Abstract

This study aims to (1) obtain an overview of the implementation of cooperative learning type STAD (2) to get a picture of the cooperative skills of SDN 94 Balla Kapubaten Enrekang (3) to get the description of the Effect of cooperative learning type STAD implementation on the ability of cooperation SDN 94 Balla Kapubaten Enrekang students. This type of research is a pre experimental experimental study involving one group of experiments with the design of the one group pretest-postest design. The dependent variable in this study is the ability of student cooperation and the independent variable is the implementation of cooperative learning type STAD. To find out the results of this study, researchers used the instrument of observation sheet and questionnaire a number of 13 statements. Observation sheet used to know the implementation of learning through the implementation of cooperative learning type STAD. Implementation of STAD type cooperative learning in learning IPS class V SD N 94 Balla Enrekang Regency consisting of 7 stages of Preparation of learning, Presentation of the material, group learning activities, examination of group outcomes, Students doing the test questions individually, testing and test results Group awards, as a whole for all three meetings of instructional activity can be said to be very well done. This is indicated by the average score of learning effectiveness of STAD type cooperative learning from the first meeting until the third meeting being in the categpry of very good. At the level of ability of student cooperation SDN 94 Balla Enrekang Regency on pretest and postest found that there is improvement of ability of student cooperation after given treatment in the form of cooperative learning type STAD of SDN 94 Balla Enrekang Regency. The result of test of hopotesis is known that there are difference of level of ability of student cooperation on pretest and posttest which is significant, it is shown from P-Value value so There is positive influence of STAD type cooperative learning in IPS class V SDN 94 Balla Kabupaten Enrekang

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of strategic thinking and action in Islamic education to maintain its relevance in the challenging era of globalization. Islamic education, which aims to form moral and knowledgeable human beings, must be able to adapt to technological developments and rapid social changes. The novelty of this article lies in identifying strategic measures to improve the quality of Islamic education, such as the formulation of an adaptive vision and mission, curriculum innovation, development of teaching staff, and collaboration with various parties. Using the literature research method, this article compiles a review of the literature and content analysis to understand the necessary transformation of Islamic education. The results show that a structured strategy can enhance the role of Islamic education in shaping a competitive and moral generation. In conclusion, Islamic education that integrates Islamic values with modern approaches has great potential to support the advancement of Muslim civilization in the global era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs of a curriculum that is responsive to the industry as well as relevant to Islamic values at SMKN 4 Payakumbuh majoring in Informatics Engineering. The current vocational curriculum faces the challenge of aligning technical competencies with the demands of the digital industry without neglecting the moral and character aspects of students. Using a qualitative approach through interviews, questionnaires, and focus group discussions, this research explores the perspectives of vocational teachers, industry players, students, and Islamic education leaders. The results show the need for curriculum reformulation that not only emphasizes mastery of skills such as programming, computer networking, and multimedia design, but also the integration of Islamic ethical values in the learning process. The strength of the current curriculum lies in its adaptability to technology and the industrial world, but there are still weaknesses such as limited infrastructure, lack of teacher training, and lack of integration of subjects across disciplines. Therefore, the proposed curriculum model is expected to bridge the gap between the world of education and the world of work while maintaining the moral identity of students. Keywords: Vocational Curriculum; Industry 4.0; Islamic Values.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan kurikulum yang responsif terhadap industri sekaligus relevan dengan nilai-nilai Islam di SMKN 4 Payakumbuh jurusan Teknik Informatika. Kurikulum kejuruan saat ini menghadapi tantangan untuk menyelaraskan kompetensi teknis dengan tuntutan industri digital tanpa mengabaikan aspek moral dan karakter peserta didik. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus, penelitian ini menggali perspektif dari guru kejuruan, pelaku industri, siswa, dan tokoh pendidikan Islam. Hasilnya menunjukkan perlunya reformulasi kurikulum yang tidak hanya menekankan penguasaan keterampilan seperti pemrograman, jaringan komputer, dan desain multimedia, tetapi juga integrasi nilai-nilai etika Islam dalam proses pembelajaran. Kekuatan kurikulum saat ini terletak pada adaptabilitasnya terhadap teknologi dan dunia industri, namun masih ditemukan kelemahan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, minimnya pelatihan guru, dan kurangnya integrasi mata pelajaran lintas disiplin. Oleh karena itu, model kurikulum yang diusulkan diharapkan dapat menjembatani kesenjangan antara dunia pendidikan dan dunia kerja dengan tetap menjaga identitas moral peserta didik. Kata kunci: Kurukulum Kejuruan; Industri 4.0; Nilai-Nilai Islam.

Abstract

Farmer group institutions play an essential role in community life because they allow farmers to work together to solve problems such as the fulfillment of agricultural inputs, cultivation, and marketing of farm products. This study aimed to identify internal and external factors affecting institutional development in rice farming and formulate development strategies to strengthen the institution and maximize its role in rice farming. The data analysis used in this research is qualitative descriptive with SWOT. Internal factors that become strengths are strategic land location, quality agricultural products, financial management carried out optimally, trained and experienced farmer group members and means of sales promotion. Internal factors that become weaknesses are the low responsibility of farmer group members, limited capital, incomplete agricultural production facilities, and direct sales of farm products to intermediary traders/intermediaries. External factors that become opportunities are government assistance, counseling from agricultural institutions, technological developments, population, and good relations with communities that support farmer group activities. Threat factors are erratic weather, unsafe environment, government programs that are still project-based, and weak program coordination between institutions. Alternative strategies that can be carried out in developing farmer groups are increasing the quantity and ability of farmer group members by participating in training activities to the fullest and utilizing land use, increasing agricultural production facilities through government assistance, and maintaining good relations with the dynamics of extension groups and organizations, maximizing the potential or experience possessed by farmer group members in improving coordination between institutions, and maximizing the role of agricultural extension.

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the influence of product quality, selling price, distribution location, and marketing strategies on the marketing performance of rice at Usaha Dagang Hardianti in Pinrang Regency. The approach used is quantitative, employing multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies, and were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The findings indicate that only the distribution location and selling price variables have a significant effect on marketing performance, with significance values of 0.025 and 0.041 respectively—both below the 0.05 threshold. In contrast, the product quality and promotional strategy variables do not show significant influence, with significance values of 0.892 and 0.275 respectively (>0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) reveals that the independent variables account for only 22.3% of the variation in marketing performance, while the remaining 77.7% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings highlight that competitive pricing and distribution efficiency play a more dominant role in enhancing marketing performance than product quality or promotional efforts. Therefore, business actors are advised to prioritize the implementation of competitive pricing strategies and optimal distribution systems to strengthen the market competitiveness of their rice products.

Abstract

Peran wanita baik dalam usahatani maupun usaha perikanan termasuk budidaya rumput laut, perlu mengkaitkannya dengan wanita secara umum sebagimana dikemukakan oleh Pudjiwati (1993). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran wanita tani dalam usahatani rumput laut. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling (sengaja). Informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 orang petani wanita. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seperti yang dikemukakan oleh Miles dan Hubberma, 2014 yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran wanita tani dalam usahatani rumput laut sangat penting artinya dimana petani wanita yang berperan dalam usahatani rumput laut adalah di tahapan mengikat bibit, melepaskan, dan menjemmur. Rata-rata petani perempuan melakukan pekerjaan usahatani rumput laut sebagai penambah penghasilan dan ekonomi keluarga.
