Abstract

Penelitian asosiasi merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel tanpa menyimpulkan sebab-akibat. Makalah ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai metodologi penelitian asosiasi, mulai dari konsep dasar, rumusan masalah, hingga teknik analisis data yang relevan. Fokus utama adalah memahami hubungan antar variabel yang dapat bersifat simetris, kausal, atau interaktif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan mencakup korelasi Pearson, regresi linier, dan analisis jalur, disesuaikan dengan jenis data dan tujuan penelitian. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi mahasiswa, dosen, atau peneliti dalam mengaplikasikan metodologi ini di berbagai bidang ilmu sosial, sehingga hasil yang diperoleh dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data.

Abstract

Penelitian merupakan proses sistematis yang melibatkan pengumpulan data untuk memahami, menganalisis, dan menyelesaikan permasalahan tertentu. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan validitas dan reliabilitas hasil penelitian. Makalah ini membahas secara mendalam berbagai teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dalam pendekatan kuantitatif, instrumen seperti tes dan angket dijelaskan sebagai alat pengukur yang terstandar dan akurat untuk menghasilkan data numerik. Sementara itu, dalam pendekatan kualitatif, wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen dibahas sebagai metode fleksibel untuk menggali pemahaman mendalam terhadap fenomena yang dikaji. Pemilihan teknik dan instrumen yang tepat tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas data tetapi juga mendukung keberhasilan penelitian secara keseluruhan. Research is a systematic process that involves collecting data to understand, analyze, and solve a particular problem. Data collection techniques and instruments play a vital role in ensuring the validity and reliability of research results. This paper discusses in depth various data collection techniques and instruments used in quantitative and qualitative approaches. In quantitative approaches, instruments such as tests and questionnaires are described as standardized and accurate measuring tools to produce numerical data. Meanwhile, in qualitative approaches, in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis are discussed as flexible methods to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon being studied. The selection of appropriate techniques and instruments not only improves the quality of data but also supports the overall success of the research.

Abstract

Quasi-experimental research is a research method used to measure the effect of a particular treatment on a variable without using full subject randomization. This method is often used in situations where full control of external variables is difficult, such as in educational, social, or health settings. Quasi-experimental research designs involve a treatment group and a control group, but the subjects in both groups are not selected randomly. There are several types of designs in quasi-experiments, such as nonequivalent control group design, time series design, and pretest-posttest design. The main advantage of quasi-experiments is their flexibility in real-world situations, allowing researchers to test causal relationships in a more natural environment. However, this method has the disadvantage of potential threats to internal validity, such as selection bias and the influence of external variables. Therefore, data analysis in quasi-experiments requires special attention to control these factors, such as the use of analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) or other statistical methods. Quasi-experimental research is very relevant in developing policies or interventions that can be practically implemented in society. With a good design, this method is able to produce valid and useful findings for evidence-based decision making.

Abstract

Penelitian merupakan proses sistematis yang bertujuan menjawab permasalahan yang diajukan melalui pengumpulan data dan analisis ilmiah. Salah satu elemen utama dalam penelitian adalah rumusan masalah yang berperan sebagai dasar dalam merancang tujuan penelitian dan menentukan metode yang sesuai. Artikel ini mengkaji secara mendalam konsep rumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian, populasi, sampel, dan teknik sampling yang merupakan komponen penting dalam metodologi penelitian. Rumusan masalah dikelompokkan menjadi deskriptif, komparatif, dan asosiatif sesuai dengan sifat hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti. Tujuan penelitian dirumuskan secara spesifik, terukur, dan relevan dengan fokus penelitian untuk menghasilkan data yang valid dan reliabel. Selain itu, populasi dan sampel dibahas dalam konteks probabilitas dan non-probabilitas, mencakup berbagai teknik pengambilan sampel seperti simple random sampling, stratified sampling, dan purposive sampling. Artike ini menekankan pentingnya pemilihan metode yang tepat untuk meningkatkan validitas hasil penelitian serta memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan.

Abstract

Survey research is one of the methods often used in social sciences, education, and various other fields to collect data efficiently from large populations. This study aims to describe the concept, steps, types, advantages, and disadvantages of survey research, and provide guidance in selecting representative samples. The method used in this study is a literature review with a descriptive analysis of relevant theories. The results of the study indicate that survey research has the advantage of being able to collect large amounts of data quickly and support statistical analysis. However, this method also has weaknesses such as the risk of sampling bias and limitations in extracting in-depth information. The implications of this study are the need for careful design, including the selection of appropriate sampling techniques and the development of valid instruments, to improve the quality of survey research. This study is expected to provide practical guidance for researchers in designing and implementing effective and ethical survey research.

Abstract

Competition in the digital era makes students compete to create jobs in order to reduce unemployment. By paying attention to several factors in the surrounding environment. Examining students of the Faculty of Economics who majored in Management. The purpose of this study is to find out about the factors that influence entrepreneurial interest in students of the Faculty of Economics, Tulungagung University. This study uses Quantitative research methods. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Tulungagung University, Class of 2020. The sampling technique used was Purposive Random Sampling with a sample of 76 students. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires, and data processing using the SPSS 26.0 program application. The variables of this study are entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation, personality and family environment on entrepreneurial interest with Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques.

Abstract

The market plays an important role in economic activity and economic development of a country, capital is one of the important factors in a production, a strategic location greatly influences income. the merchandise. This is due to the high level of competition among fellow traders. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of capital, location, and working hours on the income of vegetable traders at the Campurdarat People's Market, Tulungagung Regency, both simultaneously and partially, and to determine the effect of the independent variable that has the most dominant effect on the dependent variable. The research method used is quantitative research in the form of causal (influence), namely a relationship that influences two or more variables, and conducts field research (field research). The research design used is a case study design. The results showed that the multiple correlation coefficient was 0.878, meaning that between the modal variables, and l, the location of working hours and the traders' income variables showed a very strong relationship. The results of the t test show that partially the independent variable that has the greatest influence is location, with the acquisition of an Unstandardized Coefficients value of 0.779, a tcount value of 5.546, and a significance value of 0.000. The results of the F test value of Fcount = 34.704 and sig. 0.000 while Ftable = 2.92 so that the value of Fcount is greater than Ftable or less than the probability value of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, from the results of multiple regression analysis and F test it can be seen that capital (X1), location (X2), working hours (X3) have a simultaneous and significant effect on trader income (Y). Business capital has a negative but significant effect on merchant income. In the working hours variable, the significance value is 0.099 greater than 0.05, this indicates that working hours have no significant effect on merchant income.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of game-based learning through the Kahoot platform as a form of learning innovation in the digital era, especially in history teaching at the Junior High School (SMP) level. In the era of the Kurikulum Merdeka, which emphasises differentiated and participatory learning, the use of interactive digital media is a strategic solution in increasing student engagement and motivation to learn. Kahoot, as a game-based quiz platform, offers interactive features that teachers can utilise to deliver material engagingly, conduct formative evaluations, and create a fun and competitive learning environment. This study was compiled using a descriptive approach through a literature review from various scientific sources related to the use of Kahoot in learning. The results of the survey indicate that implementing Kahoot can increase students' enthusiasm, enhance their understanding of the material, and foster the development of 21st-century skills, including collaboration and digital literacy. Additionally, the technical steps for using Kahoot, including account creation, quiz design, and student participation, are explained in detail to provide educators with practical guidance. Thus, the integration of Kahoot in history learning is considered relevant and effective as part of an adaptive and meaningful digital education transformation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of using Canva-based learning media on the creativity of eleventh-grade students in economics. The background of this study stems from the low level of student learning creativity caused by the minimal use of innovative and engaging media in the learning process. Creativity is an important aspect in economics learning because it encourages students to think critically, create solutions, and understand abstract concepts more contextually. Static and monotonous learning media such as blackboards and textbooks often do not sufficiently stimulate student interest and participation. Therefore, a more interactive and visual approach is needed, one of which is using Canva. Canva is an online graphic design platform that allows teachers and students to easily create presentations, infographics, and other visual materials. Using Canva in learning can provide a more enjoyable learning experience and motivate students to be actively involved. This study used a quantitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design. Data analysis was carried out by comparing creativity scores before and after treatment. Student creativity was measured using a test instrument that included aspects of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The study subjects were 34 11th-grade students at SMAN 1 Tulungagung. The results showed a significant difference in scores between the pretest and posttest results, indicating that the use of Canva-based learning media had a positive impact on increasing student creativity. Students became more active in expressing ideas, more daring to experiment with concepts, and better able to present learning outcomes visually and attractively. These findings support constructivism theory, which states that effective learning occurs when students actively construct knowledge through meaningful experiences.

Abstract

This conceptual study examines the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PBL) model, supported by digital media tools such as Simplebooklet and Canva, in Social Studies learning for sixth-grade students at SDN 1 Bangoan. The study arises from the need for contextual, engaging, and student-centred learning as a response to the typically theoretical and less interactive nature of Social Studies instruction. Through the integration of digital media, students can engage in meaningful projects that foster critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and digital literacy. The learning process includes stages such as problem formulation, project planning, product development, and reflection. This study presents a conceptual overview showing that implementing the PjBL model with the support of Simplebooklet and Canva can enhance student engagement and strengthen understanding of the subject matter.
