitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengukuran data melalui studi literatur dan analisis kebijakan pemerintah daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa UMKM di Tanjungpinang berperan signifikan dalam mendukukng pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui pengembangan usaha lokal, program bantuan modal, dan fasilitas ekspor. Pemerintah daerah juga aktif mendorong digitalisasi dan penguatan produk berbasis budaya lokal untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. UMKM memiliki potensi besar sebagai motor penggerak ekonomi daerah apabila di dukung dengan kebijakan yang tepat dan berkelanjutan.
