Abstract

Estimasi biaya proyek sangat diperlukan dalam perencanaan sebuahproyek. Pada tahap awal, estimasi biaya digunakan untuk mengetahui berapabesar biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk mewujudkan suatu proyek. Denganketerbatasan waktu dan informasi maka Cost Significant Model merupakan metode estimasi yang mudahdan efektif untuk memberikan gambaran awal biaya proyek.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan suatu model estimasi biayakonstruksi gedung pemerintah di Kabupaten Jembrana, Provinsi Bali, dengan mengambil data sekunder dari lima belas proyek gedungpemerintah. Prinsip yang digunakan untuk mendapatkanmodel biaya adalah identifikasi cost significant item yang berpengaruh terhadaptotal biaya pekerjaan, kemudian dianalisis untuk menghasilkan rumusanpersamaan regresi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen pekerjaan yang secarasignifikan mempengaruhi biaya konstruksi gedung pemerintah di KabupatenJembrana adalah biaya pekerjaan beton, biaya pekerjaan kap/atap, biayapekerjaan finishing/style Bali, dan biaya pekerjaan pintu & jendela. Model estimasi dinyatakan dalam persamaanY=510,481+0,888X5+1,385X6+1,328X12+1,726X8,dimana Y=Biaya pembangunan gedung (Rp/m2), X5=Biaya pekerjaan beton (Rp/m2), X6=Biaya pekerjaan kap (Rp/m2), X12=Biaya pekerjaan finishing/style Bali (Rp/m2), dan X8=Biaya pekerjaan pintu dan jendela (Rp/m2). Penyimpangan model biaya konstruksi gedung dengan cost significantmodel adalah rata-rata 1,81% untuk yang bernilai positif dan 2,06% untuk yangbernilai negatif. Kata kunci : Estimasi Biaya, Cost Significant Model, Konstruksi Gedung

Abstract

Cost, quality and time are an important performance indicators in the project success. To achieve these objectives various risks are faced in each project life cycle. One of these risks is supply chain risk, which must be managed properly, doe to the uncertainty in this activity. There are still many companies that do not understand the importance of supply chains, so they often become obstacles in achieving project goals This study aims to identify risk factors in each stage of supply chain activities, in road infrastructure in Bali Province. Data were collected from questionnaire survey, interviews and focus group discussion from 15 units asphalt mixing plant supplier in Bali, who understand supply chain issues, especially in road infrastructure work in the province of Bali. The results of research on risk is firstly AMP production processes identified as a field of manufacturing industry that produces hot asphalt used in infrastructure projects in Bali. This research was conducted at the AMP unit found in Bali. From research, the production process and AMP business are based on Supply, Input, Process, Output and Customer activities. (SIPOC). After the activities contained in the Asphalt production process, it is known that further risks can be identified. Second identity the risk on SIPOC process.

Abstract

Implementation of the project’s time, cost and quality is the goal to be achieved in each project. The characteristics of construction are different for each project, wich the risks found in all stages of the success of the project when each risk faced at each stage of the work can be handled properly. One of the risks in the project stage is risk in supply chain management. Supply chain risk needs to be handled well so that short-term project operations can be achieved. Likewise in the Road Infrastructure Development in Bali Province which certainly faces many obstacles, one of which is the risk in the concrete asphalt supply chain produced by the AMP unit. For this purpose, activities in the AMP process will be identified which can pose a risk. After knowing the risks that occur, mitigation measures will be carried out to prevent and to minimize the risk. To find out the risks faced by the AMP supply chain, it is necessary to first identify activities in the production process that can pose a risk. This study is a collection of literature studies and interviews with competent parties in the field of AMP production processes, namely operators, management and leaders of the AMP Production unit. From the results of research on AMP production processes identified as a field of manufacturing industry that produces hot asphalt used in infrastructure projects in Bali. This research was conducted at the AMP unit found in Bali. From research, the production process and AMP business are based on Supply, Input, Process, Output and Customer activities. (SIPOC). After the activities contained in the Asphalt production process, it is known that further risks can be identified.

Abstract

Natural disasters, such as earthquakes and tsunamis, leave a detrimental impact on people, disrupt lives and cause extensive damage. The results of post-disaster reconstruction must be better than before so that they are more resilient in facing future disasters. However, this is not easy, especially reconstruction in the housing sector due to the lack of attention to the local wisdom of the disaster victims. This study aims to identify elements of local wisdom that contribute to the success of housing reconstruction efforts after the earthquake and tsunami. This research is a literature review where the literature is collected from previous studies originating from reputable international journals which are then sorted until finally 35 articles are reviewed which are further studied. From various previous studies, it can be concluded that the types of local wisdom that need to be considered in housing reconstruction after the earthquake and tsunami disaster can be seen from the dimensions of technology and systems, religious rituals/activities, local knowledge, education and community participation. Local wisdom that must be considered is knowledge about nature and the local environment, local community customs, culture, geographical and climatic conditions, available local construction materials, traditional ways of building houses, and community participation in the reconstruction of the housing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti praktik konstruksi berkelanjutan dalam rekonstruksi perumahan pascabencana di Lombok Utara pasca gempa bumi 2018. Perencanaan/desain, bahan, prosedur, dan dampak lingkungan adalah empat aspek utama yang dinilai. Adanya peningkatkan keberlanjutan dan ketangguhan dalam upaya rekonstruksi, akan memberikan wawasan bagi pembuat kebijakan dan praktisi dalam strategi pemulihan pasca bencana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi tiga fase: meninjau literatur tentang rekonstruksi perumahan berkelanjutan pasca bencana, melakukan survei lapangan dengan kuesioner terstruktur, dan melakukan analisis statistik deskriptif menggunakan SPSS. Penduduk daerah terdampak di Lombok Utara yang berpartisipasi sebagai responden adalah 125 orang, yang menggunakan skala Likert lima poin untuk mengukur pendapat mereka tentang praktek konstruksi berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian meninjukkan bahwa meskipun pembangunan kembali perumahan pascabencana di Lombok Utara telah membuat langkah signifikan menuju keberlanjutan, masih banyak pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan. Keterlibatan masyarakat, pemanfaatan bahan daur ulang, pengolahan limbah, pengelolaan lokasi lingkungan, pengelolaan limbah konstruksi, dan adopsi energi terbarukan adalah area penting untuk ditingkatkan. Keberlanjutan dan ketangguhan jangka panjang akan dipastikan dengan memperkuat elemen-elemen tersebut.
