Abstract

Penelitian tentang maksimisasi keuntungan usahatani padi sawah bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya alokasi penggunaan input agar keuntungan maksimum dan mengetahui besarnya keuntungan maksimum yang diperoleh petani padi sawah dalam mengkombinasikan sumberdaya yang dimiliki. Penentuan responden dipilih dengan metode Sistematic Random Sampling. Jumlah sampel dengan pengambilan 20 % dari populasi sebanyak 196 petani, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 39 responden yang mengusahakan usahatani padi sawah. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Linear Programming. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan maksimum yang diperoleh petani padi sawah di Desa Limbo  Makmur dengan luas lahan sebesar 157 ha/Musim Tanam yaitu sebesar Rp. 1.447.704.000/Musim Tanam. Pengalokasian sumberdaya usahatani padi sawah untuk meningkatkan keuntungan adalah 6.520,21 HOK  tenaga kerja, 6.019,38 kg benih, 76.256,47 kg pupuk,16.313,87 gram pestisida bubuk, 189.780,03 ml pestisida cair dan Rp. 953.811.248,40 modal operasional, sedangkan luas lahan untuk setiap petani yang harus diusahakan yaitusebesar  4 ha/Musim Tanam yakni sebesarRp. 37.120.513/Musim Tanam. Pengalokasian sumberdaya usahatani padi sawah berdasarkan hasil penelitian untuk meningkatkan keuntungan setiap petani adalahTenaga Kerja sebesar167,18 HOK, rata-rata Benih sebanyak154,34 kg, Pupuk sebanyak 1.955,29 kg, Pestisida bubuk sebanyak 418,30 gram, pestisida cair sebanyak 4.866,15 ml dan Modal Operasional sebesar Rp  24.456.698,68.

Abstract

Service based smart city is very crucial to be examined because the features of service products are free and easier to use than traditional. The study aims to determine the difference in service quality based on smart city with conventional. The qualitative method using literature study was used in this study. The technique of data analysis uses content analysis method. Finding of this study are (1) service based on smart city has superior characteristics compared to conventional services, because it is more flexible, elastic, and responsive. Services based on smart city are better able to improve the public service quality, because it utilizes technology based on cloud computing to facilitate and accelerate the flow of information for decision making process. (2) Conventional service quality has different measurement indicators with service quality based on smart city. In conventional service, measurement services quality use the servqual model, while services quality based on smart city implement e-GovQual. (3) The challenge in implementing service based on smart city is the low penetration of ICT, especially in developing countries; fraud in the internet space; the disruption of individual privacy. Therefore, the partnership between public sector, private sector, and civil society is the best ways for the implementation of the service based on smart city. The limitation of this study only discusses the comparison of service quality of smart city and conventional.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan aparatur desa dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya tertib arsip di Desa Kenteng. Upaya meningkatkan keterampilan dan kesadaran aparat desa dalam mengelola arsip sesuai kaidah yang berlaku dilakukan melalui pendampingan teknis penataan arsip sesuai kaidah kearsipan di lingkungan pemerintahan. Hasil dari kegiatan masyarakat ini menunjukkan partisipasi peserta sangat tinggi dalam kegiatan webinar record management. Kegiatan webinar berkaitan dengan teknik penataan arsip. Kegiatan webinar dimaksudkan sebagai pengganti kegiatan sosialisasi secara langsung, karena masa pandemi COVID-19 mengharuskan segala bentuk kegiatan tatap muka dikurangi. Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan acara webinar. Setelah diberikan webinar, dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan teknis kearsipan dengan cara simulation video di lapangan tentang penataan kembali arsip sesuai klasifikasi yang ada, dengan tujuan agar aparatur desa tertib akan arsip. Selain itu, arsip yang dibutuhkan dapat mudah ditemukan kembali. Evaluasi kegiatan webinar dan pendampingan penataan arsip ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh aparatur desa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kemampuan dan kesadaran terhadap tertib arsip desa. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of village apparatus and raise awareness of the importance of orderly archives in Kenteng Village. Efforts to improve the skills and awareness of village officials in managing archives in accordance with applicable rules are carried out through technical assistance in the arrangement of archives in accordance with archival rules in the government environment. The results of this community activity showed very high participation of participants in record management webinar activities. Webinar activities related to archival structuring techniques. Webinar activities are intended as a substitute for direct socialization activities, as the COVID-19 pandemic requires all forms of face-to-face activities to be reduced. Therefore, devotional activities are carried out with webinar events. After being given a webinar, followed by archival technical assistance by means of simulation video in the field about the rearranging of archives according to existing classifications, with the aim of orderly village apparatus will archive. In addition, the required archives can be easily rediscovered. Evaluation of webinar activities and assistance in the arrangement of this archive shows that all village apparatus shows improvement in the ability and awareness of the orderly village archives.

Abstract

Lecturers must create innovative and engaging learning experiences that encourage students to actively participate in all aspects of the learning process so that student's academic performance can improve. This study tested the effectiveness of the blind system method assisted by 10astfingers learning media in improving students' performance and engagement. This study used a treatment-by-level design (T-LD). The subject of this study were 73 undergraduate students of business administration at Politeknik Balekambang Jepara. The data were collected through practicum tests and questionnaires. An independent sample test was used for data analysis This study showed that 10fastfingers learning media can improve students' cognitive and psychomotor performance. Thus, this medium is effective as a keyboard learning medium for improving student performance. The results of this study showed that 10fastfingers media were able to increase student participation in learning activities. Therefore, it can be concluded that use of 10fastfingers media can improve academic performance and student engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dynamic archive management carried out digitally by the work unit of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Semarang (UNNES). This study uses a qualitative descriptive with an interactive model. Data analysis starts from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research informants are employees who manage dynamic archives in the work unit of the Faculty of Economics, UNNES who were selected using the snowball sampling technique. The findings of this study explain that the process of organizing digital-based archives is still in the planning and testing stages. In structuring digital archives, there are three stages, namely filing, borrowing, and destroying archives. Although, the work unit of the Faculty of Economics, UNNES, has conducted trials of digital-based structuring, the archive file process still uses a manual system. Next, the archive lending stage, if there are borrowers from external parties, they must fill in the digital archive system menu. This is so that the status of the archive can be known easily whether the archive is available or still borrowed. The third stage is the destruction of the archive. The work unit of the Faculty of Economics has carried out the destruction according to a predetermined archive retention schedule. Thus, the development of digital-based archive arrangement is very much needed by the work unit so that the archive arrangement process can be more effective and efficient in providing services to the academic community, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic factors on the performance of the Sharia stock index in Indonesia and Malaysia during 2013-2018. The data source for this study is secondary. The data was collected using documentation and analysed using several linear regressions with the EVIEWS 8 program. The results of this study are that the exchange rate does not affect the performance of the Sharia stock index in Indonesia. In contrast, the exchange rate harms the performance of the Sharia stock index in Malaysia, meaning that the negative effect is supported when the currency depreciates, so that it will increase exports carried out by exporting companies. Inflation does not affect the performance of the Sharia stock index in Indonesia. However, in Malaysia, inflation positively affects the performance of the Sharia stock index, meaning that increasing inflation will increase the stock price index. Interest rates and production indexes do not affect the performance of the Sharia stock index in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the evolution of the role of al hisbah in the financial sector, especially the capital markets industry. Along with the times and the increasing complexity of today's government bureaucracy, the role of al hisbah has been formed differently in each country according to their respective needs. This research uses an exploratory qualitative method with secondary data. The research results show that the role of al hisbah is very complex, one of which is in the financial sector of the capital market to carry out supervision in order to protect investors from both external and internal risks. In this case, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) plays the role of al hisbah which coordinates with the National Sharia Council (DSN) to ensure transactions and activities in the Indonesian Islamic capital market are safe and healthy.

Abstract

Seiring bertambahnya usia, lansia dapat mengalami penurunan fungsi tubuh baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Penurunan fungsi tersebut dapat menjadikan lansia lebih rentan terhadap penyakit seperti penderita hipertensi dan Diabetes Melitus. Aktivitas fisik seperti senam hipertensi merupakan upaya yang dapat berperan dalam mengelola tekanan darah, meningkatkan kesehatan jantung serta berperan dalam relaksasi bagi lansia, selain itu, budaya literasi juga dapat membantu lansia dalam meningkatkan daya ingat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam kegiatan posyandu lansia dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3 Januari 2024 di gedung Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya dan diikuti oleh 50 lansia. Alat dan bahan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini antara lain tensimeter untuk mengukur tekanan darah serta menggunakan Point Care of Test (POCT) untuk mengukur glukosa darah. Pada kegiatan ini lansia diikuti dengan karakteristik 70% partisipan berjenis kelamin perempuan dengan 32% partisipan memiliki tekanan darah yang tinggi serta 10% partisipan memiliki kadar glukosa darah yang tinggi.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the influence of absorptive capability, innovative capability, and self-learning capability on the development of career skills of generation Z office/business administration graduates and prospective graduates in Indonesia. The study used a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional survey method to collect data from 100 respondents in Central Java. The respondents were graduates and prospective graduates of office/business administration. The analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the relationship between latent variables. The findings of the study suggest that the three primary variables (i.e., absorptive capability, innovative capability, and self-learning capability) exert a positive and significant influence on the development of career skills. Furthermore, it was determined that innovative capability and self-learning capability significantly mediate the relationship between absorptive capability and career skills. This study offers a theoretical contribution by expanding the application of dynamic capabilities theory to the realm of individual development. The practical implications of this study are twofold: first, it can serve as a foundational basis for the development of competency development strategies in graduate education and industry; and second, it can equip Generation Z with the relevant skills necessary for the future of work.

Abstract

Abstrak: Peran Persiapan Kompetitif dalam Keberhasilan LKS Bilingual Secretary di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang: Ditinjau Berdasarkan Aspek ManajemenPenelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis persiapan kompetitif dalam keberhasilan lks bilingual secretary di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang pada aspek manajemen. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persiapan kompetitif berdasarkan aspek manajemen mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakkan, dan pengawasan. (1) Tahap perencanaan guru telah mengikuti rapat MGMP dan mendapatkan undangan LKS, menentukan strategi, tujuan, waktu, dan sumber daya. (2) Tahap pengorganisasian memberikan informasi kepada siswa, berkas-berkas yang diperlukan, metode, kisi-kisi LKS, serta pengaturan tugas. (3) Tahap penggerakan melakukan seleksi, dan melatih siswa terpilih. (4) Tahap pengawasan dilakukan pengawasan terhadap jalannya pelatihan dan pemantauan kemajuan siswa setelah dilatih oleh guru. Aspek manajemen telah berjalan dengan baik hingga meraih kesuksesan dengan memenangkan LKS. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk menunjukan bahwa institusi pendidikan yang menerapkan aspek manajemen dalam persiapan kompetitif cenderung dapat berhasil atau menghasilkan peserta didik yang lebih siap untuk berkompetisi.Kata kunci: Persiapan; Aspek Manajemen; Lomba Kompetensi Ssiwa; Bilingual Secretary; SMKAbstract: The Role of Competitive Preparation in the Success of the Bilingual Secretary LKS at SMK Negeri 2 Semarang: A Management PerspectiveThe study aims to describe and analyze the competitive preparation contributing to the success of the LKS (Vocational Student Skills Competition) Bilingual Secretary competition at SMK Negeri 2 Semarang from a management perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The findings reveal that competitive preparation based on management aspects includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. (1) In the planning stage, teachers participated in MGMP (Subject Teacher Forum) meetings, received LKS invitations, and determined strategies, objectives, timelines, and resources. (2) In the organizing stage, information was provided to students along with required documents, methods, LKS guidelines, and task arrangements. (3) In the actuating stage, student selection and training were carried out. (4) In the controlling stage, supervision of the training process and monitoring of student progress were conducted after the training by the teachers. The management aspects were effectively implemented, leading to success in winning the LKS. Therefore, this study contributes by demonstrating that educational institutions applying management principles in competitive preparation are more likely to succeed and produce students who are better prepared to compete.Keywords: Preparation; Management Aspects; Student Competency Competition; Bilingual Secretary; Vocational High School
