Abstract

Teachers are an significant element in the development of assessment instruments.   Assessing is, therefore,  one of the competencies that must be possessed by teachers  . The teacher's understanding of the assessment can be reflected in the assessment presentation on the Lesson Plans (RPP). This study examines the preparation of authentic assessment of the even semester Lesson Plan in the Indonesian language curriculum at five high   schools in Bogor. The applied method   in this research is qualitatively  descriptive research. The purpose of this study is to describe 1) the accuracy of the formulation of the problem with the basic competence and indicator, 2) the completeness of the assessment instrument, and 3) the selection of assessment type. The results showed that 90.9% BC or indicator evaluation instrument is made while  9.1% is not made. This causes the teacher  unable to know the level of students' understanding of the BC. Ninety percents  (90%) of instrument evaluation is less precise; while 10 % of the evaluation instrument is less precise,     less appropriate. Forty ( 40 %)  of evaluation instruments   are complete and 60% are  incomplete   (no scoring guidelines and answer keys). There are seven development forms of authentic assessment, namely performance appraisal, project appraisal, portfolio assessment, written assessment, attitude assessment, self-assessment, and product assessment. Here is an overview of the authentic assessment form used by teachers.   20% of all indicators are studied, in the form of performance appraisals, the type is the  oral practice . Meanwhile, 80% is a written assessment, in the form of multiple choice test and description (short field and essay). This shows that most teachers do not take advantage of other forms of authentic assessment. Keywords: authentic assessment, basic competencies, indicators.

Abstract

Pedagogy competency is teacher's ability to understanding of learners and learning management, from planning, implementing to evaluating. Pedagogical competencies to be improved in this activity is utilizing ICT for learning purposes. Technology-based learning media develops and enhances teachers' capabilities to fulfill their various roles and responsibilities related to becoming an educator. These technology-based learning media should provide teachers with wiggle room in the digital age to plan and provide interactive learning when participating in community or teacher work groups and practice in general with fellow educators. The target that has been achieved in community service activities in collaboration with Gugus Kecamatan Cijeruk in general is the increasing pedagogy of teachers in utilizing ICT for learning purposes. Specific targets that have been achieved in this activity include: (1) increasing teacher knowledge related to technology-based learning media, (2) increasing teacher technology literacy, (3) increasing the ability of teachers in making technology-based learning media. The method in this PkM, first establishing the target area and applying the appropriate permits for carrying out the activity to authorized institutions. Second, coordinating with Leader of Gugus Kecamatan Cijeruk and preparing training materials. The materials that have been provided, i.e. (1) introduction of technology literacy, (2) introduction and practice of basic ICT, dan (3) create learning media using ms. power point. In the training, methods the team uses are methods of lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and tasks.

Abstract

The pedagogical competence is the teacher's ability with regard to understanding of learners and the management of the debriefing from planning, executing to evaluating. This competence consists of the ability to develop a curriculum related to a capable subject. The problem identified is (1) a knowledge of the components in curriculum 2013's RPP; (2) the teacher's understanding of the saintifical approach and the scientific learning models; And (3) teachers' inadequate ability to create an RPP based curriculum 2013. The purpose of this PKM is increased development of RPP based on application of a saintifical approach based on curriculum 2013. The method in this PkM, first establishing the target area and applying the appropriate permits for carrying out the activity to authorized institutions. Second, coordinating with the head of SMP Binagreha Bogor and preparing training materials, the implementation of PPK, literacy, 4C, HOTS, scientific approaches, and scientific learning models. Third, training at SMP Binagreha Bogor. In the training, methods the team uses are methods of lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and tasks. The result of PkM in collaboration with SMP Binagreha Bogor in general is increased development of RPP based on application of a saintifical approach based on curriculum 2013. Specific targets that have been achieved in this activity is the increasing knowledge of PPK implementation, literacy, 4C, HOTS, scientific approaches, and scientific learning models in RPP

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari permasalahan rendahnya minat siswa dalam pembelajaran menulis paragraf argumentatif. Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk menggunakan suatu media pembelajaran yaitu media film pendek versi Eagle Awards. Dalam hal ini, apakah penggunaan media film pendek versi Eagle Awards efektif dalam pembelajaran menulis paragraf argumentatif di kelas eksperimen? Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang dipilih adalah eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan dua kelompok subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran film pendek versi Eagle Awards efektif dalam pembelajaran menulis paragraf argumentatif di kelas eksperimen.Kata Kunci: media film pendek versi Eagle Awards, paragraf argumentatif

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is based on student collaboration activities and the ability of students to develop ideas in writing advertising sentences. The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) How is the collaborative activity in learning Indonesian at Cibinong 3 Public Junior High School Bogor? (2) What is the result of the ability of students to develop ideas in writing advertising sentences in learning Indonesian at Cibinong 3 Public Junior High School Bogor? This study aims to describe: (1) collaborative activities on learning Indonesian at Bogor Cibinong 3 Junior High School (2) the results of students' ability to develop ideas in writing advertising sentences in Indonesian language learning at Bogor Cibinong 3 Junior High School. The method used in this research is the qualitative method. The results of this study in the form of collaborative activities on learning Indonesian at SMPN 3 Cibinong Bogor are as follows. a) identifying sentences of facts and opinions on products, b) giving ideas about sentences of facts and opinions, c) giving opportunities (taking turns, giving ideas about sentences of facts and opinions), d) discussing the answers of his group friends, e) utilizing time effectively, f) conveying ideas of facts and opinions in accordance with the product, and g) confirming the ideas of sentence facts and opinions recorded to group friends. The results of students' ability to develop ideas in writing ad sentences on learning Indonesian at Bogor Cibinong 3 Junior High School are good. This is based on data on the results of student skills, there are 32 data facts or correct sentences of 82.05% and 34 correct opinion sentence data or equal to 87.18%.Keywords: collaboration activities, advertising sentences, facts, opinions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of comic drawing media in improving the skills of writing folklore texts in VII grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Parung Kabupaten Bogor, and to find out the obstacles experienced by students in writing folklore texts. The method used in this research is experiment. Data collection techniques used were tests, non-tests in the form of observation, and questionnaires. The sampling technique is done by way of cluster ramdom sampling. The first hypothesis is the application of comic drawing media can improve the ability to write folklore texts can be tested for truth. This is evidenced by obtaining experimental class pretest data with an average 39,5. From these data it can be seen that the ability of students is in the level of being unable to write folklore texts. Meanwhile, the posttest results increased, The average value of the experimental class in writing folklore texts became 89.9 with a very capable level. This shows a very significant increase in the experimental class that is equal to 50.4. Therefore t0 is Bigger than tt 1,67 more than 2,78 more than 2,38. The second hypothesis is that the obstacles experienced by each student in writing folklore texts are proven true. Based on the results of the questionnaire, which states as much as 38% were experiencing obstacles when writing folklore texts. Then 44% were still experiencing obstacles in compiling the framework of folklore, in developing as a 47% folklore framework, then the obstacles in writing folklore texts through comic drawing media 38%, and the overall obstacle of teaching and learning activities 38%. Thus, the application of comic drawing media can improve writing skills of folklore texts in class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Parung Kabupaten Bogor. Although there are some obstacles in the process, in the end students are able to write folklore texts through the media of comic drawings.

Abstract

Gaya bahasa sindiran adalah salah satu jenis gaya bahasa yang digunakan seseorang untuk mengejek secara tidak langsung. Pada gaya bahasasindiran terdapat tiga jenis di dalamnya. Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai Gaya Bahasa Sindiran pada Lirik Lagu dalam Album Frekuensi Perangkap Tikus Volume Dua dan Implikasinya terhadap Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Fokus permasalahan ini adalah penggunaan gaya bahasa sindiran pada lirik lagu dalam album Frekuensi Perangkap Tikus Volume Dua dan subfokus penelitian ini adalah Implikasi gaya bahasa sindiran pada lirik lagu dalam album Frekuensi Perangkap Tikus Volume Dua terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan gaya bahasa sindiran pada lirik lagu dalam album Frekuensi Perangkap Tikus Volume Dua. Metode yang digunakan, yaitu yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif, artinya hasil penelitian akan dipaparkan berupa kata-kata dari beberapa temuan data yang telah diolah. Dari hasil analisis tersebut ditemukan 52 data, yang terdiri dari 4 sindiran jenis ironi, 11 sindiran jenis sarkasme, dan 37 sindiran jenis sinisme. Album Frekuensi Perangkap Tikus Volume Dua ini, dapat dijadikan bahan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bagi siswa di SMA

Abstract

Pendidikan di Indonesia dihadapkan dengan beragam persoalan yang ditimbulkan oleh berbagai macam perubahan, seperti perubahan teknologi, perubahan budaya, dan perubahan kurikulum. Salah satunya mengimbangi perubahan tersebut dengan mempersiapkan proses pembelajaran yang menyenangkan sesuai dengan minat dan bakat siswa dengan memberikan stimulus berupa media yang interaktif. Media mind maping dapat mempermudah peserta didik dalam memperoleh informasi penting teks biografi, sebab terdapat peta pikiran yang direncanakan sebelumnya. Untuk memberikan kesan menyenangkan dan interaktif, penulis mengembangkan mind maping ke dalam bentuk peta pintar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini berfokus pada peningkatan hasil siswa dalam mengidentifikasi informasi penting tokoh biografi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif yang disusun dalam waktu dua siklus di kelas X-D SMAN 10 Bogor. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, angket, dan tes keterampilan. Dari hasil penelitian penerapan media peta pintar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Pada siklus I, 13 siswa mendapatkan nilai di bawah KKM dan keseluruhan nilai rata-rata siswa di kelas X-D yaitu 73. Setelah melaksanakan siklus II tidak terdapat siswa yang memiliki nilai di bawah KKM dan keseluruhan nilai rata-rata siswa 88. Hal ini menjadi bukti bahwa media peta pintar efektif, dikuatkan dengan data hasil angket yang menunjukan bahwa rata-rata anak memberi skor 5 pada setiap pertanyaan

Abstract

This study aims to get an overview of the implementation of scaffolding in student language acquisition and describe student motivation in participating in language acquisition activities with the use of scaffolding. Through the application of scaffolding, language acquisition is obtained by learners. This study uses qualitative descriptive research design because this study presents research results based on facts that exist in everyday life as they are. Language acquisition for students on the words steel tank, gondola, scour, rivers, paddled; wings, tail, antennae, beak, muzzle, ankles, as per teacher-designed scaffolding. Of the six stages of scaffolding, five stages are carried out by teachers, the last stage is reflective of students and teachers only. For the level of motivation and intelligence starting from the highest percentage of motivation based on intelligence: students who are intelligent and motivated as much as 54%, students have average intelligence and motivated 19% who are intelligent and unmotivated, 12%; Smart and unmotivated students and average and unmotivated students, 2% each. This indicates that in general, the use of scaffolding affects student motivation in language learning with the help of other activities programmed by the school.
