Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of public relations in the marketing management of educator services at MA Almu'awwanah Pamulutan Ogan Ilir, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Primary data sources consist of vice-principals in public relations, school principals, and public relations staff. Secondary data sources are documentation and observation data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the role of public relations in the marketing management of educational services is, 1) participating in the implementation; 2) all parties communicate with each other and provide feedback; 3) evaluation is always carried out on each implementation of the marketing management of educational services through regular meetings. Factors that support the marketing management of educational services, namely 1) school achievement; 2) community interest; 3) supportive school leaders; and 4) strategic school location. Inhibiting factors, namely 1) lack of human resources; and 2) competition with other schools.

Abstract

Evaluasi hasil belajar merupakan salah satu mata rantai kegiatan yang harus mendapat perhatian guru dalam melakukan tugasnya sebagai pengelola program belajar-mengajar. Evaluasi hasil belajar bukan sekedar menilai seberapa besar hasil yang diperoleh siswa dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar-mengajar, akan tetapi evaluasi dapat juga digunakan untuk memperbaiki proses belajar-mengajar. Tegasnya evaluasi dapat dijadikan dasar untu memperbaiki pendidikan. Suatu pendapat mengatakan bahwa rancangan atau desain penelitian pada dasarnya merupakan keseluruhan proses pemikiran dan penentuan matang tentang hal-hal yang akan dilakukan terhadap kegiatan penelitian. Dan proses pemikiran dalam penelitian ini sangat ditentukan oleh tujuan penelitian itu sendiri, apabila suatu penelitian dapat diukur secara langsung dan dinilai dengan angka, maka penelitian itu dinamakan penelitian kuantitatif, sedangkan penelitian yang tidak dapat diukur atau dinilai dengan angka-angka disebut penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkkan bahwa evaluasi hasil belajar bahasa Arab dengan rata-rata 64, 02, standar deviasinya 8, 7 termasuk dalam kategori sedang/cukup dan mutu kegiatan belajar mengajar rata-rata 68, 9 standar deviasinya 8, 92 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi.Sesuai dengan hasil uji hipotesisi yang telah disajikan di atas, maka ditemukan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara hasil belajar terhadap peningkatan mutu KBM bidang studi bahasa Arab siswa kelas II MA NW Keruak dan hipotesisi alternatif yang ada pada bab III benar adanya.

Abstract

Pedak Village in Sulang District, Rembang Regency, is a village that produces the most agricultural commodities in the form of siwalan. This village is even nicknamed 1000 Bogor (siwalan). The siwalan tree produces sap that can be used as raw material for siwalan sugar. The community can produce 2,200 kg of siwalan sugar every day. The abundant production of siwalan sugar is still marketed conventionally by selling it to siwalan sugar collectors. However, collectors have not been able to accommodate all of the residents' siwalan production. In addition, the price of siwalan sugar sold to collectors is relatively low, IDR 18,000.00 per kg, even though the cost of siwalan sugar at the consumer level is IDR 27,000.00 - IDR 30,000.00 per kg. This relatively large price margin allows siwalan sugar artisans in Pedak Village to get optimal profits, so the Muria Kudus University Development Service Team took the initiative to introduce a marketing method for siwalan sugar so that the price margin sold by artisans and the price purchased by consumers is not too far apart. Artisans can also sell siwalan sugar products to a broader market segment. The proper marketing method for siwalan sugar is partnership marketing. This method is introduced to the community through the counseling of ideas. The marketing partner formed is the BUMD. This institution is expected to be able to accommodate siwalan sugar as a typical souvenir from Pedak Village, especially for the "1000 Bogor Tourism, Pedak Village". BUMD can also participate in UMKM product exhibitions organised by the government and the private sector
