Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam sistem komunikasi digital, salah satu manfaat teknik pengkodean adalah sebagai efisiensi bandwidth. Pada kanal komunikasi, adanya noise akan mengganggu dan  menurunkan kinerja sistem komunikasi digital. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan pendeteksian sinyal pembawa, yang mengakibatkan terjadi perubahan bit atau simbol pada sisi penerima. Untuk mengurangi kesalahan deteksi, maka dibutuhkan suatu mekanisme sinkronisasi carrier di sisi penerima untuk mendapatkan data yang serupa dengan data yang dikirim. Simulasi sinkronisasi carrier pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode carrier phase recovery pada modulasi digital M-PSK dan M-QAM dengan level modulasi 4 sampai dengan 32, menggunakan software Matlab versi 7.9. Hasil pengujian sistem yang telah dilakukan pada Eb/No dengan rentang 0 hingga 30 dB menunjukkan, adanya peningkatan kinerja sistem pada modulasi M-PSK dari 0,01352 sampai dengan 0,8546, dan pada modulasi M-QAM dari 0,0256  sampai dengan 0,7867.Kata Kunci: M-PSK, M-QAM, Kanal AWGN, BER, Eb/No, Phase RecoveryABSTRACTThe digital communication systems, one of the benefits coding techniques are as bandwidth efficiency. The communication channel, the presence of noise will disrupt and degrade the performance of digital communication systems. This leads to error detection of the carrier, resulting in a change of bits or symbols at the receiver side. To reduce the detection error, there is a need carrier synchronization at the receiver side to obtain similar data with the data sent. Simulation of carrier synchronization in this study using the carrier phase recovery method in digital modulation M-PSK and M-QAM modulation with levels 4 to 32, using Matlab software version 7.9. The results of system testing has been done on the Eb / No ranging from 0 to 30 dB shows, an increase in the performance of the system on the M-PSK modulation from 0.01352 to 0.8546, and the M-QAM modulation from 0.0256 to 0 , 7867. Keywords: M-PSK, M-QAM, AWGN Channel, BER, Eb/No, Phase Recovery

Abstract

ABSTRAKVoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) adalah komunikasi suara jarak jauh yang digunakan melalui jaringan IP. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sistem IP PBX dengan menggunakan teknologi berbasis VoIP. IP PBX adalah perangkat switching komunikasi telepon dan data berbasis teknologi Internet Protocol (IP) yang mengendalikan ekstension telepon analog maupun ekstension IP Phone. Software VirtualBox digunakan dengan tujuan agar lebih memudahkan dalam sistem pengoperasian Linux yang dimana program untuk membuat IP PBX adalah menggunakan Briker yang bekerja pada Operating System Linux 2.6. Setelah proses penginstalan Briker pada Virtualbox dilakukan implementasi jaringan IP PBX. Setelah mengimplementasikan jaringan IP PBX sesuai dengan topologi, kemudian melakukan pengujian success call rate dan analisis Quality of Service (QoS). Pengukuran QoS menggunakan parameter jitter, delay, dan packet loss yang dihasilkan dalam sistem IP PBX ini. Nilai jitter sesama user Briker (baik pada smartphone maupun komputer) mempunyai rata-rata berada pada nilai 16,77 ms. Sedangkan nilai packetloss yang didapat pada saat terdapat pada saat user 1 sebagai pemanggil telepon adalah 0%. Sedangkan persentase packet loss pada saat user 1 sebagai penerima telepon adalah 0,01%. Nilai delay pada saat berkomunikasi antar user berada pada 11,75 ms. Secara keseluruhan nilai yang didapatkan melalui penelitian ini, dimana hasil pengujian parameter-parameter QOS sesuai dengan standar yang telah direkomendasikan oleh ITU dan didapatkan nilai QoS dengan hasil “baik”.Kata Kunci: Briker, VoIP, QoS, IP PBX, Smartphone.ABSTRACTVoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is a long-distance voice communications over IP networks are used. In this study, IP PBX systems designed using VoIP -based technologies. IP PBX is a telephone switching device and data communication technology-based Internet Protocol (IP) which controls the analog phone extensions and IP Phone extensions. VirtualBox software is used in order to make it easier for the Linux operating system to create a program which is using briker IP PBX that works on Linux 2.6 Operating System. After the installation process is done briker on Virtualbox IP PBX network implementation. After implementing the IP PBX network according to the topology, and then do a test call success rate and analysis of Quality of Service (QoS). Measurement of QoS parameters using jitter, delay, and packet loss resulting in the IP PBX system. Jitter value briker fellow users (either on a smartphone or computer) has been on the average value of 16.77 ms. While the values obtained packetloss when there is 1 user when a phone caller is 0%. While the percentage of packet loss at user 1 as a telephone receiver is 0.01%. Delay value when communicating between users located at 11.75 ms. Overall value obtained through this study , where the results of testing the QOS parameters in accordance with the standards recommended by the ITU and the QoS values obtained with the results "good".Keywords: Briker, VoIP, QoS, IP PBX, Smartphone.

Abstract

ABSTRAKOSPF (Open Shortest Path First) adalah suatu routing protokol bersifat terbuka dan didukung oleh berbagai perangkat network. IPv4 telah mencapai batas maksimum dalam jumlah alamat sehingga IPv6 merupakan solusi dalam hal tersebut. Seperti IPv4, IPv6 juga sudah mulai diimplementasikan untuk routing protokol OSPF, oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini akan dirancang suatu routing protokol OSPF IPv6 dan sebagai bahan perbandingan akan dibandingkan dengan OSPF IPv4. Software Cisco Packet Tracer 5.3 digunakan untuk mensimulasikan perancangan jaringan yang dibuat. Pada penelitian ini akan dibandingkan 2 buah jaringan berbasis routing protokol OSPF, yaitu OSPF untuk IPv4 dan IPv6. Skenario pertama dilakukan 100 kali dalam 5 kasus untuk mengetahui nilai delay OSPF IPv4 dan OSPF IPv6. Skenario kedua dilakukan pemutusan link dilakukan sebanyak 30 kali, hal yang dilihat dari pengujian ini adalah hasil trace route dari cost yang ada. Skenario ketiga dilakukan dengan mengamati waktu konvergensi dari OSPF IPv4 dan IPv6. Secara keseluruhan nilai delay OSPF IPv6 lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan OSPF IPv4 sebesar 3-6%, Trace route dan nilai cost pada OSPF IPv6 dan OSPF IPv4 sama tetapi nilai delay OSPF IPv6 lebih kecil sebesar 3-6% dan waktu konvergensi OSPF IPv4 bernilai sama dengan OSPF IPv6 yaitu 10 detik.Kata kunci: OSPF, IPv4, Ipv6, delay, konvergensiABSTRACTOSPF (Open Shortest Path First) is a routing protocol that opened and supported by a wide range of network devices. IPv4 has reached the maximum limit on the number of addresses that IPv6 are a solution in this case. Same as IPv4, IPv6 also has begun to be implemented for the OSPF routing protocol, therefore this study wiould design an IPv6 OSPF routing protocol and as a comparison will be compared to IPv4 OSPF. Cisco Packet Tracer 5.3 software was used to simulate the made network design. This research would compare two pieces of network-based routing protocol OSPF, OSPF for IPv4 and IPv6. The first scenario was done 100 times in of 5 cases to determine the value of delay OSPF OSPF IPv4 and IPv6. The second scenario was carried out link terminations 30 times, it was seen from the tests was the result of trace route from the existing cost. The third scenario was done by observed at the convergence time of OSPF IPv4 and IPv6. The overall delay value OSPF IPv6 better than IPv4 OSPF by 3-6%, the trace route and the OSPF cost value of IPv6 and IPv4 OSPF were same but delay OSPF IPv6 was better 3-6% and convergence time was the same as IPv4 OSPF OSPF IPv6 as 10 seconds.Keywords: OSPF, IPv4, IPv6, delay, convergence

Abstract

ABSTRAKTeknologi komunikasi wireless semakin pesat mengalami perkembangan. WiMAX  merupakan suatu teknologi broadband yang didukung oleh standar IEEE 802.16d (802.16-2004) yang mampu memberikan layanan data berkecepatan tinggi hingga 75 Mbps dalam radius maksimal 40-50 km pada bandwidth 20 MHz. Alokasi frekuensi yang dipakai Indonesia untuk jaringan WiMAX  ini ialah 3,3 – 3,4 GHz. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan proses pengukuran kinerja perangkat radio WiMAX  yaitu HiMax 331-SS. Proses pengukuran dilakukan antara CPE dan base station dengan antenna sektoral 1200 pada ketinggian 45 m. Lokasi pengukuran dilakukan di beberapa area kota Bandung yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Hasil pengukuran memperlihatkan nilai CINR tertinggi adalah 31 dB dengan modulasi 64 QAM – ¾ dan terendah nilai 10 dB dengan modulasi BPSK 1/2. Nilai RSSI tertinggi -54 dBm berada dan nilai RSSI terendah -89 dBm. Nilai throughput tertinggi untuk layanan streaming video sebesar  1000,8 kbps (downlink) dengan modulasi 64 QAM – ¾. Nilai delay terendah sebesar 56,247 ms pada kondisi LOS dan tertinggi sebesar 139,5 ms pada kondisi NLOS. Nilai terbesar packet loss sebesar 20% yaitu pada lokasi pengukuran terjauh 14,3 km.Kata Kunci: delay, packet loss, RSSI, CINR, throughput, CPE, WiMAX . ABSTRACTWireless communication technologies have evolved more rapidly. WiMAX  is a broadband technology that is supported by the IEEE standard 802.16-2004/d which is able to provide high speed data services of up to 75 Mbps within a radius of 40-50 km at a maximum bandwidth of 20 MHz. Indonesia frequency allocation used for the WiMAX  network is 3.3 to 3.4 GHz. This study was conducted with the performance measurement process that is Himax 331 WiMAX  radio - SS. Process measurement is made between the CPE and base station sector antennas at a height of 45 m in 1200. Locations measurements performed in several areas of Bandung predetermined. The measurement results show the highest CINR value is 31 dB with 64 QAM modulation - ¾ and the lowest value of 10 dB with BPSK modulation half. The highest RSSI value of -54 dBm being the lowest and -89 dBm RSSI value. The highest throughput for streaming video services by 1000.8 kbps ( downlink ) with 64 QAM modulation - ¾. The lowest value was 56.247 ms delay in LOS conditions and the highest was 139.5 ms in NLOS conditions. The greatest value by 20 % packet loss is the farthest measurement locations 14.3 km.Keywords: delay, packet loss, RSSI, CINR, throughput, CPE, WiMAX .

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkembangan dalam dunia telekomunikasi nirkabel terutama spektrum frekuensi adalah hal yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian penting. Spektrum frekuensi merupakan sumber daya yang terbatas, penggunaannya harus dilakukan secara efisien dan se-maksimal mungkin. Penelitian ini membahas teknik spectrum sensing pada radio kognitif untuk menghadapi masalah keterbatasan penggunaan spektrum frekuensi. Radio kognitif merupakan sistem radio cerdas yang bisa mengatur parameternya seperti frekuensi kerja, daya pancar, dan skema modulasi secara optimal dalam melakukan proses komunikasi. Spectrum sensing merupakan teknik untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan spektrum frekuensi. Penelitian ini membandingkan kinerja metode cyclostationary feature detection dan metode energy detection pada teknik spectrum sensing menggunakan software matlab sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja cyclostationary feature detection untuk nilai Pd = 0,85 lebih handal sebesar 0,2 untuk fungsi probability of false dan lebih handal sebesar 2 dB untuk fungsi signal to noise ratio daripada energy detection.Kata kunci: radio kognitif, spectrum sensing, cyclostationary feature detection, energy detection, probability of false alarm. ABSTRACTDevelopments in the world of wireless telecommunications specially frequency spectrum is an important thing to get attention. Frequency spectrum is afinite resource, its use must be efficiently and as maximum as possible. This study discuss the technique of spectrum sensing in cognitive radio to faces the problem using restrictiveness of frequency spectrum. Cognitive radio is a smart radio system that can adjust its parameters like work frequency, emission power, and modulation scheme are optimal in the communication process. Spectrum sensing is a technique to maximize the use of the frequency spectrum. This study compared performance of cyclostationary feature detection methodh with energy detection methodh in spectrum sensing technique using matlab software so ascertainable that cyclostationary feature detection performance for Pd value 0,85 better about 0,2 for probability of false alarm function and better about 2 dB for signal to noise ratio function than energy detection.Keywords:  cognitif radio, spectrum sensing, cyclostationary feature detection, energy detection, probability of false alarm.

Abstract

The third mission of a university is a community service. Based on this mission, this paper presents the activity of community service. The activity was training for senior high school students and teachers. The subjects of the training are actuators, IoT, and IP address. These components or subsystems are very important basic industrial instrumentation for further automation. These subsystems are very correlated with each other. Some actuators are electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic types. There are many applications of IoT and IP addresses, such as smart grids and communications.

Abstract

Recently, the availability of bananas in supermarkets has been relatively abundant. However, most buyers experience problems categorizing the type and level of ripeness of bananas, so the level of purchases of this fruit decreases. This study implements a system that can automatically classify bananas based on type and level of ripeness so that buyers can choose them based on their needs. In this study, the proposed system could classify the types and degrees of banana ripeness using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) where the system was implemented in real-time using the hardware of the Jetson Nano as a processing unit and a camera system as a sensor. The methodology adopted in this research involves implementing CNN architectures, i.e., ResNet-18 and ResNet-50, under various conditions. The training phase comprises 60 epochs, while testing considers illumination parameters from LED lights with power of 6 watts, 12 watts, and 22 watts under distances ranging from 10 to 100 cm. The results show that the system could classify the type and level of ripeness of bananas in real-time with an accuracy of 93% that is achieved using the 22-watt power for all type and ripeness levels.
