Abstract

Technology that is increasingly developing in the modern era gives rise to various innovations provided by students, society and scientists with the aim of facilitating human life. The innovations that are present are expected to help human life in carrying out their daily lives. But unfortunately, innovations that facilitate human work are currently not so massive, especially in the field of population data. Manual data processing has been causing problems due to human error. Humans make a lot of mistakes in various circumstances. Data related to population administration, which is the process of submitting letters concerning population data in several areas, especially in Mantingan Village, is still carried out manually. In addition, when data is entered into the mail archive, the time required becomes longer and sometimes even lost and damaged during natural disasters such as landslides, earthquakes and floods. Residential document files that are manual in nature can be damaged and take a long time to re-register. The given problem initiated the author to propose a technology-based residence letter system. In this web-based online letter-making application, it is useful in supporting the making of residence documents with the main functionality, namely processing population administration applications more efficiently. The making of this web-based online mail program is the result of a collaboration between the Balekambang Jepara Polytechnic and the Mantingan Village Government, Tahunan District, District. Then this program became the theme proposed to participate in the Matching Fund program through the Kedaireka platform, namely the collaboration between the Balekambang Jepara Polytechnic and Dudi (Industrial World) namely Mitra, CV. Umbrella Corporation which batch 3 Matching Fund program in 2022.

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Nalumsari adalah kurangnya kemampuan menggunakan Microsoft Word akibat tidak adanya pembelajaran formal tentang aplikasi ini dalam kurikulum. Topik ini dipilih karena penguasaan keterampilan Microsoft Word penting untuk mendukung penulisan akademik dan kesiapan menghadapi dunia kerja. Tujuan pengabdian adalah meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam penggunaan Microsoft Word untuk mengelola dokumen dengan lebih efisien. Metode pelatihan mencakup lima sesi interaktif yang diikuti oleh 50 siswa, meliputi pengenalan fitur dasar hingga pengaturan format lanjutan dokumen ilmiah. Setiap sesi dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan demonstrasi dan praktik langsung menggunakan perangkat komputer. Untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang diberikan, panitia melakukan sesi tanya jawab di akhir setiap pertemuan. Evaluasi tambahan juga dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner kesan dan pesan guna mengetahui respon peserta terhadap metode pelatihan yang digunakan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa 95% peserta berhasil memahami materi dan 80% mampu menyelesaikan karya ilmiah sesuai standar yang diberikan. Pelatihan ini meningkatkan hardskill siswa dalam penguasaan Microsoft Word, yang berpotensi meningkatkan nilai ekonomis dan akademis. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan digital siswa secara signifikan dan memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan keterampilan berbasis teknologi di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi melalui sesi tanya jawab dan kuesioner, sebanyak 95% peserta berhasil memahami materi dan 80% mampu menyelesaikan karya ilmiah sesuai standar yang diberikan.

Abstract

One area that has great tourism potential is Jepara Regency. Jepara is known for its natural beauty, especially its stunning beaches with white sand. Currently, tourists tend to search for information via the internet. The availability of easily accessible information is an important factor influencing the number of visits. However, Teluk Awur Beach is still not optimal in terms of branding and promotion. Research on the Implementation of the Prototype Method in Creating a Tourism Destination Branding Website "Pantaitelukawur.Id" in Teluk Awur Village which aims to digitally brand Teluk Awur beach so that it can be more widely known and make it easier for tourists to find information. The prototype method was used in making this application with stages: (1) Communication, (2) Quick Plan, Modeling and Quick Design, (3) Construction of Prototype, (4) Development, Delivery and Feedback. This method has been proven to make it easier to create a destination branding website for Teluk Awur beach tourism. The prototype method can be used well in developing a destination branding website for Teluk Awur beach tourism. The Teluk Awur beach destination branding information system can display information that tourists are looking for, such as: tourist locations, manager contacts, tourist spots, culinary delights found at tourist attractions..

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether community participation, use of information technology, and apparatus competence have a positive effect on the accountability of village fund management and to examine the accountability of village fund management from a Sharia Accounting perspective. This research is a quantitative research where the population in this study was obtained from 15 villages with 75 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data was obtained by documentation and questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Community Participation, Use of Information Technology and Apparatus Competence each have a positive and significant effect on village fund management accountability. Accountability from an Islamic economic perspective will be realized if village officials are able to fulfill their obligations to convey their mandate and responsibility for what they have done to agencies or communities who have the right to accept that accountability.

Abstract

Jepara merupakan daerah di pesisir utara Jawa Tengah yang memiliki kekayaan budaya berupa seni ukir kayu dan kuliner tradisional yang berakar dari kearifan lokal. Meskipun kuliner tradisional Jepara memiliki potensi besar sebagai identitas budaya sekaligus penggerak ekonomi masyarakat melalui UMKM, upaya promosi masih menghadapi keterbatasan terutama pada aspek digital branding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang konsep website digital branding kuliner tradisional Jepara dengan menggunakan metode Scrum sebagai kerangka pengembangan sistem yang bersifat iteratif dan adaptif. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan pelaku UMKM kuliner tradisional untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar penjual telah memiliki akses teknologi dan internet, namun hanya sedikit yang memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana promosi dan transaksi. Hasil rancangan berupa flowchart, use case diagram, serta desain antarmuka berbasis Figma yang dikembangkan melalui tahapan Scrum (product backlog, sprint planning, dan sprint backlog). Rancangan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar implementasi website sebagai media promosi dan branding kuliner tradisional Jepara yang lebih modern, interaktif, dan berdaya saing.
