Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of using Canva-based learning media on the creativity of eleventh-grade students in economics. The background of this study stems from the low level of student learning creativity caused by the minimal use of innovative and engaging media in the learning process. Creativity is an important aspect in economics learning because it encourages students to think critically, create solutions, and understand abstract concepts more contextually. Static and monotonous learning media such as blackboards and textbooks often do not sufficiently stimulate student interest and participation. Therefore, a more interactive and visual approach is needed, one of which is using Canva. Canva is an online graphic design platform that allows teachers and students to easily create presentations, infographics, and other visual materials. Using Canva in learning can provide a more enjoyable learning experience and motivate students to be actively involved. This study used a quantitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design. Data analysis was carried out by comparing creativity scores before and after treatment. Student creativity was measured using a test instrument that included aspects of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The study subjects were 34 11th-grade students at SMAN 1 Tulungagung. The results showed a significant difference in scores between the pretest and posttest results, indicating that the use of Canva-based learning media had a positive impact on increasing student creativity. Students became more active in expressing ideas, more daring to experiment with concepts, and better able to present learning outcomes visually and attractively. These findings support constructivism theory, which states that effective learning occurs when students actively construct knowledge through meaningful experiences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis iSpring Suite 11 dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran IPAS untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Bungur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 31 siswa, dan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, angket validasi, observasi, serta tes berpikir kritis (pretest-posttest). Hasil validasi ahli materi dan media masing-masing memperoleh skor 92,5% dan 95%, termasuk kategori “sangat layak”. Uji kepraktisan menunjukkan skor 94% dari siswa dan 90% dari guru. Uji efektivitas menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor berpikir kritis dari 64,2 menjadi 85,1, dengan N-Gain 0,61 (kategori sedang-tinggi). Media ini mengakomodasi keberagaman gaya belajar melalui fitur interaktif seperti video, simulasi, kuis, dan navigasi fleksibel, sehingga mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa dan respons terhadap perbedaan kesiapan, minat, dan profil belajar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis pada penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis teknologi dan implikasi praktis bagi guru dalam mengintegrasikan media digital interaktif pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Disarankan guru memanfaatkan iSpring Suite 11 sebagai strategi inovatif dalam pembelajaran

Abstract

This conceptual study examines the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PBL) model, supported by digital media tools such as Simplebooklet and Canva, in Social Studies learning for sixth-grade students at SDN 1 Bangoan. The study arises from the need for contextual, engaging, and student-centred learning as a response to the typically theoretical and less interactive nature of Social Studies instruction. Through the integration of digital media, students can engage in meaningful projects that foster critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and digital literacy. The learning process includes stages such as problem formulation, project planning, product development, and reflection. This study presents a conceptual overview showing that implementing the PjBL model with the support of Simplebooklet and Canva can enhance student engagement and strengthen understanding of the subject matter.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of differentiated learning in the project-based learning model on the critical thinking abilities of the fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Sumberagung. This research method employs a quasi-experimental approach. The population of this study consists of all 30 students of the fourth grade at SDN 2 Sumberagung . The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Therefore, the sample consists of 30 students. Data collection techniques involve using a test, that is, test questions becoming the research instrument. The hypothesis analysis requirements consist of tests for data normality and homogeneity, and the data analysis technique employs the t- test. The results of the normality test show that the post-test scores for both the control class and the experimental class are normally distributed, with a significance value of 0.097 > 0.05 for the experiment class and 0.148 > 0.05 for the control class. Meanwhile, the homogeneity test results show that the probability value of 0.703 > 0.05 indicates that both groups have homogeneous variances. Furthermore, the results of the average difference test between the post-test scores of the control class and the experimental class indicate that the average post-test critical thinking abilities of students in the experiment class are higher than that of the control class, namely 78.87 > 65.40. The independent t-test result is also significant, with 0.001 < 0.005. Accordingly, in conclusion, differentiated learning in the project-based learning model influences the critical thinking abilities of the fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Sumberagung.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of entrepreneurship education and business motivation on entrepreneurial interest. The subjects of the study were semester VIII students of Bhinneka PGRI University in the 2024/2025 academic year who had taken Entrepreneurship 1 and 2 courses. The study used an associative quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPPS Statistics 27 software. The results showed that simultaneously, entrepreneurship education and business motivation had a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Partially, entrepreneurship education also had a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.
