Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung temu kunci (Boesenbergia pandurata ROXB.) dalam ransum terhadap performans, persentase karkas dan meat bone ratiopada ayam broiler. Seratus dua puluh ayam broiler unsex umur 7 hari bobot badan awal 137,5 g ± 16,04 g setiap unit percobaan terdapat 6 ekor ayam broiler dibagi 5 taraf pemberian tepung temu kunci (0; 0,8; 1,2; 1,6; dan 2%). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap, 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan.Data yang diperoleh  dianalisis sidik ragam uji F taraf signifikasi 5%, apabila berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji wilayah ganda Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi ransum, persentase karkas dan meat bone ratio tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap penambahan temu kunci dalam ransum.Kesimpulan hasil penelitian penambahan temu kunci belum mampu meningkatkan performans ayam broiler.Kata Kunci: temu kunci; performans; persentase karkas; meat bone ratio; ayam broiler ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the effect of dietary fingerroot (Boesenbergia pandurata ROXB.)powderaddition on performance (feed consumption, body weight again, feed conversion ratio), carcass percentage and meat bone ratio of broiler chickens. One hundred and twenty broiler chick unsex age of 7 days body weight 137,5 g ± 16,04 g each experimental unit 6 chickens were allocated in five levels of fingerrootpowder addition (0; 0,8; 1,2; 1,6;  and  2%). The experimental design used in this study was Completely Randomized Design with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The data obtained were analyzed using analisis of varianc with F-test level 5% and if the results of the analysis show that the real effect of treatment will be followed by the Least Significant Duncan test. The result showed that feed feed consumption, body weight again, feed conversion ratio carcass percentage and meat bone ratio not significantly effect (P>0,05) in dietary fingerroot ration.The conclusion of the experiment is that fingerroot powder could be effect performance in broiler.Key word : fingerroot; performance; carcass percentage; broiler chickens

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ginger powder emprit use in the diet on passage rate and feed digestibility of 12 weeks old native chicken. The material used in the study were 240 DOC native chickens. Diet was divided into two phases, namely stater phase with protein 19% and 2.900 EM kcal/kg and finisher phase with protein 17% and 2.900 EM kcal/kg. The experiment was conducted using the Completely Randomized Design(CRD) on split plot pattern with 2 main plot, 4 subplot and 5 replications, there was 40 experimental units. The experimental unit consisted of 6 bird chicken. The diet given adlibitum fed DOC to 4 weeks. Old after 5 weeks old the chicken male and female were separate and gave ginger powder in the diet T1 = 1%, T2 = 2%, T3 = 3% and the control diet (with out ginger powder). The results showed an average digestibility of the diet (T0 = 75,38%, T1 = 75,83%, T2 = 73,95%, T3 = 73,26%), passage rate (T0 = 179,2 min, T1 = 174,0 min, T2 = 186,0 min, T3 = 163,0 min), protein digestibility (83,97% males and females 80,67%). The conclusion of this study showed that the effect of ginger powder in the diet significant on passage rate. The treatment use ginger powder in the diet no significant effect on digestibility of diet and the protein digestibility, but significant effect on the digestibility protein male and female show that the males chicken more can ulitize the protein digestible than the female.Key words: native chicken, ginger powder, passage rate, feed digestibilityABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan tepung jahe emprit dalam ransum terhadap laju pakan dan kecernaan pakan ayam kampung umur 12 minggu. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 240 ekor ayam kampung berumur 1 hari unsex yang berjumlah 240 ekor. Ransum dibagi menjadi dua fase, yaitu fase starter dengan protein 19% EM 2.900 kkal dan fase finisher dengan protein 17% EM 2.900 kkal. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola split plot dengan 2 petak utama, 4 sebagai anak petak dan 5 ulangan, sehingga ada 40 unit percobaan. Tiap unit percobaan terdiri dari 6 ekor ayam kampung, sehingga ayam yang dibutuhkan adalah 240 ekor. Ransum diberikan ad libitum sampai umur 4 minggu. Setelah umur 5 minggu dan diketahui jantan betina dilakukan pemberian ransum perlakuan dengan penggunaan tepung jahe 1%, 2%, 3% dan ransum kontrol tanpa penggunaan tepung jahe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata kecernaan ransum (T0 = 75,38%, T1 = 75,83%, T2 = 73,95%, T3 = 73,26%), laju pakan (T0 = 179,2 menit, T1 = 174,0 menit, T2 = 186,0 menit, T3 = 163,0 menit), kecernaan protein (jantan 83,97% dan betina 80,67%). Kesimpulan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan tepung jahe dalam ransum berpengaruh terhadap laju pakan. Perlakuan penggunaan tepung jahe tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecernaan ransum dan kecernaan protein, tetapi pada kecernaan protein berpengaruh terhadap jantan dan betina yang menunjukan ayam jantan dapat memanfaatkan protein yang di cerna dari pada betina.Kata Kunci : tepung jahe, ayam kampung, laju pakan, kecernaan pakan

Abstract

The research was aims to determine the influence of various feeding frequencies on feed restriction towards broiler chickens on carcass production. The experiment used 200 days old chick broilers unsex. Feed diet were calculated 22,69% crude protein; 2930 kcal/kg metabolizable energy. Design used in this research was Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with 4 treatments and 5 replications, so there were 20 cages as experiment units. Each experiment unit consisted of 10 brid. T0: ad libitum feeding according to PT. Charoen Pokphand standard. T1: feeding with 75% standard feed which is given 4 times a day, T2: feeding with 75% of standard feed which is given 3 times a day, T3: feeding with 75% of standard feed which is given twice a day. The carcass weight of broiler chickens on T0: 1378,6 g, T1: 1292,4 g, T2: 1294,4 g dan T3: 1295,4 g. The carcass percentage of broiler chickens on T0: 71,86 , T1: 70,89 , T2: 71,19 dan T3: 72,37 %. The carcass percentage cut portion breast of broiler chickens on T0: 35,17, T1: 37,24, T2: 35,35 dan T3: 36,14 %. The carcass percentage cut portion drumstick of broiler chickens on T0: 6,52, T1: 6,68, T2: 6,48 dan T3: 6,59 %. The carcass percentage cut portion thigh of broiler chickens on T0: 8,12, T1: 8,35, T2: 8,14 dan T3: 8,11 %. The carcass percentage cut portion wing of broiler chickens on T0: 5,46, T1: 5,42, T2: 5,83 dan T3: 5,51 %. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pangaruh penggunaan tepung daun katuk (Sauropus androgynus) dalam ransum terhadap performa ayam broiler. Materi penelitian adalah ayam broiler sebanyak 100 ekor unsex umur 14 hari dengan bobot rata-rata 595,6 ± 143 g (CV 7,34 %). Ransum perlakuan dibagi menjadi 4 jenis ransum, yaitu ransum T0 : Ransum tanpa menggunakan tepung daun katuk, T1 : Ransum menggunakan tepung daun katuk 3%, T2 : Ransum menggunakan tepung daun katuk 6%, T3 : Ransum menggunakan tepung daun katuk 9%. Rancangan percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan jumlah 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan masing-masing unit percobaan berisi 5 ekor ayam broiler. Ransum dan air minum diberikan ad libitum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rataan konsumsi tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) T0 = 2.305,73, T1 = 2.353,22, T2 = 2.357,68, T3 = 2.368,03 g/ekor, rataan pertambahan bobot badan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) T0 = 1.809,20, T1 = 1.645,27, T2 = 1.545,20, T3 = 1.944,13 g/ekor, rataan konversi ransum berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) T0 = 1,28, T1 = 1,43, T2 = 1,53, T3 = 1,24. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan tepung daun katuk (Sauropus androgynus) dalam ransum tidak memberikan pengaruh perbedaan terhadap konsumsi ransum dan konversi ransum, namun meningkatkan pertambahan bobot badan dengan taraf penggunaan 9% dalam ransum.Kata Kunci: daun katuk; konsumsi; pertambahan bobot badan; konversi; broiler ABSTRACT This research aimed to determine the effect of katuk leaf (Sauropus androgynus) powder in the diet on broiler chicken of its performance. The materialused in the research were 100 broiler chick unsex aged 14 days with average weight 595.6 ± 143 g (CV 7.34 %). Diet was divided into four treatments, T0 : was diet without katuk leaf powder, T1 : diet with katuk leaf powder 3%, T2 : diet with katuk leaf powder 6%, T3 : diet katuk leaf powder 9%. The result shown that treatments did not affect (P>0.05) the feed consumption on T0 = 2,305.73, T1 = 2,353.22, T2 = 2,357.68, T3 = 2,368.03 g/unit. The level of katuk leaf on the average daily gain (T0 = 1,809.20, T1 = 1,645.27, T2 = 1,545.20, T3 = 1,944.13 g) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) (T0 = 1.28, T1 = 1.43, T2 = 1.53, T3 = 1.24) affected significantly (P<0,05). The conclusions of this study was the use of katuk (Sauropus androgynus) leaf powder in the diet on broiler chicken had no effect in feed consumption dan feed conversion ratio, but the use of katuk powder in 9% additional in diet increased average daily gain significantly.Keyword : katuk leaf; consumption; average daily gain; feed conversion ratio; broiler

Abstract

ABSTRAK The research aimed to determine the effect of feeding patterns of free choice on the performance of quail (coturnik-coturnik japonica) age d 3 to 6 Weeks preference which includes feed, feed consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion. The research was conducted in October 2011 - January 2012 at the Faculty of Animal Breeding Laboratory and Agriculture, Diponegoro University, Semarang. The material used in this study is 216 tail female quail 3 weeks old with a body weight 56.01 ± 1.61 g (CV = 8.67%), feed ingredients used are corn, rice bran, soybean meal, coconut cake, fish meal, and PMM (Poultry Meat Meal), well additional material such as vitamins and vita stress. The equipment used is a cage, the feeding, drinking, lighting, electric scales, thermometers and hygrometers. There are three treatments with the addition of feed ingredients protein source in each treatment, T1 = 2 dietary energy source + 2 dietary protein source (rice brain, corn, fish meal, soybean meal); T2 = 2 dietary energy source + 3 dietary protein source (rice brain, corn, fish meal, soybean meal, coconut meal); T3 = 2 dietary energy source + 4 dietary protein source (rice brain, corn, fish meal, soybean meal, copra, poultry meat meal). Research use completed random design with 9 repeated. Data analysis use a variety of test and continued F Duncan test if any treatment effect. The results showed that the pattern of free choice feeding with a variety of protein sources significantly (p <0.05) feed intake, body weight growth.Keywords: female quail (coturnix coturnix japonica), free choice feeding, performanceABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola pemberian pakan bebas pilih (free choice feeding) terhadap performa burung puyuh (coturnik-coturnik japonica) umur 3 sampai 6 Minggu yang meliputi prefrensi pakan, konsumsi pakan, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi pakan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2011- Januari 2012 di Kandang Laboratorium Pemuliaan Fakultas Peternakan dan Pertanian, Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 216 ekor burung puyuh betina umur 3 minggu dengan bobot badan 56,01 ± 1,61 g (CV= 8,67%), bahan pakan yang digunakan adalah jagung, dedak, bungkil kedelai, bungkil kelapa, tepung ikan, dan PMM (Poultry Meat Meal), serta bahan tambahan seperti vitamin dan vita stress. Peralatan yang digunakan adalah kandang, tempat pakan, tempat minum, lampu penerangan, timbangan elektrik, termometer dan higrometer. Ada 3 perlakuan dengan penambahan bahan pakan sumber protein pada masing-masing perlakuan, yaitu T1= 2 bahan pakan sumber energi + 2 bahan pakan sumber protein (bekatul + jagung + tepung ikan + bungkil kedelai); T2= 2 pakan sumber energi + 3 pakan sumber protein (bekatul + jagung + tepung ikan + bungkil kedelai + bungkil kelapa); T3= 2 pakan sumber energi + 4 pakan sumber protein (bekatul + jagung + tepung ikan + bungkil kedelai + bungkil kelapa + PMM). Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 9 ulangan.Data dianalisis ragam menggunakan uji F dan dilanjutkan uji Duncan apabila ada pengaruh perlakuan. Abstract

The research was aims to determine the influence of various feeding frequency and feed restriction on protein utilization of broiler chicken which includes the consumption of protein, protein efficiency ratio and nitrogen retention The experiment used 200 days old chick broilers unsex. Feed rations were calculated 22,69% crude protein; 2930 kcal/kg metabolizable energy. Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 5 replication was used in this experiment. Feed provided ad libitum at the age of 1-7 days. feed restriction (75% standard) with frequency of 8-21 days with treatment at T0 = ad libitum-feed; T1 = 4 times given at 06.00, 10.00, 14.00 and 18.00, T2 = 3 times gave at 06.00, 14.00 and 18.00, T3 = 2 times were gave at 06.00 and 14.00. Feed provided ad libitum at the age of 22-35 days. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to determine the influence of feeding frequency on feed restriction on broiler chickens performance. The material used in this study were 200 heads of unsex 1 Day Old Chick (DOC), broiler strain. The experimental design used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with 4 treatments and 5 trials consisted of 10 chickens. T0: ad libitum feeding according to the standard PT. Charoen Pokphand, T1: feeding 75% of standard feed with 3 times a day frequency, T3: feeding 75% of standard feed with 2 times frequency of. Data obtained then analyzed with the F test at range test level of 5%. The results showed there’s no interaction between the restriction on the consumption of feed rations, body weight gain and conversion rations. Consumption of broiler chicken rations at T0: 553.09 g, T1: 553.57 g, T2: 552.80, T3: 555.42 g. Body weight gain of broiler chickens at T0: 360.13 g, T1: 350, 52 g, T2: 347, 99 g and T3: 354.01 g. Conversion ration of broiler chickens at T0: 1.54 g, T1: 1.58 g, T2: 1.59 g and T3: 1.56 g. The conclusion is there’s no effect of feeding frequency 4 times, 3 times and 2 times at 75% of standard feed restriction on the broiler chicken performance. Key words: feeding frequencies, feed restriction, performance, broiler chickens   ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai frekuensi pemberian pakan pada pembatasan pakan terhadap performans ayam broiler. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah broiler umur 1 hari (DOC) unsex, sejumlah 200 ekor. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan percobaan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan sehingga ada 20 petak kandang sebagai unit percobaan. Setiap unit percobaan terdiri dari 10 ekor ayam. T0 : Pemberian pakan  ad libitum sesuai standar P.T. Charoen Pokphand, T1 : Pemberian pakan 75 % dari pakan standar dengan frekuensi pemberian 4 kali, T2 : Pemberian Pakan 75 % dari pakan standar dengan frekuensi pemberian 3 kali, T3 : Pemberian Pakan 75 % dari pakan standar dengan frekuensi pemberian 2 kali. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis ragam dengan uji F pada taraf uji 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada interaksi antara pembatasan pakan terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum. Konsumsi ransum ayam broiler pada T0: 553,09 g, T1: 553,57g, T2: 552,80 g dan T3: 555,42g. Pertambahan bobot badan ayam broiler pada T0: 360,13g, T1: 350,52g, T2: 347,99g dan T3: 354,01g. Konversi ransum ayam broiler pada T0: 1,54g, T1: 1,58g, T2: 1,59g dan T3: 1,56g. . Disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh berbagai frekuensi pemberian pakan 4 kali, 3 kali, dan 2 kali pada pembatasan pakan 75% dari standar tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap performans ayam broiler.  Kata kunci: frekuensi pemberian pakan, pembatasan pakan, performans, ayam  broiler

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui level penggunaan Kayambang(Salvinia molesta) fermentasi dengan Aspergillus niger sebagai pakan alternatif sampai pada taraf optimal terhadap kualitas telur. Materi penelitian menggunakan 80 ekor itik petelur lokal (Pengging) umur 22-29 minggu dengan bobot 1457±124,8 gram. Penelitian disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan (0%, 15% Salvinia molesta non fermentasi, 15% Salvinia molesta fermentasi, 17,5% Salvinia molesta fermentasi, 20% Salvinia molesta fermentasi) dengan 4 ulangan yang terdiri dari 4 ekor setiap unit. Parameter yang diamati meliputi bobot telur, warna kuning telur dan indeks haugh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bobot telur dan indeks haugh tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05), sedangkan warna kuning telur berbeda nyata (P<0,05). Pemanfaatan Salvinia molestafermentasi sampai 20% tidak mempengaruhi bobot telur dan indeks haugh tetapi dapat meningkatkan kualitas kuning telur menjadi lebih baik.Kata kunci : Salvinia molesta; Aspergillus niger; Kualitas fisik telur. ABSTRACT This research is conducted to determinethe optimallevel of usage in Kayambang (Salvinia molesta) fermentation with Aspergillus niger as an alternative feed to the physical quality of the duck eggs.The materials are using 80 local laying ducks (Pengging) aged 22-29 weeks with a  weight 1.457±124.8 grams. This research is composed by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments (0%, 15% non-fermented Salvinia molesta, 15% fermented Salvinia molesta, 17.5% fermented Salvinia molesta, 20% fermented Salvinia molesta) and 4 replications consisting of 4 ducks in each pen. The observed parameters are including egg weight, yolk color and Haugh index. The results showed that the egg weight and Haugh index were not significantly different (P>0.05), while the yolk color were significantly different (P<0.05). It was concluded that the Salvinia molesta which is fermented up to 20% did not affect the egg weight and Haugh index however it can improve the quality of the yolk to be better.Keywords: Salvinia molesta; Aspergillus niger;physicalquality of egg.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung jahe merah dalam ransum terhadap efisiensi penggunaan protein ayam kampung periode pertumbuhan. Materi yang digunakan adalah ayam kampung betina umur 16 minggu, sebanyak 100 ekor dengan bobot badan rata-rata 1.202,96 ± 8,92 g ditempatkan dalam kandang battrey. Bahan pakan yang digunakan terdiri dari jagung giling, bekatul, tepung ikan, bungkil kedelai, white pollard, premiks dan tepung jahe merah. Pakan diberikan ad libitum. Ayam dikelompokkan menjadi 4 kelompok berdasarkan bobot badan, kelompok I (1.000-1.100), II (1.101-1.200), III (1.201-1.300), dan IV (1.301-1.400). Ada 20 unit percobaan dengan tiap unit berisi 5 ekor. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 perlakuan 4 kelompok, yaitu perlakuan T0 = ransum perlakuan tanpa tepung jahe merah, T1 = ransum perlakuan dengan penambahan tepung jahe merah 0,25%, T2 = ransum perlakuan dengan penambahan tepung jahe merah 0,5%, T3 = ransum perlakuan dengan penambahan tepung jahe merah 0,75%, T4 = ransum perlakuan dengan penambahan tepung jahe merah 1%. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis ragam. Hasil penelitian setelah dianalisis ragam menunjukkan penambahan tepung jahe merah tidak berpengaruh (P>0,05) terhadap rasio efisiensi penggunaan protein ayam kampung periode pertumbuhan.Kata kunci: ayam kampung; jahe merah; efisiensi penggunaan protein ABSTRACT This study was aimed to determined effect of red ginger meal on the protein efficiency utility of growth period native chicken’s diet. The material used in the study were female native chickens 16 weeks of age, a total of 100 chickens with an average body weight of 1.202,96 ± 8,92 g were placed in a battrey cage. There are 20 experimental units with each unit containing 5 chickens. Feedstuffs used in this study were corn, rice bran, fishmeal, soybean meal, white pollard, premix and red ginger meal. Given feed ad libitum. Chickens are classified into 4 block based on body weight, block I (1.000-1.100), II (1.101-1.200), III (1.201-1.300), dan IV (1.301-1.400). Experimental design used randomized block design (RDB) with 5 treatments and 4 groups; T0 = ration treatments without red ginger meal, T1 = ration treatments with red ginger meal 0,25%, T2 = ration treatments with red ginger meal 0,5%, T3 = ration treatments with red ginger meal 0,75%, T4 = ration treatments with red ginger meal 1%. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to investigate the effect of different feeding frequency on restriction feeding on final weight, abdominal fat and liver fat content of broiler chickens. The material used in this study 200 DOC bird broilers Ross unsex with initial body weight 46.01 ± 4.88 g averages. The bird was feeding by comersial feed with a protein content of 22.69% and metabolizable energy 2935 kcal / kg. The research used completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications were arrange 20 experimental units, each unit consists of 10 chickens. Feed give ad libitum in 1-7 days of ages. After that feed restriction (75% standard) with frequencies of administration at the age of 8-21 days with treatment 4 times at 06.00, 10.00, 14.00 and 18.00, 3 times at 06.00, 14.00 and 18.00, two feedings given at 06.00 and 14.00, then given ad libitum feeding at the age of 22-35 days. The results showed that the effect of different feeding frequency on feed restriction was not significantly different (P> 0.05) of the final weight, abdominal fat and liver fat. The results of the average final weight respectively T0, T1, T2 and T3 at 1825.80; 1812.40; 1770.60; 1777.80 g. The results of abdominal fat average 1.34; 1.46; 1.50; 1.27%. The results of the average liver fat 1.54; 1.80; 1.83; 1.88%. In conclusion, the treatment of feed restriction 75% of the standard and different frequency of 2x, 3x, 4x did not significantly affect the final weight and liver fat content but the influence on levels of abdominal fat.Key words: Final body weight, abdominal fat, liver fatABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai frekuensi pemberian pakan pada pembatasan pakan terhadap bobot akhir, lemak abdominal, dan kadar lemak hati ayam broiler. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ayam broiler unsex dengan strain Ross sejumlah 200 ekor dengan bobot badan awal rata-rata 46,01±4,88 gram. Pakan yang digunakan adalah ransum komersial dengan kandungan protein 22,69% dan energi metabolis 2.935 kkal/kg. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan percobaan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan sehingga ada 20 unit percobaan, setiap unit terdiri dari 10 ekor ayam. Pakan diberikan ad libitum pada umur 1-7 hari. Setelah itu dilakukan pembatasan pakan (75% standar) dengan berbagai frekuensi pemberian pada umur 8-21 hari dengan perlakuan 4 kali pemberian pukul 06.00, 10.00, 14.00 dan 18.00, 3 kali pemberian pukul 06.00, 14.00 dan 18.00, 2 kali pemberian diberikan pukul 06.00 dan 14.00, selanjutnya pakan diberikan ad libitum pada umur 22-35 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh berbagai frekuensi pemberian pakan pada pembatasan pakan tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05) terhadap bobot akhir, lemak abdominal, dan lemak hati. Hasil rataan bobot akhir secara berturut-turut T0, T1, T2 dan T3 sebesar 1.825,80; 1.812,40; 1.770,60; 1.777,80 g. Hasil rataan lemak abdominal 1,34; 1,46; 1,50; 1,27 %. Hasil rataan lemak hati 1,54; 1,80; 1,83; 1,88 %. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perlakuan pembatasan pakan 75% dari standar dan frekuensi pemberian yang berbeda yaitu 2x, 3x, 4x tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot akhir dan kadar lemak hati tetapi memberikan pengaruh terhadap kadar lemak abdominal.Kata kunci : Ayam bloiler, bobot akhir, lemak abdominal, kadar lemak hati
