The purpose of this community service activity is to transfer knowledge about the application and use of bioquaponic technology which is the integration of biofloc technology and hydroponic systems. The target of this community service activity is ornamental fish cultivators and the general public in Ciomas District, Bogor Regency. The activity was carried out in December 2021. The method of community service activities carried out was the lecture method, discussion and demonstration of direct practice in the field. The results of this community service activity in Ciomas Subdistrict, Bogor Regency, show that there is a transfer of knowledge regarding the integration of bioaquaponics, biofloc technology, hydroponic systems, fish disease management, business development and group dynamics as well as demonstrations of the application and use of bioaquaponics. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test conducted before and after community service, there was an increase in the capacity and capability of the representation of ornamental fish cultivators, which increased by 50 percent on average. The ornamental fish farming business actors who represent the cultivating community in this activity also get new networks to strengthen the collaboration of the ornamental fish cultivator community, business people and universities. Thus, the expected output of activities in community service in Ciomas District, Bogor Regency, namely (i) an increase in knowledge of ornamental fish farmers regarding the integration of aquaculture systems with biofloc technology and aquaponics systems, (ii) increasing the quality and quantity of ornamental fish production, and (iii) an increase in the network of ornamental fish cultivators in Ciomas District, Bogor Regency, can be achieved.

Abstract: Buying and selling land is an agreement where the party who owns the land, called the “seller”, promises and commits himself to handing over his rights to the land in question to another party, called the “buyer”. Based on Article 1457 of Civil Code (KUHPer), sale and purchase is an agreement in which one party binds himself to hand over an item and the other party to pay the promised price. Price can be interpreted as a legal means of certain payment in the form amount of money. In order for an agreement to be valid and binding on the parties, it must fulfill the conditions stipulated in Article 1320 BW, which are: agree by those who bind themselves; Capable of making the agreement, A certain thing, A lawful cause or cause. Reclamation comes from the word “reclamation”, which in English means renewing. Meanwhile, in terms of reclamation, it is a form of effort to expand land or create land that can be utilized, it is of course. Reclamation, which is a process of restoring land and is carried out by opening up new land in coastal areas, has many concepts applied by various countries in the world to utilize coastal areas. The goal of reclamation is to create new land for housing, agriculture, and industry. The reclamation land is most often found in coastal cities to increase housing capacity and build ports.

Kerusakan lingkungan hidup dan hilangnya keanekaragaman hayati (biodiversitas) merupakan tantangan global yang mendesak dan saling terkait. Deforestasi, degradasi lahan, dan perubahan iklim telah membawa dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap ekosistem, kesejahteraan manusia, dan keberlanjutan pembangunan. Di kabuapten Bima, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat hampi memiliki lahan kritis, ini disebabkan oleh Alih fungsi hutan menjadi lahan pertanian, terutama untuk tanaman jagung di wilayah perbukitan dan pegunungan sudah sangat parah, termasuk di Desa Kuta, Kecamatan Parado Kabupaten Bima. Pada Februari 2025, WALHI menyebutkan bahwa sekitar 75% dari 250 ribu hektar kawasan hutan di Bima mengalami kerusakan, dan alih fungsi lahan menjadi penyebab utamanya. Metode pengabdian masyarakat, dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai April di Desa Kuta, Kecamatan Parado. Dengan tahapan identifkasi masalah, sosialisasi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan pendampingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat yang efektif, melalui pelibatan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pemeliharaan, secara signifikan meningkatkan tingkat keberhasilan reboisasi dan menumbuhkan rasa kepemilikan yang berkelanjutan.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk media e-komik berbasis website canva sebagai salah satu sumber belajar untuk materi sistem komputer kelas X dan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemenarikan, kepraktisan dan efektifitas pengembangan media e-komik berbasis website canva. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research And Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap pengembangan. Lokasi penyebaran angket peserta didik dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Belitang Jaya dengan 20 sampel peserta didik kelas X. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kriteria kelayakan produk melalui ahli materi dan ahli media mendapatkan nilai sebesar 85,5% kategori “sangat layak”, kriteria kepraktisan melalui ahli praktisi mendapatkan hasil sebesar 86% kategori “sangat praktis”, serta kriteria kemenarikan respon peserta didik dinyatakan sangat menarik dengan penilaian sebesar 93,5%.

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi pemantauan suhu ruang server jaringan hostpot berbasis NodeMCU menggunakan platform IoT Thingspeak. NodeMCU, mikrokontroler berbasis ESP8266, digunakan sebagai perangkat pemantau suhu yang terhubung ke sensor suhu digital. Data suhu yang dikumpulkan oleh NodeMCU dikirim ke platform Thingspeak melalui koneksi Wi-Fi untuk pemantauan jarak jauh.Pada sisi Thingspeak, data suhu disajikan dalam bentuk grafik waktu nyata, memungkinkan pengguna untuk memantau fluktuasi suhu ruang server secara efisien. Selain itu, Thingspeak menyediakan notifikasi otomatis melalui email atau pesan teks jika suhu mencapai ambang batas yang ditentukan. Keuntungan sistem ini termasuk kemudahan implementasi, biaya rendah, dan aksesibilitas pemantauan suhu secara real-time melalui platform web. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan kehandalan dan responsibilitas sistem pemantauan suhu ini, memberikan solusi yang efektif untuk menjaga kondisi suhu optimal dalam ruang server dan mencegah potensi overheating. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan simulasi pada Wokwi untuk mengimplementasikan dan mengevaluasi sistem pemantauan suhu ruang server berbasis NodeMCU dengan Thingspeak. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar untuk pengembangan sistem pemantauan suhu yang lebih kompleks dalam konteks manajemen dan pemeliharaan infrastruktur IT. NodeMCU ESP8266 akan mengirim data pembacaan suhu dari sensor DHT11 ke server platform IOT Thingspeak secara real time, apabila NodeMCU ESP8266 terhubung ke jaringan wifi yang memiliki data internet. Dari hasil pengujian memiliki Rata-Rata penyimpangan selisih 0,6 °C dari 5 sampel pengujiandan memiliki Rata-Rata presentase Error 0,0134 % dari 5 sampel pengujian
